Direct access, accessible to strollers and bikes (tunnel under the road) to the large "golden beach" also called "Lido beach" overlooking BANDOL bay, supervised swimming, maintained daily, bordered by palm trees.
Duplex villa on the ground floor in a fully fenced condominium. (a studio in the basement not accessible). Restanque garden, balcony terrace 17 m2 overlooking the living room.

Anti-bedroom with 2 pull-out single beds + wardrobe.
ON THE GROUND FLOOR:
A bedroom with a double bed in 140 and large wardrobe overlooking the terrace (glass door) and the living room.
Living room: lounge and dining room, television, radio, baby high seat.
Shower room, Wc with sink.
Separate kitchen equipped with dishwasher, microwave, 4-burner induction, fridge, freezer, forced heat oven, toaster, coffee machine, kitchen utensils.
Parking space for a large car or two small closed grate or 2 medium cars open grid (example Audi A4 + Clio).
Laundry room with washing machine accessible from the garden.
Heating and hot water by fuel boiler (permanent hot water).
GARDEN:
Swimming pool.
2 deckchairs, garden furniture, gas barbecue, garden shower, Parasol. In a peaceful setting with trees and flowers, while being close to the port, beaches, shops and activities.
The location is ideally located 1.2 km from shops and the sea and 1.1 km from downtown Sanary.
You can park your vehicle freely in the residence.
The rental is composed as follows, you enter and access the beautiful living room with a dining area and the living room. A fully-equipped kitchen.
For the sleeping area, you will find a bedroom with two pull-out beds, a large bedroom with a double bed 160 and on the ground floor 1 bed 140.
For amenities, you have a bathroom with bath and separate toilet. On the ground bathroom shower and WC.
As for the exteriors, you will have access to a south-facing terrace to take full advantage of the sun and have your meals outside.
These are very pleasant spaces allowing you to spend your days in the sun, or shaded as you wish.

Quiet in a residential area, this villa is ideal for family holidays, in the heart of Provence, near the sea. If you do not like nature we advise you not to choose this rental which is located in a very quiet area.
You have the possibility for more comfort, to choose in option the possibility of having sheets and towels.
Come and take advantage of the beauties of our region: the protected and landscaped beaches and natural spaces, the natural parks of Port-Cros and Porquerolles, whose beach "Notre Dame" was voted the most beautiful beach in Europe, seaside walks such as the boat tour of the creeks of Cassis, hikes in the Verdon gorges or on the coastal path and in particular the cape sicié.
You can discover Bandol, Sanary sur mer, the small medieval village of Castellet, very pleasant to stroll around or share an ice cream, discover the wines of Bandol. The Bandol estates are for the most part in the town of Cadière and you can appreciate the magnificent landscapes in any season. We recommend the mill of Saint Como for the production of olive oil. We also recommend the walk to Mont Faron to enjoy the magnificent sea view of one of the most beautiful roads in Europe.
Our agricultural producers welcome you from April to September every Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. to offer you fresh local products (fruits, vegetables, eggs, bread, cheese, honey, etc.).
