Our location at Table Rock Lake was perfect for our family reunion! The kitchen accommodated the number of people attending our reunion, with plenty of cooking options. The number of gathering spots in the house made it easy to break-out into smaller groups. There were plenty of games and activities for everyone. The bedrooms gave each couple a private room, while the bunkrooms were perfect for our singles and kids. The community pool, both outdoor and indoor pools, were within an easy walk from the house and enjoyed by many. The house was close to the state park marina, which is by far the best place to rent pontoons and wave runners. Our entire family thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
the property manager was extremely responsive! We had one bed frame break on one couple, and the property manager was quick to schedule a time for repairs to be made to the frame. The couple affected were very appreciative of the fast turn-around time.

My husband and I and our children, their spouses, and grandkids totaling 26 had a wonderful stay at this property. Everything was clean and well stocked. The kids enjoyed all the games, the adults enjoyed the retro arcade games from their childhood, the hot tub was frequented, and they enjoyed the use of the swimming pool. The two refrigerators in the home were both used and appreciated. We would love to return the next time we travel to Branson!!

Great property for large get-togethers. The home was exactly as it was described. We all loved how spacious the rooms and bathrooms were and plenty of room to spread out. It was also nice there were 7 or 8 parking spaces for this house. We would definitely book again.

My family and I absolutely enjoyed our stay! The home and location are beautiful. We had a wonderfully warm welcome and great communication throughout. My family is already trying to convince me to book again for this year. We absolutely would if there were enough space. There was no issue with accommodating our guests, but I fear after those who didn't make it see our videos and hear how amazing of a time we had, our numbers will really take off! Lol!

The cabin was large and spacious and very clean. We enjoyed our time, not too far from the main attractions of Branson.

It was very clean which is important to us, the view was fabulous! We all loved sitting on the upper back deck in the mornings with our coffee and in the evenings as the sun set. The whole family was so impressed and loved it! No complaints! Plenty of space, ample cookware, dishes, etc. The only suggestion I might add is some roll down outdoor shades of some kind for the deck to help block some of the evening sun would be wonderful. We hope to come back soon, highly recommend this home and so appreciated Jason and Lisa's communication. Also the beautifully decorated cookies were a BIG hit! Just delicious, thank you!!

We have a very large family, and this house was perfect for us. Everyone commented on how nice the house was. We loved that we had room to all sit together for our meals. It rained one day, but the basement setup and indoor pool kept everyone happy.

Absolutely excellent!! Plenty of room, extra clean, well stocked kitchen and super comfy!! The pool was close and very nice. No loud parties and friendly staff. Pool noodles were very appreciated. We had 10 adults and 6 children and they loved the bunk room. The two 12 year olds enjoyed their own suite! I would return in a heartbeat!!

The house was just perfect for us. It was compacted but very spacious at the same time. We love how every room has its own bathroom so that’s convenient . We loved the indoor and outdoor community pool. The lake/beach area was just 5 min down the road. Everything was just perfect . Great for families and friends . We had a really good time

Our large family FINALLY had the chance to all get together...all 31 of us. Our 17 grand children ranged from 2 years old to 15 and so this house was perfect for us. The rec room was a kid favorite and constantly in use. My favorite place was the kitchen area. It was large enough for gathering, playing games, and eating meals together. We even enjoyed sitting and playing games out on the deck, and porch with the ping pong table and fire pit. The bedrooms were large and comfortable, and the 9 boy cousins, all between the ages 7 -9, loved sharing the bunk room. The pools were well cared for and a quick easy walk from the house. The location of the neighborhood was excellent, so close to Moonshine Beach and the sites we wanted to visit downtown. This house, its owners, and property managers deserve an A+. I would highly recommend it!

Great home for a visit to Table Rock/Branson. Our family of 20, 12 adults and 8 children loved every moment! Kitchen is well stocked for cooking, bunk rooms are wonderful for the kids and 7 king suites fit us just right! Gorgeous view from the deck and swimming pools were perfect! Owners were very responsive and great to work with before and during our stay. Highly recommend this property!

