The CASA COCO-FELIZ interior lounge has a custom open kitchen, as well as there is a BBQ within the wet bar area to use while embracing the fabulous outdoor living area...Also located within the interior lounge is an entertainment seating area with a large flat screen for those CASA COCO family members desiring to catch an exciting game or a great movie...The CASA COCO-FELIZ interior lounge has two sliders that both lead directly out to the refreshing, sparkling pool...The CASA COCO-FELIZ outdoor living area has been custom furnished with a dining table and chairs, bar seating and sun loungers...The covered terrace has been equipped with custom roller shades to ensure CASA COCO family members that desire more shade are also very comfy, as well as the roller shades allow CASA COCO family members to still enjoy the outdoor living area if by chance warm tropical rain is experienced...Besides the two washrooms within the villa, CASA COCO-FELIZ also has an additional washroom next to the wet bar for CASA COCO family members and their visitors to access while embracing the outdoor living area...The laundry room has both a washer and dryer...A generous amount of pool, bath & hand towels are supplied for your stay as well as extra bedding...Guest are responsible to take care of their soiled towels & bedding during their stay, but it will be a pleasure for CASA COCO to take care of any soiled towels and bedding at time of departure.

🌴CASA COCO-FELIZ maximum nightly occupancy is 4 adults + children... Visitors are welcome, even overnight, as long as the villa remains within the maximum occupancy
