Situated in Hilton Head Island, this attractive house for $544 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. In the heart of Sea Pines, in prestigious Baynard Cove, you’ll find this sophisticated and freshly updated home with easy access to everything - the beach, Harbour Town, South Beach, Beach Club, the Ruins, the Shops at Sea Pines Center… all in just a 5 to 15 minute bike ride. The newly installed pool, nestled under palms and spanish moss-dripped live oaks, surrounded by a manicured, expansive yard with ample parking, make 89 Baynard Cove the quintessential Sea Pines rental. Its heated pool (pool heat is $150/day) and fire pit are available for our guests’ outdoor entertainment year round. Wide-open, single level floor plan, with independent and private bed/bath spaces, and separate living spaces ensure large families, couples, and groups can vacation comfortably in this home. It includes a large master suite with king bed, adjoining bathroom with separate sinks and large walk-in shower, a bedroom with a queen bed (and twin rollaway) and adjoining full bath, and a bedroom with two full beds and adjoining full bath. Each bedroom is equipped with a cable/device-ready TV. The all-season Carolina room provides an extra, private sleeping area with a queen-sized pullout sofa. An open living room/dining area is complete with cable/device-ready TV, wet bar and panoramic views to the backyard, pool and lagoon! The kitchen features a large center island with stools for casual dining and conversation, new stainless steal appliances, quartz counters, and all new cooking & eating supplies. My family had a great time staying in this house on Baynard Cove. The pool was great, and the home was well appointed. I wish the WiFi was faster as it gave us some trouble trying to stream a movie at night, but it sounds like that is an island wide provider problem. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Everything was great except trash pickup. 9 family members and a lot of trash.Trash was to be picked up but was not we were there from Saturday to Saturday. I even tried to chase down the trash guys and they left. The pool we were told by the pool guy he was there on Wednesday and he was not as we were at the house all day. He finally came on Thursday and argued with my son about pool ring cleaned. We loved the house, the well equipped kitchen , the pool was awsome we all loved it including the grandkids.

The property is just as described and incredibly clean. Bedding was comfortable as well as the living room. You could sit in the living room and sun room all day. Cozy and peaceful! Kitchen is well stocked with all the necessities plus more! We would definitely stay here again. Great communication prior to check in/check out and info at the house to explain trash pickup and the little things that make Sea Pines navigation much simpler. Thanks for a great stay!

We rented this house as a multi-family group. The house was spacious enough to allow each of us to have our own bathroom and space to decompress but also with ample room to come together in the kitchen and the Carolina room. The pool was perfect and we were a short bike ride away from the beach. We hope to return again soon!

We had a wonderful time at this home with our family. We made use of the kitchen, patio, grill and pool (the pool was a safe location for comfort with our toddlers). I have to say it is an exceptionally clean! Actually it is even nicer in person than the pictures. The location was in the middle of Harbor Town or the beach. We rode bikes to both locations. We highly recommend this vacation property and hope to return for another visit.

- We had one rainy/lazy afternoon and felt the house was lacking in games, puzzles, etc.
- The biggest negative is the beds. The rollaway twin should not even be mentioned as an option. The king bed has a huge sink hole in it and so does one of the doubles in the front bedroom. The queen bed wasn’t much better but the several egg crates made it bearable.
In summary we would absolutely return to See Pines and to this house if there was a guarantee that news beds were purchased which the owner did say they are planning on doing.

We chose not to heat the pool due to the significant added expense. It would have been nice to have more propane, (check more frequently) light bulbs, salt and pepper, lighter and a few basic items…Kleenex and more TP. Need to consider cleaning the house windows a bit more frequently. Consider updating mattresses as well. Kids don’t care of course but a house of 60 something yr. old women notice these details . $400+/- per night. We rent our house in Cape Cod and offer a few more “just in case” amenities . Overall a nice gathering place for us. Perhaps this is how HH properties roll. Clean and quiet the above comments are suggestions. These things did not impact our overall experience and the communications were excellent overall. It is a lovely neighborhood in the middle of the Heritage golf course fairways—we loved Hilton Head and hope to return! Thank you!

But, compared to everything else we have rented on Hilton Head this rental was underwhelming. And it is all in the details that cannot be seen on pictures - there was only one garbage bag for 2 weeks; there were no sharp knives and no steak knives, but 5 cutting boards; there were no pool towels, and only small white shower towels. The furniture was almost all uncomfortable - beds, chairs, sofa, dining chairs.

Terrible
Place was not clean, no WiFi password or parking pass left as indicated, and took owner next day to get back to me. Pool was freezing and dirty. Bugs in kitchen. House is beautiful, but not cleaned well! Also tried to charge me extra for bringing a dog, when we did not!!! Luckily, we love Hilton Head and had a great time on the island, but will not stay here again!

Great space, great trip!
Baynard is the very best of Hilton Head living, IMO. It was well appointed with everything we needed (including all the random kitchen items you only ever seem to need when you're in someone else's home!) We spent much of our time relaxing in the breezy Carolina room and by the pool and firepit. The house is perfectly located on a quiet street and cul de sac. My husband's only comment is that the internet signal could be stronger so he could work on his laptop by the pool. But maybe that's a good thing it wasn't. :-).
