This tastefully designed flat gives a fresh and artistic edge to your Hastings stay. Located within walking distance to the beach, surfing, Hastings pier, Hastings Old Town, the Castle and St. Leonards. Enjoy the promenade (along the sea) and Bottle Alley (starting west of the pier). The flat is at the heart of the city center where you can enjoy a large variety of restaurants, coffee shops, wine bars, music and entertainment, seasonal neighborhood market market and activities, parks, art, culture and great views. Hastings has many treasures to offer! Your everyday shopping needs include a local butcher and cheese shop, bakeries, and groceries within 5 minutes walk. The train station is a 5 minute walk. Old Town Hastings and the fresh fish market are about a 15 minute walk. Please don’t let the outside put you off this apartment when you pull up. Once inside it is beautiful. Yes there are stairs to climb but it keeps you fit. There is a sea view from the lounge window. The decor in the apartment is modern, arty and colourful, we loved the bathroom. There everything you need in the apartment. Bed is very comfortable, selection of pillows to use.

Amazing location lovely little flat exactly where it should be close enough for all the attractions but not so close so you feel like your on top of it all will be booking again definitely Big thank you to Pauline who went out of her way to help also xx

Claremont flat 3 was a fabulous experience: gorgeous vista, extremely central , just a stone’s throw from the old town or the fish market! You find everything you need in terms of comfort and appliances. It is stylishly furbished and will definitely be a must-go in the future. A delightful stay altogether. Kind regards, Claire-Sophie

Excellent apartment in a friendly local area (cafes, restaurants, deli, cheese shop and music shop) Well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, high speed internet and lots of space for 2 people. Host is very friendly, communicates well and the check in process (lock box) is easy to follow. Perfect break, only 10 minutes walk to Hastings station so ideal for those using public transport for a holiday

A perfect choice

A perfect choice

This trip was meant to include my wife and myself, but unfortunately her visa was delayed and her trip had to be cancelled at the last minute. Since the main purpose for our planned visit was my brother’s wedding, I made the trip alone. I did share the details of the accommodation with my wife via video call, and we could not have been happier with this choice. Everything was as described and the place was spotlessly clean. The many thoughtful touches, like tea and coffee, extra heating if needed, and so on, were very much appreciated. The decor and appointments were also tastefully chosen and comfortable. As for location, for me it worked perfectly and is very convenient for the centre of town. Parking is limited (no surprise in a British town centre) so what I did was to leave my hire car at my brother’s home and use buses and taxis to get around town. The bus service is excellent. All in all, I had a wonderful stay. I did get an opportunity to visit accommodations that other family members had booked, and they were not up to the standard of this property. I highly recommend this property, and hope to stay here again on future visits. I know my wife will love it when she is eventually able to make the trip with me.

Positives - Spotlessly clean modern Great location 10/15 mins walk to old town Communication with owner quick responses Recommended places to eat, helpful hints and how to best get to places lovely view of the sea Car park right next to property £8 for 24 hours Negative’s - Bed slightly hard for our liking Would have been nice to have a mirror in the bedroom when i wanted to dry my hair Hand towels slightly bleach stained Would have liked to have seen information on how the apartment was cleaned due to covid eg leaflets , information, sign etc Overall we enjoyed a lovely stay here and would recommend to others

On the plus side the flat was very well situated for access to everything which Hastings has to offer. It was within easy walking distance of all amenities. It is also well equipped in terms of kitchen etc. Unfortunately we had a few issues, most of which were sorted and the property manager was very helpful. However a broken window handle in the bedroom did not get fixed and meant the bedroom was just too hot to sleep in. The flat is on the 3rd floor and not being able to open the only window which looked like a plausible exit in a fire was not a great situation.

Delightful apartment in great location

We loved staying here. It was a super well kept and modern apartment with a beautiful bath and comfy bed. Angela was very good with us, texting to make sure everything was good. It's located so close to the beach but also railway station and town. We could walk everywhere. Loved it.
