Pros. Nice very quiet condo development Smart tv. Nice outdoor seating. Good blender for smoothies. Some pantry items in kitchen like oil and spices. Pots and pans average quality and some worn out. Excellent communication from manager about check in and out. Cons. Some things didn’t work well. Toaster oven didn’t turn off unless unplugged. No toaster Washer cycle didn’t work correctly and got stuck Ceiling fan clicked and made annoying noise Tub drains both bathrooms slow Pillows hard ; but that’s a personal opinion Pool deck only had 5 chaise lounges for seating or else hard metal chairs and uncomfortable. Chaise lounges always full when we checked on pool We turned on AC final night of stay but it didn’t seem to affect bedroom temperature

This townhome was perfect for our family! I loved the openness of the downstairs which allowed us to all be together regardless of being in the kitchen, dining or living area. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms clean! The golf course walking path was super close and it was nice to get the kids out a couple times to walk the path and enjoy the beautiful views of Sedona!!! The only thing I would wish for is to have been able to stay longer! Also, the safety gate for the stairs was a lifesaver given we have small children! Thank you!!

This townhouse was exactly as depicted. Located in a very quiet and gated community very close to tons of activities. We had everything we needed, check in/out was streamlined and easy. Very clean and a quick walk to the pool. The only thing I would recommend is that new mattresses be purchased.

It is a little strange on the rental, there is VRBO and Foothills rental agency, one wonders if you are getting scammed when a second agreement shows up requesting your credit card and introducing a number of fines if things are not done in a certain way. The location and place is nice and our stay was enjoyable.

We all had a great time. The kitchen was loaded with all the equipment we needed to cook our meals. Kitchen and family room area is open and together so nobody was left out of the fun. Nice, clean bathrooms and bedrooms. Since we were all heading separate ways when we departed it was nice to be able to do a load of laundry to prepare for our travels around the country. The neighbors were all very friendly. Great place. Great Location. We all made it safely to our next destination despite the rain and snow storms in every direction. Arizona’s weather has gone a bit nuts.

We enjoyed our stay everything was great and clean and cozy. Great location a bit away from downtown Sedona which was nice away from the hustle bustle. Dishwasher wasn’t working but there were products to wash dishes by hand. We would definitely stay there again!!

The property location was excellent and included access to pickleball 8am-noon) and tennis courts. The unit was clean, spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. The only tiny issue was a few cockroaches in the kitchen and the pool broke down and was unavailable the last few days of our stay. We would definitely rent this unit again. The team was very responsive during the reservation process and during our stay.

If you do not want to be in the chaos of downtown Sedona, this is a great option. Yet, still only a minute or two from stores/restaurants in Oak Creek. Loved the quiet neighborhood. Lovely deck. Kitchen well stocked.

Comfortable and convenient accommodation. Short walk to everything you need. More peaceful away from busy core , yet only 10 minutes away from central Sedona. Numerous hiking trails such as Bell Rock only 5 minutes drive away. Awesome and seem less experience.

So far, our stay has been relaxing - just what we needed. The location is perfect for our needs and Foothills is there when we need them but otherwise a great silent partner. The Foothills Property team was terrific. I used the website to locate the property I wanted, and then spoke with Cherry G. who was very helpful in trying to secure an extra long stay for myself, my husband and my cat. The minor maintenance issues with which I requested assistance were handled by expert maintenance people very promptly and always when it was convenient for us.

We loved the condo, loved the location, loved Sedona, and plan to return for several months this winter to actively pursue purchasing a property. I will not leave a bad review online because I truly did love the place, and that’s not the type of person I am. But I work in corporate meetings/incentives, and I know that construction during a stay and amenities that are not available are a no no. I just want to share my feelings.

This property was perfect for what we needed it for. Like the other reviews stated it was tricky to find as there are 2 #16s. Our only big complaint would be the beds. They were not comfortable at all "firm" would be an understatement. No one in our party really slept. But other than that the unit was clean and very well stocked.

We found this property to be very comfortable. The property is nice, and it was a great location for during spring break. The traffic was horrible! But we were able to hike, golf and eat lots of great locations down in the village. The condo is attractively decorated and very comfortable, and the kitchen is very well stocked. Could use a few more teaspoons and drinking glasses, but those are minor things. Would definitely stay here again.

We came out for our extended Christmas break anticipating warmth, awesome red rock energy, hikes & a perfect chance to meet up with family. This place satisfied everything despite it not being warm while here. This place had a fireplace making it cozy, bedrooms we comfy, we were close to hikes and we love having a kitchen for all the times we didn’t want to go out to eat.

The little house was great for my parents and our two daughters. The location was beautiful and well taken care of. It was hard to find the house in the housing complex at night. The way the house is identified confused us. We called the emergency number severa times and no one answered. At the end we ended up identifying the house by what it looked like in the picture. We had a great time, would stay again, but I think it would be a good idea to call the property managers ahead of time to talk about how to identify it.

There are two units, back to back that are #16, and of course in the dark, we could not find the proper unit. Calls to the after hours service finally helped us find it. The place is just as advertised. If you have allergies, know that it is pet friendly. We had to change lightbulbs in order to navigate the home. There were no blankets for the beds resulting in chilly evenings. Overall, the house would be good for families and groups, there was plenty of space and bathrooms. The neighborhood is beautiful. Well supplied kitchen. We would recommend this place.
