Good location but hard to get in and out front drive. Park in back off Ferguson. Lots of space for everyone. Some street noise. Plenty of fans since no AC. Hot tub could use repair on jets but overall we loved our stay.

This is a beautiful, beautiful house! Very spacious and thoughtfully appointed. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need to feed a large group. The master bedroom is palatial. All the other bedrooms are extremely nice and each one has its own bathroom. Everyone loved their stay here. We’re all talking about coming back.

We really enjoyed our time at Gray Bear Lake View Estate. This is an excellent home for a multi-family stay. All of the rooms have en suite bathrooms and fireplaces. No one gets the short end of the stick here, although the master bedroom is a real show-stopper. We especially enjoyed the chef's kitchen as well. This is a great cabin for those families that love to cook and gather. The owner keeps the home well-stocked with high-quality cookware, utensils, etc. The bedding is also high-end and very comfortable. The home is on North Lake Blvd, so pulling in and out can be a little tricky, but that would in no way prevent us from staying here again. We are already planning a return trip!

The home was clean and comfortable for my large family. It was convenient to have a full bathroom for each bedroom and the open layout of the kitchen, dining, and living room allowed us to all be together in a common area. It was also in a great location, just a 5 minute stroll to the lake and close to a grocery store. Would love to come back here again!

Booked this property to have family from all over gather for Thanksgiving. The house far exceeded our expectations. The kitchen is amazing and great for a large group. The layout was so great no one bumped into each other while fixing the holiday meal. The living room is great for gathering. Every bedroom functions like a suite with its own bathroom. Location of the home is also wonderful. Close to lots of hiking trails and to grocery shopping. Hope to come back again!

The size of the house was just right for our sibling reunion. The location on a busy street was an unwelcome surprise. The “lake view” was a stretch. The deck itself was outstanding and we spent a lot of time there. Little details seemed to be overlooked such as: dining chairs were very stained (white is tough for rentals) and “clean dishes” were not clean. When we arrived the garbage bin was full making it hard to add anything throughout the week. The front door sticks and must be pushed hard to open. The garage keypad didn’t work (battery?). The main room fireplace had paper towels and rocks stuffed in the igniter hole —- very strange. Considering the high price of the VRBO - the place needs some attention to the little things which make a difference during a visit.

The house is beautiful and just as described in the listing. We had a fabulous and memorable week in Tahoe. The house has every creature comfort you can think of, and we spent many days just hanging out at the home because it was so comfortable!
