Private pool, whirlpool (not heated), 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, fenced with playground, unspoiled quiet area.Villa is fully covered with Wi-Fi, partly air-conditioned (4 A/C units), very modern and comfortable. Villa Remušić offers exclusively for one group:
*Outdoor offers - Private 8mx3m pool with 3mx2m whirlpool (not heated), playground with toys for your youngest, 6 deck chairs, barbecue, and outdoor dining area. Next to it is a pool table room, a fun zone, and upstairs is a Finnish sauna, A/C and a Shower.
*Ground floor NO1 offers Bedroom No1 with king-size bed 180x200cm, Bedroom No2 with 2single bed 90x200cm, a Family bathroom No1 with shower, relaxing zone with white sofas.
The internal half-floor staircase takes you to a first Living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a free Wi-Fi, A/C, TV, sofa and additional lounge corner in the gallery. A Family bathroom No2 with a bathtub.
*Ground floor NO2 offers a comfortable second living and dining room with TV, A/C, free Wi-Fi and fully equipped kitchen with exit to the covered terrace on the west side with dining table, and direct exit to the pool area. There is a Family bathroom No3 with a shower and washing machine.
A staircase takes you to three bedrooms, all with exit to terrace on south and west. Bedroom No3 with 180x200cm king size bed and En-suite bathroom No4 with shower, Bedroom No4 with two single beds 90x200cm, and Bedroom No5 with king-size bed 180x200cm. Next to it, there is a Family bathroom No5 with bathtub.
A wooden staircase takes you to an attic with fully equipped, open plan kitchen, TV, A/C, Play Station 4, Bedroom No 5 two single beds 90x200cm and a sofa bed for two with a beautiful terrace on the south, and also a spacious Bathroom No6 with shower.
*Villa Remusic consists of 3 units connected with few outdoor stairs, all three exclusively for one group. 1st unit with 2 bedrooms, 2nd unit with 4 bedrooms, 3rd unit with billiard and sauna area. There are 3 parking places at a private property in front of the villa.
Come and enjoy this really historical, unspoiled part of Dalmatian village Smolonje, and enjoy in sounds of only a bird song on your well-deserved vacation.

Superbe semaine passée chez Matco! La maison est située en haut d'un hamot au calme, ambiance campagne garantie ! Coq, poules et chats présents! La maison est très belle, confortable et prête à être utilisée (lessive, produits ménagers, papier WC,....) rien a emmener. La piscine est nickel ainsi que la vue. Promenades proches près de la Cetina.. pour ceux qui veulent bouger, aller du côté d'omis, Split, Trogir ou Makarska... Beaucoup de choses à voir.. encore merci a Matco!

Villa Remusic was just perfect for us. It is in a secluded village, so you definitely need a car, but it was so peaceful, and the views from the terrace were better than we expected. It is an easy 15-20 minute drive into Omis which has everything you need. There are also a couple of convenience stores nearer to the villa which we used a lot. The bread van coming around in the morning was also very handy! The villa was spotless, and we had everything we needed. Matko could not have been more helpful. He brought us some local products as welcome gifts, and they were all fabulous. The pool area was fantastic. Whatever time of day, there was always a shady area if you wanted it. The eating areas outside were excellent. We loved the pool room which we used a lot, and even the sauna got used and was loved. A big thank you to Matko for everything, we had a brilliant holiday in his villa. It was our first visit to Croatia and we all absolutely loved it!

Inside space - clean, spacious, well-equipped and comfortable. The pool table and sauna area were well-used during our stay. The house stayed cool in spite of being only partially air-conditioned. Outside space - excellent pool for swimming up and down or chucking a five-year-old in repeatedly. Good range of outdoor furniture set out on two terraces so that shade was always available. The really special thing about this house is that its hilltop location gives great views of the gorge with mountains on either side. Owner Matko was available when needed and very nice. He will give you some of his peaches if they're in season.

We absolutely recommend this place! The house was spacious and well-planned and beautifully decorated. We were 9 persons (4 adults and 5 kids) and it was plenty of room for us in the villa. We loved the pool-area and the terrace and enjoyed the pooltable as well! Everything was so clean and nice and the view over the mountains was spectacular. The host was very friendly and welcoming and waited for us when we were a bit late on arrival. He offered his self-grown peaches that was delicious. We had a wonderful week in Craotia and we hope to come back again!

Super Secluded Location

This was an amazing property, well finished and exactly as the pictures on the site. The location of the property is a little remote and you will need a vehicle to get around, but driving in Croatia is very easy. The property is about 45 mins from Split City, which is beautiful and certainly worth a visit or two. The location of the property is excellent for travelling to the Krka falls and going south to Brela / Markarska where you can get a car ferry to Brac - this is worth and visit and very easy. The owner of the property was fantastic, answered texts very quickly if we had a question and also showed us around the property when we checked in. When we checked out, this was easy also, the owner came round, took the keys, completed a little check and we were gone. Throughout the week he would also clean the pool a couple of times, but he does this early and you don't notice him. Top tip - look out of the baker van that comes round about 9am everyday - fantastic goods! Overall, I would recommend this property for a fantastic relaxing holiday, but if you are after a city break, you will need to be nearer to split up the coast. A small recommendation would be to have a welcome pack at the property also, like a holiday resort of the local amenities etc.

Clean and spacious villa

We've stayed two weeks in this property from 26th august to 9th september. It was a very good experience, the house was clean, well designed and equiped. It's obviously a new accommodation and we were glad to be among the first guests there. The host Matko is welcoming, kind and available if you have any questions. He was also very comprehensible when we asked him to check out at 7am a sunday because we had a long trip to return in France, thank you again for that! You can easily park your cars. Furthermore the neighborhood is quiet and neighbors polite and smiling. I highly recommend this place for group around 8 people, group of friends or families. You can reach Omis and its beach within 20 minutes and find everything you need there.

Top villa in Croazia

Our stay in Smolonje was simply great. The location, the house and everything are exactly as shown on the web. The villa is located in a very quiet place, just 15 minutes by car from the sea in Omis; swimming pool and jacuzzi are a must. The furniture is very nice and the kitchen is fully equipped with every kind of appliance. We were 2 families of 4 each (8 persons in total), but the size of the villa allows everybody to find his own space and privacy. Matko is a present, but very discrete host available to support any kind of request. Fruit and vegetables from his farm are top quality. I definitely recommend Matko’s villa since our stay there was super!
