My spouse and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Lakeland. We were 8 minutes away from my father's home which made it ideal for our visit. The neighborhood is quiet and we were able to venture out to downtown Lakeland. We will definitely book again!

We had a wonderful experience. The home was ready for us upon our arrival. Access in and out with the keypad was great. The home had everything we needed for our stay. I would highly recommend this place for any travel needs in Lakeland.

This is our second stay at this property. It is completely as advertised. What can't be seen is the cleaniness, which it is. The neighborhood is older but the homes well maintained and quiet. This was our second stay and we plan to return.

We found this property to be beyond our expectations and the owners extremely helpful. They even suggested where we could find stores and holiday lights. It was perfect for our holiday visit with our Son and his family in Fort Meade and the travel easy back/forth. We would highly recommend and are likely to rebook for future visits.

This was our second VRBO experience. So much better than staying in a motel/hotel. Everything you need (refrigerator, stove/range, microwave, coffee maker, washer/dryer)...and so much more. Very good/prompt communication from Frank (property owner). Would definitely stay there again.

The house was in a great location with access to plenty of things to do. The house itself was very clean and had extra things you might not think to bring with you. I love that we were able to do laundry before we left and the communication with the property manager was great. Overall a great experience.

Nice clean place close to I-4 to get you where you need. Close to stores and restaurants so not to leave you without choices. Property manager helful and responsive. Plan on staying there next year.

If staying in the area this house has a plus for nature lovers and those who enjoy walking. It was close to a very large park with paved walking trails where my dog and I went daily. Also a playground for kids, picnic areas and more.

Our stay in Lakeland was quiet , relaxing , and felt like home. Our bed was very comfortable and our home was very comfortable. Everything worked well in the house and is well maintained. Frank checked on us a couple of times to see if we needed anything.

You will not be disappointed in this house. It is clean, has well stocked kitchen with essential dinnerware and appliances, beds are comfortable, shower is nice, and backyard is large and inviting. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

The house was very clean in a quiet neighborhood. It was well stocked with towels, linens, kitchen items, and even lawn chairs to enjoy sitting out in the evening. As runners, my teenage daughters enjoyed the short distance to Lake Parker trails.. Thank you for a home to enjoy while our family was waiting for our apartment to become available!

We just returned from spending time at Swan City. It is totally as advertised and pictured. Contact with the owner was fantastic, they were always responsive and proactive too. Loved having a yard for our 2 dachshunds. Location was convenient and quiet. We were visiting family close by and certainly will look at this again for a place to stay if needed.

I was in Lakeland for my brother's wedding and found this location to be conveniently located to the church. It is a well updated home in a quiet neighborhood. I enjoyed my 3 night stay. Everything I used worked well and the owner is very attentive! The only upgrade I would suggest would be a better quality mattress in the master bedroom. The mattress was okay, just not as comfortable as I would like.
