Perfect location for the major sites we were coming for. Tons of beds so everyone that wanted their own bed had one. Would stay again if we ever come.e back to that area for a visit. Recommend for a large group for sure

This was a great space for the family to spread out but also come together. The location was perfect for the Ark Encounter. Everything we needed was in the home and the owners were very easy to contact when we needed anything. Thank you.

The house was large enough for our family of 11. At first entering the neighborhood, I got a little concerned. Homes and yards were not kept up, but once we got to the house we were staying at, it was very well kept up outside and the inside was immaculate! The owners were extremely generous with coffee products. There was a baby gate that we definitely needed with a very mobile 9 month old. The kitchen was well supplied with ample spices and all the cookware we needed. I would highly recommend this clean and tidy home.

This is a super clean well stocked place to stay. We filled it up with 8 kids and 4 adults. No problems, enjoyed staying there. Close to the Ark and Williamstown has a beautiful little lake and marina where we rented a party barge. Nice to have a clean place to regroup every day.

We had a wonderful stay in this house! Great place to have shared time with family after going to The Creation Museum and The Ark Encounter! We shared family time around the table playing games and was delighted to see there was also a card table and chairs in one of the closets to pull out for the kiddos! This is a split level house, which I guess I missed in the description. Stairs as soon as you walk in to go up or down. ( Just giving others a heads up) Plenty of room for our family of eight to bed down at night. It is in a neighborhood with neighbors right next to and across from the house, but it was quiet and you'll never know they are there. Lovely deck on the back! I would DEFINITELY recommend this place to anyone wanting a place for your family to stay when visiting there! If you are like me and want a clean place to stay, this is it!!!!!

We did have a bit of a snafu when we arrived with the cleanliness, nothing that couldn't be fixed. Upon contact with the owner they immediately rectified the situation and we had no issues after that. I would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone staying in the area. They really go above and beyond to ensure your stay is comfortable and enjoyable.

Had a wonderful time at this house! It was, as stated, very clean. The beds were very comfortable, I slept better than I do at home. The kitchen was well stocked. There were even some Keurig cups and single serve chips available. There was pump hand soap in the bathrooms and sample shampoo and conditioner in the showers, just like a hotel. There were lots of games for kids and adults. The furniture was comfortable. They even had throw blankets stored everywhere for us to enjoy. And the art work on the walls was very encouraging. We felt so at home! Thank you!

We had seven family members traveling to mainly tour the Ark. This home is just a short drive to the Ark and in a very pleasant neighborhood. We really enjoyed our stay!

The house is in a great location. Everything you need within minutes. Central to attractions, Ark Encounter and Creation Museum (45min), just a short drive. House was perfect and had everything we needed and then some. I did not see details regarding parking and the location of the house in the listing. Need to research location and parking is limited. Yard and landscape needed some attention, but the weather was just breaking into Spring.

This was a great space for my five kids, husband, and parents. There was plenty of room, and the home had everything we needed, including an additional card table and chairs. We had a few user errors, but the owners were extremely responsive, helpful, and patient with our questions. We would stay at any property these owners own. And the beds were very comfortable! If I could give it more than five stars, I would!

We loved our stay. The beds were not comfortable and those who slept in the lower level complained that it was too cold down there. I did wish there was more room for parking but this house was very clean, there were plenty of extra towels and wash cloths. We made ourselves at home. We would definitely stay here again.

Home was just as described. Very clean! Hosts were great. We have church groups and different family groups that travel to see the Ark Encounter and the Creation Museum almost every year, I will be recommending this place to all of them. Perfect location in a nice neighborhood.

Our family came to Dry Ridge to visit the ark and the Creation Museum. Our stay at this unit was very comfortable and we enjoyed it immensely. It was very comfortable spacious and well stocked. Our family members came from Arizona Southern Illinois and Iowa.

This was a good place for us to go at the end of the day. It had plenty of room for everyone. Not handicap accessible at all though, if you are looking for that. It is especially good for a larger group of people.

I use Vrbo quite often, and I loved the spot because it was well stocked. I didn’t want to get a hotel with a bunch of kids in different rooms and the set up was perfect for five teen boys to be in the basement and 4 girls upstairs with two moms. Loved the side yard so the kids played and hung out outside a bit. I just really appreciated the time the owners put into having extras for us like the coffee station and even having some leftover caffeinated drinks in the fridge with condiments. It felt like we were proper guest. Thank you-

Our family went to the Ark. We all had our spaces to relax afterwards. All the extras were very appreciated and we had a great time together. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The dining room table was great place for a euchre tournament. A great place to stay.

We came to visit the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum...which were Fabulous ! We are a family of 11 and we all fit and were not crowded. Plenty of beds and towels!!! The home was very clean and pretty! The snacks and drinks were such a sweet extra! I highly recommend!!

The house was beautiful, roomy, plenty of beds and it was fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils, dishes, towels etc. We did not lack or need anything. The home accommodated a girls trip with a toddler and infant .. we plan to rent the home again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. It was convenient to The Creation Museum and The Ark. It allowed our juniors and seniors time to hang out, eat and make memories together on their "once-in-a-lifetime" junior/senior trip. Great, great home! There were 9 of us staying at this house. Lots of room for 4 adults and 5 kids (10 years to 10 months). We didn’t spend much time there during the day as we were exploring the Creation Museum and The Ark Encounter, but this place gave us lots of room for everyone to stretch out and relax. The place was very clean and plenty of towels for baths and showers. The kitchen had all we needed to prepare breakfast for the mornings. The beds were comfy and the neighborhood was quiet. The bags of chips and drinks provided for snacks were a nice touch.
