Beautiful living space and open floor plan. Host, Jean, was super accommodating and appreciate everything so much. Jean is awesome! House was very spacious and clean for us 4 adults. Location was right off the main drive and super close to grocery, restaurants etc. Homer Spit 5 min drive. Talked to one of the neighbors who was just as sweet as could be. A MUST STAY when in Homer!!! Thank you JEAN!!

Family fishing trip. Jean was so helpful and everything was better than described. Even saw a moose and baby the first day. Will definitely stay there again when we come back.

This house was spacious, super clean, annd in a private, quiet neighborhood. We were close to everthing yet had our privacy. We liked sitting on the large deck at night. The house was well stocked with everything we needed. We loved staying here and would glasly stay here again! It was perfect for us as 2 couples.

Lovely home close to town (but not a big town) This VRBO met all our expectations. Owners very easy to work with. So glad we choose this VRBO. We loved Homer and our time spent there. We took a float plane (with a great pilot) to Brooks Falls from Homer. Glad we got to see the bears in their natural habitat but it was so crowded with so many people we had to wait for over 2 hours for time on the main platform to view the bears close up on the falls for an allotted time of just 30 min. For the money $$$ this cost not sure I would do this again.

This was the best place we stayed at n our Alaskan vacation. The house was super clean and very comfortable for our group of 4. We were close to the spit and other things we wanted to do around town. We would definitely stay here again!

This is a great place to stay. It's very quiet, and very comfortable with everything you need for a vacation stay. It's a very nice home, comfortable beds, great kitchen, nice yard and deck. We hope to visit Homer and stay at this home again.

The place is Great. Very well appointed. The kitchen was stocked with spices and herbs. plenty of cooking utencils. The beds were comfortable. 2 suggestions one is black out curtains in the bedrooms. With 20 hours of daylight a day it never gets dark. Second would be to have another chair in the living room. We had 4 people and had to bring a plastic chair in from the outside deck. besides that we loved the place and would stay there again

This home is very comfortable, perfectly clean, had everything we needed. The house is tucked away at the end of a cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood. The central location is convenient for getting everywhere in Homer. The owner was most pleasant to communicate with. We would be happy to stay again!

This home is in a perfect location in Homer near the harbor and downtown restaurants & shopping. The home exceeded our expectations & was the cleanest vrbo we've ever stayed in. Jean made sure all our needs were met & even sent someone to replace the propane tank the day we let her know the need for it. We will stay here again if we get the opportunity to visit Homer again.

Clean. Interior looks recently renovated (nice tile work in master bath). Great location: 10 minutes to Spit and very close to grocery and hardware store. We didn’t spend much time on outside deck, but the landscaping provides privacy. My only recommendation is to bring sleeping eye masks as the shades in rooms are not blackout, and suggest to owner to upgrade to these. Overall, highly recommended.

This cozy, clean, nicely decorated home was a perfect place to stay for a week for the four of us! The roomy kitchen has modern, clean appliances and is well-stocked with utensils, pots, cleaning supplies, etc. The layout was roomy yet not large, with two nice-sized bedrooms (with comfortable beds!) and two bathrooms, a comfortable living room, and a nice-sized dining room with a large table perfect for working on any of the many available jigsaw puzzles during rainy afternoons. While I think it is too far to walk to the downtown shops/restaurants, it is conveniently located for driving to everywhere. The host was very responsive and helpful. During our last evening, we were treated to a visit by a mama moose and her two calves in the front yard.We would most definitely stay here again if we make another trip to Homer!

The property was very comfortable and in a great location. A quiet neighborhood. In addition to the sandhill cranes in the neighborhood we had a female moose spend part of an afternoon with us, which was very exciting. There were quite a few moose in town with new calves during our stay. The house is a perfect rental and better than shown in the pictures. We used the kitchen several times as well as eating out. The host was very easy to work with. Loved our stay and loved Homer

We love Homer and this has been a great home away from home for our family while visiting!! Very comfortable beds and linens. Plenty of extra blankets and towels. The full kitchen had lots of nice extras; seasonings and some condiments. Washer and dryer a great plus with a 2 year old!! Close to town for walking or driving and exploring. Owner great to work with whenever we had a question! Highly recommend!!

The rental process was very efficient, check in and out very easy and the host is very easy to communicate with and very responsive. Gallups Getaway was very clean and well supplied, comfortable and well located for anything you want to do in the Homer area. We would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Homer and would definitely stay here again.

The home we stayed in was very nice and in the middle of most attractions! Had Sandhills cranes in front yard. Beautiful flowers around the house! Safe plac. Nice for our family! Binder with other attractions a good idea. We didn’t have a dryer but used the drying rack… it all worked out! Would highly recommend and use again!

Stayed here with my son for a fishing trip. Great kitchen and appliances, nice bathrooms, comfortable beds and very clean. The grill outside is not a high end grill but worked like a champ! Will definitely stay here again!

We had a great time in Homer. Thanks he house was just perfect. We used the grill to cook up some fresh halibut! We love the Sandhills Cranes all around the neighborhood and the ducks that would visit! Comfy beds.

We stayed for three nights Great property Wonderful location Unfortunately, the dryer was not working; but the host brought us a drying rack for our clothes within a few hours. Responded to messages within a few minutes; and even made a warranted trip over when we locked ourselves out of the house 😬 Thank u for a great stay!!! Highly recommend

Excellent property, quiet neighborhood, beautifully appointed and well-stocked. We were impressed with everything about this home, and it is one of the most comfortable vacation homes we've ever stayed in. It is close to everything in Homer, but the cul-de-sac insulated it from town noise. Love it, will definitely stay again.

Jean was very helpful and prompt to respond to my questions. The house is clean, comfortable and just really lovely. The location was perfect for staying in Homer for several days and we really appreciated the full kitchen and laundry after a day on a fishing charter. Would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Homer!

This is a great property, the open floor plan was great for us. The front deck gets morning sun and it was great to start the day with some yoga on the deck. The washer and dryer are a big plus and allowed us to launder our fishing clothes
