Scenically situated in Seaside proper, mere steps from the beautiful beaches of South Walton and the shops and restaurants of Seaside, these two neighboring homes (with a connecting deck between them) offer a stunning, sun-splashed retreat for an extended family, a group of friends, or two families vacationing together. These homes were designed like classic townhomes with the main living and dining spaces on the second floor, with each space offering a full kitchen and such gorgeous architectural details as vaulted ceilings, spiral staircases, and built-in bookcases and benches. Enjoy generous porch space with swings and outdoor dining areas, and one of the best tower views in Seaside (from Another Dream) - perfect for memorable sunrises and sunsets.

What's nearby:
The white sugar sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico are just a short, 100-yard walk from these homes. Enjoy sitting beachside with a good book while watching for playful dolphins in the surf. You'll also be within walking distance of the fantastic shops and restaurants of Seaside, where you can find wonderful local seafood, markets, darling boutiques, and lovely art galleries.

*Passes for the fitness center and three community pools are available for purchase, at a rate of $121.00 plus tax per day. Passes must be purchased for the entire duration of your stay or not at all - partial passes are not available. Please contact your host to purchase passes at the time of booking. Passes must be purchased at least 72 hours prior to your stay.

*Wristbands are required to be worn at all times when using seaside amenities. Please provide accurate occupancy when booking. If accurate occupancy is not provided at least one week before your arrival, you may be subject to additional charges.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Overall very nice. Houses are older but location is excellent. Bathrooms are really small. Look at pictures closely for the tiny staircases. Gabled rooms are a challenge for anyone over 5 ft. AC worked great. Kitchens were well equipped. Only major problem was WiFi. I spent a few hours trying with support in Belize which was fruitless. Local people finally sent someone out the next day and we got one of the two codes. Never got second one. Also for all the advance notice of we will be getting our access codes to doors they were wrong. More time with the people in Belize. Very frustrating when you have 14 people! Also we had severe rain and we had several leaks. Like I said. Location is great.

Fine not great

While the location is unmatchable, we had a lot of problems with the house/company during our stay. First, the code provided for the house only worked on one door, not allowing us to get into the adjoining house until we were provided with a new code. Second, I had specified many times that we had 12 people staying in our house, and when we got there there were only 7 wristbands allowing beach access. We called and more were brought, but only 4 more, therefore we still did not have enough. It took almost a day to get our final wristband therefore we could not all go to the beach together. Another frustrating thing is that it just all seemed very unorganized, I never received any sort of welcome packet with instructions or the beach code and had to call Vacasa a total of 11 times during my stay to get answers to things we needed. They do not allow contact with someone actually in the town that can provide help, so help was always very slow since they had to be the middle man. Plus, several things in the house were falling apart, a shower handle fell off mid shower, etc. Overall, the location served our purposes well but I would never rent with this company again because of lack of communication.

The two house configuration with adjoining deck was the perfect layout for a stay with college roommates on one side and parents on the other. The houses were clean, well appointed and very comfortable. Our time together was made even more enjoyable by this great property right in the heart of Seaside! The property managers were extremely responsive and very professional! All around, a wonderful experience!

The upstairs bed was infested with bed bugs, I have pictures to prove it. One of the girls who slot in that bed was eaten up by them. Them bedspreads on all the beds needed washed. The dishes and utensils were dirty. The photographs of the room are very deceiving.making the too S look larger than they really are. The bath rugs and sofas needed cleaned. Not a good place to stay and very expensive

Great town, house in great location. House was good but don’t think it has had any updates since it was built in 80’s. Musty smell old bathrooms and kitchen. Clean but felt dirty due to age. At almost 9k for a week I would expect a little bit updated .

Great Location

We rented the two townhomes and lived the shared deck and common areas. The bedrooms and bathrooms could use an update but everything is clean. The best part without. Doubt is the amazing location. It’s a quick walk to the beach, the pool and all the fun in the town center.

Great location, but issues

It took 2 hours of waiting on the porch to get into the unit, as codes given to us did not work. By the time we got into the unit, and discovered that 2 of the parking passes were missing, security was writing citations for 2 of our group's cars. The delay and frustration caused us to miss our Friday night dinner reservations. Few other issues included multiple roach sightings and a tub in one unit that would not hold water. It is a great location and units have great outdoor spaces. Spiral staircases would be a problem for anyone not fit or with health issues.

Steps to the center of town, steps to the beach and pool, adjacent parking, dueling kitchens, plenty of room for 12+ and the added bonus of a treetop dual sided observation tower/gathering spot with a sweeping view of all of SEASIDE. Would give the physical condition of the property 7/10. But not to diminish our enjoyment and likely return. Check in process could be more user friendly. Access codes for the units, beach, pool sent by confusing e-mails/messages. Property is NOT MANAGED on site and questions require a toll free number and reliance on delayed returned messages.
