About this house rental

Catch the sunrise on the Indian River from this immaculate 2 bedroom 2 bath vintage home that is situated on almost an acre of riverfront property, and includes a private 250 ft dock with a boat slip, water, electric and a 5' draft for your boat. If you don't have a boat, you can fish off of the dock or use one of the kayaks for your adventure. Meticulously maintained and updated, this home features windows galore with breathtaking views of the Florida Intracoastal Waterway, and the Sebastian Inlet. In addition, this private retreat has a living room, florida room , and a game room for your time spent on shore entertaining or relaxing. This "home away from home" is located within walking distance to the Sebastian Riverwalk , which features numerous restaurants, and tiki bars for your dining and entertainment enjoyment.

The views of the inlet river and the location of the home were spectacular. Anne Marie, Anthony, and their Dad were very responsive to any of our concerns to the point of even picking up new rods and curtains to offer us more privacy.

Everything about this place is perfect! The house was inviting, very clean and well maintained. The views are amazing both from the house and the private dock. The host is amazing and so accommodating. We had the best time and will cannot wait to return.

We loved your home. It is so relaxing and we both commented that we hadn’t slept so well in a long time. The view is beautiful and watching the sunrise each morning was priceless. We hope to return soon.....with boat in tow.

Our waterfront cottage was newly appointed with a terrific kitchen, new floors and all new furnishings throughout. Very clean and well equipped we had a fun visit. The owner greeted us and made us feel welcome and secure. Knowing that she made herself available via text was greatly appreciated. We would book again!

The property is clearly represented on website. Owner / manager very professional & responsive from initial contact to check out. Property is delightful. Updated,very clean, comfortably appointed & furnished. Location is very good. Beautiful views and direct access to Indian River Lagoon. Private, quiet yet minutes to restaurants & shopping. A very good value.
