The apartment will be completed in late 2019 and offers a wonderful view of Lake Constance, which is less than 30 meters from the south-west balcony. Due to the orientation to the south-west you have all day light and sun. This apartment gives you through a large window front an unforgettable view of the lake.
The light-filled apartment with stunning views offers 75 m² living space for 2 - 4 people with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom / WC and a 35 m² living room with open kitchen and direct views of the lake and the Alps.
On the sunny balcony (40 m²) you can relax during the day in the sun and enjoy a great view with lake and alpine panorama. In the evenings you can listen to the sound of Lake Constance and enjoy wonderful sunsets on the balcony with a glass of wine.
The property is not visible from the street, so you will enjoy your stay undisturbed. The apartment is a Non smoking apartment. Internet connection with Wi-Fi is available for you in the apartment. The apartment has a parking space directly in front of the house.

We have had a wonderfull stay. The appartment is equipped with everything you need including a start package. We felt like home in the bright and cosy appartment and especielly enjoyed the beautyfull roof terrace with the exceptional view over Bodensee. The appartment was very clean. The location is close to a very good Biomarkt and bakery, and a small number of restaurants. We appreciated that we could walk along the lake to Uberlingen and that it is very easy to rent bicycles a little further down the road. For us this is the perfect holiday home in a perfect location close to everything but at the same time with the feeling of being far away. The owner is very easy to communicate with and was during the entire stay a very attentive and hospitable host. We can highly recommend this place!!!

This is a beautiful and very functional 3rd floor apartment right at the lake. It’s a five minute walk to access the lake to swim. The view from the large balcony is amazing, and our hosts went out of their way to accommodate our various needs. We even received a birthday surprise! The property is in walking distance to bakery, pharmacy, and grocery store. There are so many fun things to do in the surrounding area.
We highly recommend this property and can’t wait to return!

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful apartment right by the lake with such a peaceful view. The apartment has everything you need, loved how bright it is and the beds are very comfortable. Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in direkter Seenähe
Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit am Bodensee! Wir können diese Wohnung sehr empfehlen, vorallem die direkte Seenähe ist einfach unschlagbar. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, der ebenfalls im Objekt wohnt, hat reibungslos funktioniert. Wir konnten sogar schon vor 16 Uhr ins Objekt und haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wir haben eine richtig gute Ferienwoche in dieser herrlichen Wohnung verbracht. Alles war so, wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Ein wunderbarer Blick auf den See, ruhige Lage und trotzdem nah zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants.Sehr nette, freundliche Gastgeber. Unseren nächsten Bodenseeurlaub werden wir sicher wieder in dieser Wohnung verbringen.

Gut ausgestattete, neu gebaute Ferienwohnung im II. OG mit einem großen Balkon direkt am Bodensee. Auf Grund der Lage sind viele Ausflugsziele auf deutscher und schweizer Seite schnell erreichbar. Sehr zu empfeheln!

Phantastischer Urlaub am See
Wir haben die Zeit am Bodensee dank bestem Wetter und vielfältigen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten sehr gut nutzen können. Der stete Ausblick von der Ferienwohnung auf den See war phantastisch, manchmal waren auch die Berge zu sehen. Eichhörnchen und Wasservögel kann man gut beobachten. Ausstattung und Größe lassen keine Wünsche offen - wir kommen gerne wieder.

Herausragende Ferienwohnung in Top- Lage
Bei dieser Ferienwohnung bleibt kein Wunsch offen.
Heller, großzügig gestalteter,offener Wohn- Essbereich, geschmackvoll eingerichtet.
Großer Balkon mit direktem Blick auf den Bodensee. Der Zugang zum See mit einer sehr schönen,öffentlichen Badestelle ist nur ca. 150-200m vom Haus entfernt.
Das Strandbad Nussdorf ist direkt daneben.
Die Lage ist ruhig, aber trotzdem zentral.
Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war sehr angenehm. Sowohl bei der Buchung, als auch vor Ort, waren sie sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Wir würden diese Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen.

Gigantische Lage !!!
Die Lage der Ferienwohnung war fantastisch !!
Der Fahrradverleih und ein Bäcker um die Ecke.
Es war total ruhig, man konnte die Wellen des Sees hören...
Auf der Dachterrasse ist Erholung pur angesagt
Die Wohnung selbst ist modern eingerichtet und es ist alles da was man benötigt.
Wir haben schon gleich für nächstes Jahr gebucht !!

Eine sehr attraktive schön gelegene Wohnung im 2. OG. Die helle sonnendurchflutete Wohnung ist gut und geschmackvoll ausgestattet. Die Betten sind komfortabel. Das Bad ist großzügig ausgestaltet. Gigantisch ist der Ausblick vom Balkon aus !

Eine wunderschöne Lage hat die komfortable Wohnung, der herrliche Blick auf den See kann vom Balkon oder auch von innen genossen werden. Gute Anbindung des Ortes mit dem Busnetz. Alles was man braucht kann man zu Fuß besorgen - paradiesisch!

Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig und mit einem wunderschönen Blick auf den See. Das Mobiliar ist leider sehr schlicht und die Küche schlecht ausgestattet. Hier wurde am falschen Platz gespart. Ansonsten können wir die Wohnung weiter empfehlen.

Die Ausstattung ist für den Preis dürftig bis teilweise unangemessen. Das reicht von fehlenden bequemen Sitzmöglichkeiten für 4 Personen bis zur Zitruspresse.

Alles wie im Internet. Gute Kommunikation mit den Eigentümern und mit dem Kontakt vor Ort.
Kleiner Wermmuthstropfen: der See ist 30 Meter entfernt aber es gibt keinen Zugang für Gäste. Alles eingezäunt und abgesperrt.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in Top-Lage mit traumhaftem Blick auf den See.
Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub am Bodenseeverbracht und haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Schade war nur, dass man als Feriengast keinen direkten Zugang zum See hat. Außerdem war das Grundstück leider etwas verwahrlost ( dies fällt einem möglicherweise auch nur auf, wenn man selber Gartenfan ist).
Alles in allem klare Empfehlung.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung und super Ausblick
Die Bilder in der Anzeige geben einen sehr guten Überblick über das was einem erwartet.
Super helle Wohnung mit super Aussicht und großen Südbalkon. Modern eingerichtet und für eine Fewo ausreichend gut ausgestattet. (Küchenzeile/ bei 4Personen für 6 Personen Besteck und Geschirr).
Der Fernseher ist für heutige Verhältnisse ein bisschen klein und muss zum TV-Schauen immer mit einem Tisch vors Sofa geschoben werden, damit er tagsüber nicht vorm Fenster steht, aber wer will schon bei so einer Sicht TV-Schauen.
Man kann vor der Haustür mit schönen Sparziergängen oder Radtouren beginnen. Grundversorgung mit Lebensmitteln ist in nächster Nähe (1-2km)auch gesorgt. Restaurant (min.3) gibt es auch in Fußnähe.
Wir waren super zufrieden, könnten uns ein erneuten Besuch gut vorstellen!
