About this house rental
Enclave 12 is a completely renovated, spectacular 1730sq. ft, end unit that boasts amazing views with top-of-the-line everything and just a short 4-5 minute walk to Silver Lake Lodge, lifts, restaurants, shopping, etc. This is a stunning condo that has all the comforts of home as well as your favorite hotel amenities. WE OFFER DISCOUNT RATES for 7+ night stay!
The chef's kitchen offers quartz counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and all the basic kitchen equipment and supplies. You also have a private outdoor grill off the main living space. You and your family and friends can relax in the huge great room with soaring ceilings, beams and windows that reach 20 feet high. All furnishings are new and there is a gas fireplace, huge sectional sofa with down cushions, a dining table that seats six, a beautiful breakfast bar that seats five, loads of storage and gorgeous views that reach for miles. The great room also has a guest bathroom.
You may enjoy all that technology offers as well. We offer wireless internet throughout the house, high definition flat screen tvs with cable in the great room and in the bedrooms along with a stereo system/DVD/iPod player.
The master bedroom and bath rival the finest hotels. The bedroom enjoys expansive views of the mountain range from the king bed. Relax after a great day of skiing in the massive walk-in shower that measures over 40 square feet in total area and sports four shower heads including two rain shower heads and a 10-foot long bench seat.
The large hot tub is just a few steps off the master bedroom and offers amazing views of the ski slopes while relaxing after a hard day of skiing in the privacy of your own home. We think this is the best view from a hot tub in all of Deer Valley! Just look at the picture below.
There is a second bedroom with luxurious queen bed and a large club chair. The second bathroom is lovely with a designer sink, sconces and tiled tub/shower combination.
Both bedrooms have their own flat-screen tvs. For your convenience, you also have full use of the separate laundry room with new high-efficiency washer and dryer.
Parking couldn't be easier. Your parking choices include just outside the front door where the Enclave has convenient off-street parking or you may park in our underground parking deck.
We are only a short five minute walk to Silver Lake Village and the ski corral where, for free, you can leave your boots and skis in convenient storage for the duration of your trip to Deer Valley and never have to haul your gear back and forth like most resorts. Silver Lake is home to some of Deer Valley's best restaurants, including Stein Eriksen Lodge, the Cafe Mariposa, Royal Street Cafe, Goldener Hirsch, Reef and Cena as well as great shops for all your skiing needs.

We absolutely loved this condo! Everything was as good as advertised, if not better. The views were great, condo was spotless and very nicely decorated. The location was also great. We especially enjoyed sunset views from the hot tub. I would highly recommend this VRBO for anyone wanting to visit Park City / Deer Valley.

This unit was as marketed. Beautiful views out of the great room window. Furniture was very comfortable on the main level as well as the bedrooms downstairs. The underground parking was wonderful and very much needed given all the snow covering up the street parking. Kitchen was well stocked. I would definitely stay there again.

Cannot say enough about this top-notch property. It is one of if not the nicest rentals I've ever stayed in. The interior is as spectacular as the breathtaking mountain views. Top notch appliances, furniture, bedding and towels. Gorgeous artwork. Tasteful from top to bottom. A five minute drive to Main Street in Park City. Private and quiet. Host was lovely, though I only reached out to rave about how fabulous the property was. My daughter and I would stay here again any time and were genuinely sad to depart.

We were in Deer Valley during the huge snowstorm and we loved the fireplace and hot tub. Super easy to get to the slopes, either by taking the 5 minute walk or the bus! Highly recommend downloading the Park City bus transportation app, it tells you down to the minute when the bus gets to the bus stop, (Little Bell), which is right at the entrance of the neighborhood. We took the bus to the slopes in the mornings and to Park City one night, which was super convienient. Condo was so nice and beds so comfy!!! It had everything we needed and more. Great VRBO!! We hope to return.

Stayed here for a family ski trip. Thoroughly enjoyed the property. Everything is very clean and new. The home is well stocked with everything you need as well. The views of deer valley are amazing from the home. It’s a very easy walk to silver lake to hit the slopes. Overall a great place to stay for skiing deer valley!

I almost don't want to review this, so you won't go visit. But, this is a beautiful location with picturesque views to the Stargazer, Peeler and Three Ply trails at DV... and a five minute walk to the lift lines at Silver Lake. Views from every direction also allow you to see Empire Canyon and Bald Mountain.
The unit itself is very open and very well decorated and thought out. Kitchen is fantastic with open ceilings and ample space off of it in the commons area which includes a wood burning (gas lit) fireplace.
Master bathroom is spectacular downstairs, while the master BR accesses the whirlpool. Normally, this would offer great views, but with 8 feet of snow on the ground, it was a winter oasis.
Great owners to work with... can't thank them enough for flexibility on our last day.

My two sons and I stayed here for out ski trip before Christmas. The condo was fully equipped with everything we could have needed and more. The two bedrooms were very accommodating and comfortable. My youngest son slept on the pull-out couch and bragged he had the best room in the as he fell asleep by the fire every night. Short walk to mid mountain is the perfect way to warm up the legs for skiing. Owner was very communitive although not needed as we had everything we needed. Beautiful unit and we would definitely rent again in the future!!

Repeat renters...our "home" in Park City
We just returned from our 4th year of renting this amazing Park City home. Our children and I cannot wait to arrive every year.... so close to the slopes, the wide-open living area, and of course the hot tub. Owners have been wonderful to rent from... feel like we are staying at a friend's home every year. Looking forward to 2023!

Dreamy location, cozy and Well-Stocked
My husband, daughter and I had a wonderful stay in Deer Valley. The view from the home and hot tub was spectacular. The bedding was cozy and the home itself was warm and inviting. We loved our walk to Silver Lake Lodge where we stored our ski gear and took the Silver Lake Express down to our lessons. I highly recommend staying in this wonderful home! We hope to come back again soon.

Wonderful trip! Great property and owners!
We had a wonderful trip to Deer Valley. The property was in excellent condition and very clean. The location is perfect and was just a short 5-10 minute walk to Silver Lake to the lifts. The property was perfect for our family of four with two teens and was stocked with anything you might need! It was so great to not have to buy all the little necessities for just 3-4 days. Plenty of paper products and spices for cooking were on hand. The property owners were pretty unbelievable in a terrific way! They were super responsive to all my questions and even drove up to the property to take care of something needed for our stay. This is our 7th or 8th trip to Deer Valley and was for sure one of the best places we have stayed!

Family Ski Vacation
The location was perfect for skiing at Deer Valley for our family of 5. The house was comfortable and the hot tub was a nice treat everyday. We had a lot of great snow during our stay, which was nice for skiing. However, in heavy snow we found the underground garage difficult to access and got stuck a couple times. Luckily the unit had a shovel. A 4 wheeled vehicle is a must in the winter to go up the steep hill.

Great Stay in Deer Valley
We have been coming to Deer Valley for eleven years and this condo is by far our favorite place to stay. It is very nice, very clean, very cozy and well located. It is fully equipped with anything that you could possibly need. We love the fireplace, the views, the hot tub, the comfortable beds and the short walk to Silverlake. Communication with RaeJeanne the owner is excellent. She is always very responsive to any questions that you may have. Our family loves Deer Valley and loves staying in this beautiful condo. We hope to continue our family tradition for years to come! We highly recommend it!
