Completely remodeled lakefront home sleeps 10+. Comfortable new bedding (king, queen, full, 2 twins, queen memory foam sleeper sofa, twin daybed). Beautifully appointed kitchen. Three large decks and a covered gazebo has plenty of seating for everyone to enjoy the beautiful day at the lake. Apple TV with ESPN, SEC and ACC channels. High speed internet. Plenty of parking for cars and boat.
5 minutes off I-85, 5 minutes to Green Pond from water or land, 18 minutes to Clemson, 5 minutes to Portman Shoals Marina, The Galley and Nami Restaurants and 2 grocery stores. This beautiful home has everything you need for a perfect vacation!

My family had a wonderful time on Lake Hartwell for the Bassmaster High School National Championship. We were able to dock both bass boats and it was a quick and easy ride to Green Pond Landing for launch each morning. A perfect rental if you’re in town for tournaments! Quiet/peaceful neighborhood. The house had everything we needed and owners are close by and quickly responded to questions. Daily swims and kayaks were an added bonus. We will definitely be back when my son fishes Hartwell in college!

Great spot, close to everything we needed. Nice boat dock, need to be careful walking to it when the path is wet. Rented a boat for the week and was easy to get in and out of. Green pond landing is simple to launch from and close to the house. Great neighbors all very friendly.

My son and I stayed for 8 nights while fishing the Fishers of Men championship. Location to Green Pond was perfect. Neighborhood was quiet with friendly neighbors. The house was impeccably clean. Room to park a couple of boats with good charging access. Kitchen was well supplied which was a plus as we prepared dinner every night. Although there was only 2 of us the house would sleep 8-10 if needed. The decks were a great place to relax after a long day on the water. Robin was easy to work with. We would most definitely return

We spent a week at the house with family friends for our sons’ BASS national championship tournament. The location was ideal and very close to Green Pond Landing. We were able to keep the boats in the water so we didn’t have to trailer them every day back and forth. The owners were wonderful to work with, and Robin made sure that all the details were communicated. The house was plenty big for two families, and it was very clean and tidy. We plan to return the next time we have a tournament on Lake Hartwell.

My family and I had a small reunion here. We grilled on the deck, swam in the lake, and enjoyed use of the dock and other amenities! This host is extremely thoughtful in the setup for your stay! She had beach towels, linens for the house, lanterns, games, life jackets, and some items in the fridge and pantry. We all enjoyed a relaxing and entertaining weekend together! I would definitely stay here again and/or recommend this property!

Very clean and accommodating. House was even better than pictures. Great communication with Robin. The house was available earlier than our check-in time which really helped us and also my husband left behind his shirt hanging in the closet and the owner offered to ship.it. We needed a 3 night rental very close to Green Pond Landing for my son’s collegiate Bassmaster tournament and this was absolutely spot on! Robin is an amazing communicator and the house was just right for me, my wife, my college-age son and his fishing partner. The house was very clean and well equipped. Outdoor receptacle made charging boat batteries easy and we had zero issues with our boat overnight in the driveway. We will be back for sure!

This was such a great property. Renovated, clean and has everything you need. Perfect location for either a quick weekend get away, Clemson visit and football game or week at the lake. You are right on the lake, tons of outdoor decks and seating. The place was so clean and recently nicely renovated. We highly recommend this property and will be back. We had the best time at this property! The location is so convenient. We came for a Clemson game and it was just a short 20 minute drive to campus (we also had no problems to Uber getting to and from). The house itself is beautiful and provides plenty of space for a group of 10. The deck space is amazing and provides lots of room to enjoy time outside. The location right on the lake would make it the perfect place for a lake weekend. Robin was great to work with and the entire process was a breeze. She even had fresh cookies for us! We will definitely be back next year! Thanks Robin!
