About this house rental
Life on the water and in the sun is sweet- and this gorgeous three bedroom home on Menorca Court is true paradise. Here, your home is on a beautiful waterway on a private tip lot with a large view over the bay.Recently updated with new kitchen, master bath and half bath. Freshly repainted with updated landscaping as well. Bring your own boat or rent one because you have your own private dock with boat lift. Sunbathe or fish from the dock with your own fish cleaning station and with dock lighting for those evening activities. The house sits with a 150 foot sea wall with privacy on both sides. Manatees and dolphins are in the canal year round. You have a heated pool with modern lanai and outdoor kitchen. The home has a master bedroom and bath on the first floor for privacy and two guest bedrooms upstairs with bath- one with a queen size bed and one with two twin beds. A separate half bath opens out to the lanai. A great living room with big windows for a great bay view. A separate dining room and wonderful fully equipped kitchen for comfortable entertaining. All the family rooms with tile floors, with a separate furnished den with pullout sofa, computer, and whole house wifi.
There are built in speakers throughout both indoors and out with a great outdoor dining table for alfresco dining. Centrally located and just a ten minute Bike ride to Residents beach (bikes included) and five minutes walking distance to shops, Publix supermarket , and restaurants.

Excellent property and location. The house was spotless upon our arrival. Nicely appointed home will all the amenities to have an enjoyable and memorable stay on Marco Island.

This home was very nice and we enjoyed our stay . It was clean, and well stocked. There were enough pots and pans to cook any meal. There was also enough plates, bowls and silverware for a large group if needed. The grill was clean and had gas available. There were plenty of beach towels available. The homeowner checked on us to make sure we arrived and to see if we needed anything. We mentioned that one of the two coffee machines did not work and Joel (homeowner) ordered one and had it delivered the next day. There are bikes available in the garage. My husband and I enjoyed riding bikes to breakfast. This home really is top notch and we would be happy to stay there again.

This was my family’s second stay in this amazing home! It is well-equipped with everything you need! The home is beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean. The owner is always quick to respond with any questions we had. We rented a center console boat for the week and was able to use the dock to tie up. We definitely will be back! Thank you to the owners for sharing their home with us.

Everything was perfect from start to finish. We enjoyed having a very well stocked home to arrive to. Grocery story, restaurant, pet store, dollar tree, pharmacy and Ace hardware all within walking distance. The pool, back patio area and docked is what we enjoyed most. Kids even caught a few catfish off the dock. Memories were made and we will definitely return to this beautiful place!

Beautiful home and incredible hosts! The home has all the space you could ask for, gorgeous back patio and pool with waterfront views, garage was full of all the beach necessities, the kitchen was newly remodeled and fully stocked with utensils. We will definitely be back to stay again, and Marco is a great time. Joel and Karen are wonderful hosts and very easy to communicate with, and check in to check out was as smooth as could be. Great home with great location and great hosts. Would 10/10 recommend!

The location is priceless. The quite cul-de-sac was the perfect location for a getaway. The home was beautiful, with lots of extras. Everything you could ask for to make you feel like home. Joel was very responsive to any questions we had. We will definitely be back.

The home was super clean with a fantastic water view. Loved spending our days in the pool and eating outdoors on the lanai. Perfect location and close proximity to grocery stores and restaurants. Wonderful communication with owner. Very peaceful and relaxing week! Looking forward to booking again soon.

The location is fantastic. The home was quite cozy and well outfitted with all the dishes, silverware, towels and basic necessities to make it comfortable, nice tvs. There was music available in every room which was a treat (and unexpected). The view is very calming and relaxing.
Unfortunately, there were a few downsides:
The front door was a difficulty. It was jammed such that the dead-bolt lock did not open without exerting 40 pounds of pressure on it. It was as difficult to lock every night.
The barbeque was delightful, but there was no propane. We found two tanks of propane on-site, but both were empty.
The pool was very nice except for that it was infested with floating insects! On first day we took an hour skimming it to remove the bugs before we could get in. Next day, after pool was serviced by a pool company it was worse. Pool was something we abandoned because of the floating bugs.
Then came the advertised bicycles... which we feel at this point were a fraud. There were over six bicycles in the garage and ALL of them were useless. Flat tires that did not hold air, chains that were rusted and fallen off the spokes, and some missing pedals rendering them unusable. The bikes were an obstruction in the garage.
We were all quite let down considering that we chose this particular home over two others because of the pool and the bikes, and both were disappointments.
The home can definitely be a 5 star if its management would address the details.

