About this villa rental
Magnificent villa of 250m2, fully air-conditioned, on two levels, quietly located among the vineyards, with swimming pool in a lush garden of 3000m2, for 10 people. Only 5 minutes walk from Pampelonne beach and 5 minutes by car from Escalet beach. The villa is perfectly suited to families. Path leading directly to the beach. Pool house with fully equipped summer kitchen (oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, ...), 5 bedrooms with bathroom and WC, two upstairs including a master suite with dressing room and bathtub, 3 bedrooms directly overlooking the garden and the swimming pool. The 1st floor of the villa, fully refurbished upscale, has two bedrooms, a large living room with fireplace and a brand name fitted kitchen with magnificent terraces enjoying a view of the lighthouse at Cap Camarat. Large parking lot. Ping-pong table, barbecue, large summer lounge.
This beautiful villa in the peace of the vineyards is perfectly suited to la dolce vita and lazing by the pool or on the nearby beaches while enjoying the proximity to the bustling Saint Tropez and the renowned restaurants and bars of Pampelonne beach. for its entertainment, a 5-minute walk from the restaurants La Cabane Bambou and Indie Beach. The region, the most unspoiled on the coast, has both magnificent charming villages, very beautiful hiking trails on the coast, between the vineyards and in the wooded hinterland, a quality cultural offer, a gastronomic tradition and wine tasting, numerous possibilities for sporting activities (water sports, hiking, cycling, cannioning and rafting, etc.) and the glamor of Tropez evenings.

The villa is beautiful, spacious and has everything you could need for a very special holiday. The owners are always available to help and go out of their way to solve any problems you may have, as do the property managers. Highly recommended.

We absolutely loved our stay at La Shellona. The house could not have been more perfect for our group. We are parents of 3 daughters, ages 22-25, and they each brought a friend. The house could not have been more perfectly situated. The location made our lives very easy, because we could enjoy the beach clubs on some days together, and then the daughters and their friends all did the clubbing scene at night, and they were never too far away, because its literally all within a 10 minute drive or walk, depending on where you're going. Isabelle was lovely to communicate with, and Joe, who checked us in, and then helped us with quite a bit, went above and beyond. They were both super great to deal with. My only hesitation in recommending this absolutely perfect property, is that it could be more difficult to book in the future! I better get on the rebooking soon! :). So wonderful! Thank you!!!

Super maison
Nous avons passé une super semaine dans la maison d'Isabelle. Le rdc de la maison est un peu dans son jus (comme précisé dans l'annonce), mais l'étage qui a été refait est très agréable. Notre endroit préféré était la cuisine extérieure qui permettait de vivre quasiment dehors et de profiter du beau temps. La maison est idéalement située à 10 min à pieds des plages de pampelonne et près de st tropez également. J'aurais juste ajouté quelques serviettes et un round de ménage pour avoir l'expérience parfaite. Merci !
