About this apartment rental

Renovated apartment to nine, 60m2, located 5 minutes walk from the city center, at the foot of the Midi cable car, south exposure, separate entrance, comprising 4 rooms: large kitchen dining room, living room with sofa, 1 bedroom with double bed large width (1m80), 1 bedroom with trundle bed, bathroom and separate toilet.
Chalet located in Chamonix, capital of skiing and mountaineering, at the foot of Mont Blanc, and all the prestigious ski resorts (Grands Montets, Vallée Blanche, etc ...) 5 minutes from the city center very lively 'year.
Free shuttles serve the ski slopes, ski lifts and around Chamonix.
You can put your car on a parking lot, and not use it during your stay.
For arrivals by train, the train station is 5 minutes walk from the apartment and a mini bus (the Mulet) takes you next to the cottage.
Regular buses run from Geneva Airport to Chamonix. Arrival at the bus station 5 minutes from the chalet.

We stayed 6 nights in Chamonix in this lovely chalet for our ski holiday. The location is perfect, only 5 min walk from Chamonix du sud (bus station), from where all the buses depart to all the skiable areas including Courmayeur, also if you are coming by bus from Geneva, it’s where the bus will stop. It’s also near the city centre, 5 min walk… there is a spar (supermarket) 3 min walk. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay… The hosts are lovely and they welcomed us on our first day. They don’t speak English and therefore the communication is limited if you don’t speak French , but google translate always helps! The kitchen has all the appliances you need if you want to cook at home. The only negative thing was the mattress, it could be a bit more comfortable!

I had a great stay in Chamonix Patricia and Pascal's flat. It's spacious and well equipped, with a beautiful garden. It's super central, only a minute from the Aguille Du Midi ski lift but feels so peaceful and secluded. My hosts were super responsive and very flexible with my arrival / departure. Merxi

The location of this place is amazing and it's next to the cable cars. It's walking distance to most venues and bus/ train stops. The hosts were friendly and accommodating.

Très appréciable !

Appartement très propre, spacieux, une vraie cuisine, une grande chambre parentale... très très agréable. Et en plus, situé au grand calme. A moins de 10 min à pied du centre ville, Chamonix est une station pleine de charme, l'architecture est magnifique ! Les hôtes sont très sympathiques, discrets et disponibles. Nous avons passé une semaine très reposante, merci !

Nous avons passé un trés bon séjour. Le logement spacieux et bien equipé. Bien situé dans Chamonix, près du centre mais au calmé. Superbe vue, les proprietaries agreables et acueillants. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir!

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable (1 famille avec 2 enfants de 4 et 6 ans ) dans l'appartement conforme aux photos. (petit détail: la salle de bains est accessible depuis la petite chambre). Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour à Chamonix. L'appartement est très fonctionnel et son emplacement offre de nombreuses facilités tant au niveau des activités que des commerces. Les hôtes sont d'une extrême gentillesse et bienveillance. Merci à eux.

Les propriétaires sont agréables. Le chalet est très bien situé, proche de tous commerces. Le lieu de vie est charmant et très bien agencé. Belle cuisine équipée, les chambres sont assez grandes , le salon aussi. C'est idéal pour une famille de 4 personnes. Le lieux est calme et reposant et à une belle vue sur le mont-blanc et l'aiguille du midi.

La location est conforme aux photos. Tout a été refait à neuf, et est bien équipée. La situation géographique est parfaite, proche du centre ville, de tout commerce, ainsi que des arrêts des bus.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille. Nous étions deux adultes et deux enfants de 3 et 6 ans. L'appartement est très bien avec deux vraies chambres, une salle de douche, une cuisine et un salon avec canapé confortable et télé. Son équipement est complet et recherché pour le confort des occupants. Pour le ski vous aurez un casier de disponible dehors à la descente de la cave. Le logement est au calme dans une enceinte privée avec jardin et à 400 mètres du centre piéton avec toutes les commodités. Il est en accès immédiat de tous les transports en commun gratuit de Chamonix. Les propriétaires sont disponibles, discrets et très gentils. Nous recommandons ce logement.

Great apartment, perfectly situated near shops, restaurants, pubs, and public transport. We loved our stay, the apartment is spacious enough for a two year old to relax, nice little kitchen, well equipped, comfortable living room with a great couch and good tv.
