The Old Boarding House – a long standing apartment building in the Siloam Springs community recently refreshed. OBH is conveniently located central near The Memorial Park Amp, Farmers Market, Public Library, Coffeehouses, Brewery and Downtown access.

This unit was intended to provide the traveler the conveniences of a hotel + the feel and comfort of a home. You will find the layout to be open with the kitchen, dining and living areas. The kitchen includes all appliances + amenities if you decide to eat in. Seating includes a bar countertop and dining table which allows a good space for dining.

The 2-bedrooms include comfortable king sized beds that will provide a great nights sleep. In the bathroom, you'll find a double vanity bathroom with a large standup shower.

All items in the unit were selected to provide comfort for a great stay! We look forward to making your local experience in Siloam Springs memorable.

Check-in was easy, the house is walking distance to downtown Siloam Springs and close to the university. The amenities were great and comfortable. I appreciate the thoughtful touches in case we forgot something-many things were there. I appreciated the cleanliness and space. Thanks!!!

Property was exactly as described, clean and linens were very nice quality. Did need to purchase a fly swatter as the flies were prevalent this year. Kitchen is not stocked well if you plan to do any cooking, would be nice to have foil, plastic wrap etc Very nice to have quality washer and dryer since we were there for 6 days. Loved the convenience of being able to walk most every where we needed to be as several other families were also in town for the wedding. The property was perfect for staging all the wedding decorations, and supplies.

The apartment was perfect for me and my 3 children! The beds are super comfy, the space was really great for a 2 bedroom. Shower was always hot, and it was clean!!! My son and I arrived approximately 3 PM, unit door would not open as code did not open it, even after several tries. One and one half hours later, door lock was "remotely" opened by manager. The unit was clean and comfortable. First night there were loud party sounds from unit above mine.

This is a roomy two-bedroom with a great kitchen and two spacious bedrooms. The porch is amazing. Close to downtown business and just so easy to get anywhere! Very comfortable.

This place was super clean and neat as a pin. The living area is spacious enough to not feel cramped and the kitchen is really roomy for a space this size. The beds were comfortable. Just a great experience overall! The porch is amazing—would have loved to have better weather to make use of it. Anna is a great communicator, too.
