The 140 m² LA PERLE villa is a new villa located in GOSIER, 5 minutes' walk from St Felix beach.
The villa has been classified 3 stars by the Ministry of Tourism thanks to its complete and quality equipment.
It welcomes you (4 to 6 people) in its tropical tropical garden, calm and ventilated.
The huge covered terrace (40 m2) in front of the swimming pool invites you to laze around with its sun loungers and its unobstructed view. You can enjoy a large outdoor lounge for aperitifs and a dining area for dining al fresco (barbecue). Private salt pool, with alarm, shower and lounge chairs.
The main room opens entirely onto the terrace, the fully equipped kitchen will allow you to cook delicious meals (US fridge, oven, dishwasher, microwave, induction hob, classic coffee maker and Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, ... The living area is equipped with a corner sofa, a 135 cm connected TV (allowing you to access your NETFLIX, DEEZER accounts, etc.), internet access throughout the house.
The 3 bedrooms are spacious and bright:
Bedroom 1: Suite of 20 m² with a double bed in 160, bathroom with double sink, walk-in shower, dressing room, WC (independent closed from the bedroom)
Bedroom 2: 12 m² with a double bed in 160, wardrobe,
Bedroom 3: 12 m² with 2 single beds (possibility of bringing them together), wardrobe

And to complete the equipment, a cellar awaits you with a washing machine, a safe, an iron and ironing board, a clothes horse, a cooler, games and toys for children.
For your comfort, the complex is equipped with a cistern of drinking water (water cuts very common on the island's network), you will never run out of water when you return from the beach or visit.

The price includes household linen (sheets, tea towels, sponge ...), hand towels, and pool towels. The basic products: salt, pepper, oil, sponge, ... are at your disposal.
You will be greeted with a welcome aperitif and in order to enjoy your 1st Guadeloupean morning, the necessities for your 1st breakfast are offered to you.
VILLA LA PERLE is located in a complex of 3 tourist accommodations "LAGON PARADIS" with a garden with tropical essences, depending on the season you can pick lime, bananas, maracudjas ... Each accommodation is completely independent, fenced and not overlooked in relation to the other accommodation. The property is completely fenced and closed by an electric gate, secure parking spaces inside the property.
