* Pontoon to tie your boat to or fish off, throw in your crab pots and catch your dinner. No water, lighting or power.
* Two car remote control garage
* Please note a non-refundable fee is payable per dog - strictly outside only
* If you require entry to the Canal lock for your boat - please ask for key/swab and information sheet.
* For your safety security cameras fitted facing away from the house in the front and back.
* A Refundable Security Deposit is payable upon check in and collection of keys.
(There will be no entrance by boat to the canal from the Passage from 12th August 2024 to 4th October 2024 as there will be maintenance being completed on the lock)
Please note that linen is not provided as part of your booking. You will be required to bring sheets, towels, bath mat, hand towel, face washer, tea towels and beach towels. There will be pillows and blankets as part of your stay. If you would like to hire linen please contact Sweet Sheets Linen for a quote and payment.