My family enjoyed staying at this house. We loved the pool and beautiful views of the canal. My dad enjoyed fishing off the dock and caught two catfish. We also saw lots of pelicans and other wildlife. The kitchen/family room area was very spacious and comfortable. The powder room with direct deck access was very convenient. The neighborhood was super quiet and nice for dog walks. Public beach access was only 7 minutes from the house. My family would stay here again when visiting Marco Island.

This home is amazing it has everything you would expect in a rental plus more. The private pool is amazing and the perfect size. The house included all the amenities needed during our stay. It is in a central location to all the best dining on Marco. Couldn’t be more satisfied with our decision to stay with Joel and Karen.

We really enjoyed the house, lanai, deck and the pool. The house was so clean and had everything we needed - especially well equipped kitchen. The pool was amazing with a fantastic view. The rooms were large and very comfortable, and there was plenty of room for our four-person and two dogs family to spread out. Joel was a great host.

This property was beautiful inside and out. Everything we needed to relax for a week and more. We appreciated the bikes which we used every day. Marco is a great location for biking as it has dedicated bike lanes on the major roads. Restaurants are really good and very close. The pool was our favorite place to spend the afternoons....We would definitely rent this home again!

There were four adults in our group and the home was more than spacious for us all. It is apparent that the home owners take a lot of time, effort, and care into this property as it is beautifully furnished and decorated. The home was very clean. There are brand new appliances and a well-stocked kitchen, which we enjoyed because we cooked half our meals while visiting Marco Island. The owners were quick to respond to any questions or concerns, making our experience more comfortable. The private pool was an added bonus for those days it was too hot to sit at the beach. We'd love to book again in the future!

This house was absolutely gorgeous. Top end appliances and stocked with everything you could possibly need. Joel is incredibly responsive - within a few minutes - and answered any questions that we had. The screened in pool was a favorite after a day at the beach. Weber grill for cooking out. The dock has a ladder and we rented kayaks and paddle boards and it was easy to launch from the deck and go exploring. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Did a locals boat tour of the islands and dome houses which was a lot of fun. Sidewalks everywhere for running and biking. Would definitely rent this property again.

Tequila Sunset!
Absolutely stunning home with top notch amenities. Joel and Karen have something going great with this home. They are very responsive and even reach out personally to ensure the home is satisfactory to your needs upon arrival. We have been coming to Marco for years and this home is the one! No doubt there will be future stays forthcoming! 12-year old absolutely loved the heated pool and dock for morning and evening fishing. Whole house and outdoor sound system is another great feature. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for 5-star home and amenities on Marco Island.

Very enjoyable stay
The property really is beautiful. Modern interior and a fantastic lanai and pool. Loved hanging out by the bar and around the pool. The dock has fantastic views wonderful for your morning coffee. Even got to see a couple of dolphins.
The owners were very accommodating and easy to communicate with. We very much appreciated Joel purchasing a play pen for our 1 year old daughter to sleep in.

I had a few questions and small issue(wouldn’t really call it that) and property manager was over next morning with all questions answered and problems resolved!! The house is beautifully kept and very comfortable and has a wonderful view. This is a great property to rent if you own a boat, since it has a boat dock / lift.

Great Property, Clean and Comfortable
Check in process was a breeze. Boat ramp within a couple of miles, house was east to find on boat. Was in a nice quiet neighborhood that felt safe.
House had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Boat lift was an added bonus, even though at low tide we weren’t able to get our boat off the lift; nonetheless, had a wonderful time

Beautiful home with breathtaking view and all amenities needed for our stay!
This home has an open floor plan that was beautifully decorated and very clean! The home owner was quick to respond to questions and provided some great tips on boat rentals, etc. We went to South Beach several days and enjoyed the beautiful pool when we came home. This was our first trip to Marco Island and definitely won’t be our last! We hope to stay here again! I assure you this home will exceed your expectations as it did ours!!

Relax
The house is as what you see in the pictures. We enjoyed the brand new kitchen, the neighborhood is very quiet, this house came already stocked with supplies, and the furniture was very comfortable. We enjoyed riding the bikes and you can reach any point of the island under 20 minutes. It is a very nice place to stay and enjoy.
