Located on the second floor of 3 Mariner's Walk, this charming 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo has everything you will need while enjoying your visit to the Wild Dunes. The living, dining and kitchen area open to a large open air deck overlooking both the beach and the oceanfront pool - exclusively for Mariner's Walk guest. Inside provides plenty of space to just kick back and relax. The first floor of this condo has a guest room with King bed and private bath and the second floor has a master with king bed and private bath (great ocean views!) and another guestroom with a queen bed and a private bath.

We liked the location and proximity to beach. It was less crowded the further down towards the Grand Pavillion in Wild Dunes. The house is pretty outdated. Could use some fixing up and paint. The front of the oven was coming apart. Stains on the couch and our feet were black the first day there. We were mostly in and out all day so it wasn’t a huge deal but just was surprised by that.

We loved our stay. We are a family of 5 adults. Having 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was a huge asset. The condo was very pretty and extremely clean. The location was fantastic and we drove to Charleston a few times and also out to the Mount Pleasant area. It was great being steps away from the beach and we went out there almost everyday and also enjoyed the pool area. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

The condo was very clean, had all of the amenities you could need in a fully-stocked kitchen. The furnishings are modern and comfortable. The entire family enjoyed this vacation. The pool area had plenty of seating for multiple families to enjoy and the beach was just steps away-you can’t beat the location!

Spent 3 days at IOP with long term friends who were neighbors of ours 30+ years ago up in N.Y. It'd been several years since we had visited IOP and it was great to be back. Our neighbors had never been to IOP but thoroughly enjoyed themselves.

The place is beautiful. It was perfect for our family. Our family enjoyed taking a morning walk on beach for the sunrise. The pictures don't do it justice, it was so comfortable and fully equipped with what you need.

This house was perfect for us. Location and all. We were in SC for a baseball tournament so we needed something close to the beach with a pool because our time was going to be limited. This place worked out perfectly to get the beach vacation and tournament in. Would stay again. Check in is at the first Wild Dunes entrance.

The Isle of Palms, SC 3 BR condo is nicely appointed and within a 1-minute walk to the beach. The condo itself has easy access via keyless entry along with all necessary home appliances, gadgets, and linens. Overall resort amenities are as expected and include golf, restaurants, and other activities. The entire property is walkable and safe. Definitely recommend for family and group get-togethers.

So nice to be close to the beach and pool was within steps away. Property needed a bit of TLC. The appliances in particular needed a good cleaning on the outside. Could use a few more towels with 6 adults.

We had a great time at 3F Mariner's walk. Condo is clean and comfortable. We appreciated that each bedroom has its own bath. We did have trouble getting the dishwasher started - otherwise well appointed condo in a great location.

Great location. Lots of nearby restaurants (make reservations in advance!). Lots of paved walking trails in community. Condo was clean but could use a fresh coat of paint. Bring coffee as there is none provided

We had 6 adults and we found this condo to be perfect for us. Beds where comfortable, condo equipped as needed in kitchen. Location to beach and pool ideal. Pool was really nice and clean and looked to have recently been redone. Very quite and relaxing. Only recommendation is an umbrella for outdoor seating. Afternoon sun covers deck area and no shade. TV in upper back bedroom really didn’t work. Tracking on the TV was really bad. Other than that we had a great time. Condo is in great location, close to stores and many good restaurants. Also only about a 20 minute ride to down town Charleston. We will be back here for sure.

We are IOP regulars and I searched many properties within the wild dunes condos before picking this one. We were very happy with Mariners 3F! The house was spotless clean and beautiful. Beds are so comfortable, and the patio chairs are really nice. It’s true there is no umbrella on the patio but it didn’t bother us because we came to enjoy the sun. Beach access is perfect and convenient. The pool was quiet and clean every day. We used the community grill and we were able to use the grand pavilion pool at the hotel as well. The Property manager was very responsive and helpful. Quit looking around and book this one, you will not regret it!

We stayed at IOP’s for golf and the CRBR. The place was very convenient and the ocean view was awesome! We sat out on the deck and just enjoyed the peace and views. We look forward to being there again.

This condo in Mariners Walk is in a great location on Wild Dunes. It is adequately equipped, and well laid out. Beds were comfortable. We were surprised by the number of areas that needed to refreshed with a new coat of paint, and a few of the kitchen items needed an update-coffee maker and oven.

Everything we wanted!

Everything we wanted!

This is a great location with a nice beach view and easy access to the beach. With 1 kind bed upstairs & 1 king downstairs, this unit offers privacy for a group of 4. The 2nd bedroom upstairs has its own bath but the bed seemed more of a full-size rather than queen (although we didn’t use it). Note for elderly guests: you must climb a flight of stairs to get in and out of the unit. The kitchen has all the basics. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property.
