- Wonderful view from living/dining area of the Mayacamas Mountains from Mount St. Helena to Mount Hood! Balcony on the same level allows for pleasant outdoor dining. - An advantage of this property for those who find stairs difficult is the two bedrooms and full bath on the same floor as entry into the house. (Two additional bedrooms and full baths are on the lower level.). The floor plan of the house is posted with the photos on the Vrbo site. - The property manager and staff were very responsive. - The only shortcoming for our group was the clothes washer and dryer, which don't work very well.

Came here for a board retreat for our campus organization and had a phenomenal time. The house was perfect for the 9 of us. Very cozy, beautiful view, clean, great amenities. Santa Rosa also close enough to Sonoma and Glen Ellen, super cute vibes!

We were pleased with the views and overall conveniences with the house. There were a few things that need some attention, but they were minor compared to the overall experience.

Rooms and property was spacious. Great balcony with a beautiful sunrise view. Great gang out room with fireplace and pool table. Close to town and vinyards, but remote.and secluded. Plenty of wildlife (turkeys, deer, fox)

The home was clean, very spacious and easy to find. We enjoyed evenings on the deck with a glass of wine and taking in the view of the mountains. Definitely recommend.

The house is clean and spacious, very well furnished, and the kitchen has everything you could need. Lots of windows and great views. The house has some sort of whole house ventilation system, but, as stated in the listing and in the house, no air conditioning. I assume that during normal weather that’s no problem, but during the extreme heat wave the first week of September, it got pretty warm in the house. Lots of floor fans are provided, but the house would really benefit from an a/c system.

Our host AdvantStay was wonderful! Communication was great! This home was a perfect gathering space for our family(adult children) of 8. The concierge(Sera) service did a fantastic job at planning a wine tour for us!! It was such a fun day! We will look for this host again in future bookings.

Beautiful view! Quietly nestled in the hillside. Very private. Comfortable accommodations. Conveniently located to Russian River, Napa, and Sonoma wineries.

Great stay!
We had a wonderful stay. The house suited our multigeneration family staying there. Room for everyone, and we never felt on top of one another. The porch and indoor/outdoor fireplace was awesome. We will be back one day.

Great setting for a family get together. This house is located near downtown Santa Rosa but is also accessible to both the Sonoma/NAPA wine regions.

Beautiful Deck and View for wine country
The home had a beautiful view and deck that spanned the length of the home and where we spent the majority of time. The area home is in is cool so perfect for summer as it doesn't get as hot as other areas.

Perfect family getaway
Our family really enjoyed staying here. We took full advantage of the balcony dining space. Large communal area(s) made both hanging out together and separately easy. Pool table was a highlight.

Great property with beautiful views
Our family had a great time at this rental during our trip to Santa Rosa. The house has great views from the living room and kitchen with large windows and sliding glass doors along the entire wall. The porch is large and the dual indoor/outdoor fireplace was great for cool nights and mornings. The kitchen was well stocked and the grill was ready to use. Check in was simple and the location was convenient for going to wineries in several locations.

Lovely home! Had a great stay. Carpet could use a cleaning…. Nice brand new towels. Received cutting boards and paper towels immediately. I do believe we may return.

Beautiful, secluded Santa Rosa getaway
This house was the perfect homebase for our friends during a recent trip to wine country. The house is beautiful and has amazing views - we loved grilling on the huge balcony and appreciated the indoor/outdoor fireplace for the cool evenings and mornings. The house feels very secluded and private while only being minutes away from downtown Santa Rosa.