This place is a great place for everyone. Lots of room, great kitchen, close to beach, great view of Table Rock Lake and close to downtown Branson. We had 6 couples and 12 children from ages 6 to 17. All had a wonderful time. The couples each had their own bathroom of which they were very thankful. The property manager and owners were all great and extremely helpful. If you are planning a family vacation to Branson, this would be a great place to go! We all want to go back!! I highly recommend this place.

Beautiful home, comfortable and well-appointed. Great location for a large group like our family reunion. Lots of areas for visiting, games, and relaxing. Loved having 2 dishwashers and 2 refrigerators for the crowd! Communication with the owner was easy. Would definitely recommend for family get-togethers!

The property was beautiful, clean, plenty big, and perfect for our family. We had adults stay in the seven large bedrooms with the king size beds and private restrooms. Our yoinger girls (ages 8-15) stayed in one of the rooms with bunk beds and our boys (ages 4-16) stsyed in the other. The kids enjoyed all of the games, swimming in the indoor pool, and making s'mores around the fire pit. We cooked breakfasts and dinners in the cable. The kitchen and dinning areas were plenty big enough to accommodate our group. The kids enjoyed eating meals outside on the patio/deck. We all loved the cabin and hope to stay there again...definitely worth 5-stars!

We rented this house for 7 families of friends to celebrate the New Year Even. The house was great, the party was amazing, and we enjoyed the location as it was easy to get to the other places in Branson. Every room has its bathroom and nice furniture. There are 2 laundry units - on the main level and in the basement. So, everything is created to make a great atmosphere and equipped well.
Also, I want to say a big thank you to our property manager Debbie - she is amazing! She is a person who cares about clients.

We have been doing a family Christmas trip to Branson for several years now. This has been one of our favorite properties so far! It was very cozy and decorated nicely for the holidays. The Christmas cookies were such a nice touch and we all enjoyed them! Having multiple levels was perfect for spreading out and having a little space when needed. Everything was very clean! We also appreciated the high chair and the fact that there weren't breakables everywhere with so many kids in the family. We would definitely stay here again in the future and would highly recommend it to anyone!

After a 10 hour ride from South Louisiana we found rental with ease. Directions on target - great location and breath taking view of sunset over Table Rock lake. Easy entry into spacious home where family was greeted by unexpected beautiful Christmas tree. Everything was as advertised with the game room being used continuously. Enjoyed the LSU football game on several TV's throughout the house. Had one minor problem with microwave but which property manager purchased a new one delivering the same day. 20 + family all satisfied.

Enjoyed celebrating Thanksgiving with a short trip to Branson that included my parents, 4 siblings & spouses, plus our 14 nieces & nephews. Plenty of space & privacy when needed. The 7 master bedrooms with bathrooms are a great feature of this home. Large kitchen & living room never felt crowded with all 26 of us. The game room/living room on the lower level was a great space to gather as well. Definitely recommend!

Property was great, owners were awesome to work with. We had to call maintenance twice and Debbie was incredible. She responded quickly and was super nice and friendly.
Our family enjoyed playing pool, ping pong and setting around the fire pit.
We even took our corn hole game over to the pool one day and played while the kids enjoyed the pool.

The property was perfect for our group of 30. It's hard to keep 30 people happy in one house, but you did it!! Thank you for everything, we had everything we needed to entertain all ages. The pool was right behind our property and the lake view was gorgeous. We could do this every year.

The first bedroom on the left as you go in: neither the sink nor the shower drained.
The vacuum cleaner just pushed stuff around. The sectional had a bunch of food under it from previous people.
The upper windows in the living dining area could use some blinds. The sun in the afternoons was too much.
We loved the bunk rooms, although the one upstairs was very hot with no vent for the ac.
Overall we were very pleased, room for adults to babies. The 2 big fridges were great.

Home was beautiful with lots of master suites and 2 bunk rooms to accommodate our large family. Kids loved the bunk room! My only problem was the floors were dirty, cleaning service could not have possibly cleaned the floors before we arrived. Also carpet on stairs was in need of steam cleaning. Loved the pools used both inside and out. Beautiful home!
