We had a really great stay! The hosts are extremely helpful and very responsive to any issues/questions etc. that we had both before the trip and during our stay. The house is stocked with all the essentials and this made it easy for us who had 3 little ones with us. The pool is awesome! My kids enjoyed so much. We would definitely not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you to Todd and Amber for a wonderful stay!!

We really enjoyed our short stay at this house. For an extra fee, we had the pool heated and it was worth every penny! Our kids really enjoyed swimming and using all the floaties they have available. Beds were comfortable and the set up was great for a family or group of friends/couples. Todd was great with communication, responded quickly and was happy to answer all of our questions. The house was a short drive to grocery stores, restaurants, parks and nature preserves. Would definitely recommend this property!

We arrived very late on our first night and after a long trip desperately wanted a drink, but everything was closed. Lo and behold a bottle of red wine awaited at the house. The house is cleans a warm. The rooms are spacious and plenty of room to move around. The shuffleboard court saw lots od action as did the pool and backyard. We did some re-arranging and put the table and chairs from the front porch into the backyard so we could have a nice outdoor family Sunday/Daytona 500 dinner. Todd and Amber thought of everything, like even having toiletries in the bathroom that you can't bring on the airplane, like toothpaste and shampoo. There was plenty of cooking supplies. And the beds are beyond comfortable...I forgot to check the mattress and pillow brand because I swore I was going to order the same for my self when I returned home! Would 100% stay there again....I miss it already.

Good house and outdoor space was great. Kids loved swimming in the pool, watching tv outside and the location was great close to food and hikes. Would recommend

Loved everything about it! Amber ran over extra towels and floaties. House immaculate. Pool Perfection. Bathrooms well appointed. Linens very clean. Plenty of pool towels. Kitchen had everything we needed. Loved the lights above the pool and pergola. Crazy amount of variety of birds! We looked for a very long time to find a place between my conference at Hilton Tapatito and Spring Training. This was smack in the middle. Close to shopping and lots of food choices. One of the few pools that was heated. Thank you so much!

Perfect vacation rental for our family of 4. The house had everything we needed! The heated pool/backyard hangout area was so much fun. Central location perfect for all our adventures but honestly hard to leave the house since it was so awesome. The best VRBO we have had yet!

Backyard makes the property. When not golfing spent 90% of our time in pergola with fire pit and outdoor tv. Loved the set up.

The outdoor space is awesome! We loved sitting by the fire pit at night. Beds are comfortable and linens are soft. Owners were very responsive. It’s in a quiet neighborhood and in between GCU and Scottsdale (about a 20 min drive to each).

This house has everything you need to have a fabulous vacation. All the comforts of home were available. The hosts go above and beyond with their welcome basket. I would definitely recommend this rental to everyone.

Todd and Amber are exceptional hosts who communicate very well and live in the area in case anything comes up that needs attention. The home was clean and well appointed with all utensils and kitchen items provided. The pool and outdoor area is very fun and relaxing. The location of the home is absolutely perfect being close to shopping, restaurants and entertainment. We highly recommend this home as it made our trip so much fun!

Everything was great from booking to when we left. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The backyard and pool area was so relaxing and made our family visit just what we wanted. We didn't want to leave! We are already talking about our next trip!

We had a great spring break week and spent most of our time outside swimming or enjoying the pergola. House was clean and very comfortable for our family of 4. Loved that we could heat the pool for March weather. Owners were fantastic. Definitely recommend this house. Convenient to grocery store and restaurants. Plus we went to two spring training games.

Todd and Amber are excellent hosts of an incredible home! We spent the majority of our Spring Break enjoying the fabulous outdoor space, relaxing in the heated pool and sitting around the fire. The house was perfect for our family of four, and Todd and Amber were incredibly responsive and attentive to our correspondence. The kitchen was adequately stocked with necessary cooking supplies, and the welcome wines and granola bars were well received and appreciated. The rafts and pool noodles were also a nice touch. We definitely hope to return to this lovely home in the future!

This home is awesome. Location is very central to many stores and restaurants. Beds are comfortable. Home is well stocked. The backyard is incredible. Communication with the owners is top notch. Check in and out was a breeze.

We spent a week soaking up the Arizona sunshine with our 18-month-old daughter and my husband's parents. Escaping the Minnesota cold, we were happy to spend pretty much every minute outside in the beautiful backyard or walking the neighborhood to nearby parks and trails. The location of this home is PERFECT. We made what felt like daily trips to Target pickup for groceries or things we needed, and it was convenient to have so much shopping (Target, WalMart, Costco, etc.) only a few minutes away. We were also only a few minutes away from Phoenix Mountain Preserve hiking trails - a perfect combo of amenities for our Phoenix vacation. The guys golfed once at the course a few minutes away - StoneCreek and the 500 Club a little further away. We got out for a date night and had fun at Casey's Sports Complex with mini golf and batting cages and enjoyed outdoor seating at Culinary Dropout. We girls relaxed for a day at Spa LaMar Scottsdale.The home had absolutely everything we could need for our weeklong stay with a toddler. The high chair and pack and play were great perks to have in the home. The three bedrooms were great for two couples and a child. My only recommendation would be new box springs for the two bedrooms at the back of the home. It was SO noisy that every little move made noise and was disturbing to sleep. The master bedroom mattress is probably due for a replacement - it sinks drastically to the middle, which meant my husband and I spent a lot of unintended time rolling into each other at night lol. We made the best of it, but really would have made for a 100% satisfactory stay if the beds had been a little more comfy/less noisy. Sleep is such a crucial part of a terrific vacation :) That's my only constructive criticism for an otherwise PERFECT stay in this home.We literally spent 12+ hours a day outside. We ate breakfast in the sunshine out front, lunch under the shade of the pergola out back, and happy hour, dinner and dessert around the fire table at night. The heated pool was incredible - we spent hours floating and enjoying the February Arizona sunshine. Even the "cool" day or two we spent in the hot tub-like pool!Communication was stellar, the home was immaculate and we felt so welcomed from the moment we walked in the door. You won't be disappointed if you stay in this home - it truly is an outdoor oasis anyone would be lucky to enjoy!

Kids loved the pool and backyard. Pool was nice and warm for when the weather wasn't. House was clean and well stocked. Neighborhood was quiet. Less than a 5 minute drive to a nice hike in the Mountain Preserve. Bonus was snacks/drinks left by the owners.

Excellent home for a relaxing get away. Location is close to many restaurants, bars, golf courses and grocery stores. Great spot to play games and the outdoor atmosphere was awesome.

We loved staying here for a cozy quarantine girls weekend. The pool was warm and we had a great time cooking at home, going for walks around the neighborhood and just hanging out by the pool!

We had an amazing time at this property celebrating with a few friends. We enjoyed all of the outdoor amenities, we paid extra to Have the pool heated in January and it was perfect! We look forward to coming back sometime.

We stayed here with our seven year old daughter and it was fantastic. The owners did lots of little things to make it welcoming (treats when we arrived, pool toys for us, etc.). The house was spotless and we felt totally safe during COVID. Thanks for a great stay!

We had a great time celebrating my brothers 60th birthday!! It was so relaxing to hang out in the pool while watching the golf tournament and listening to music- all his favorites!! The home was nicely equipped with all the provisions needed, clean and very comfortable.
