This condo has the best location in the entire complex. It directly faces the ocean and the water comes up just below it at high tide! The balcony easily accomodates 5-6 people and you'll love the sunrises. The condo itself is modern, clean, and completely updated. Tammy (the host) was wonderful to deal with, and Topsail Beach has a pace which we found totally refreshing. People were very nice here. We will definitely book this home again the next time we are down that way.

The condo felt fresh and we liked the decor. Really enjoyed the larger balcony and you couldn't ask for a more perfect view. Great with kids going to beach because it's so close. I hope to return next year. They didn't have hand towels or t towels but not a big deal

We really enjoyed our stay in Surf City. I’ve stayed in condos and homes on the north part of the island and the south end of the island and this was by far the nicest. The condo is located right next to the stairs to the beach which was convenient carrying chairs etc. The view from the balcony is so close to the water you almost don’t have to go down to the beach. The owner was quick to respond through text or email on VRBO. We will definitely try to stay at the same place next year.

We absolutely loved staying here! Tammy was great when it came to any questions. Amazing view! My husband and I went for a getaway kid free and it was perfect. We plan to take our kids next time because it was a perfect place to have kids! We will definitely be back!

We really loved the condo! Very clean and updated. Really comfy beds! Love the view from the balcony! Only very small issue is the ad on vrbo said no linens provided, then property owner said they were provided the day before we arrived. Very small issue but other than that we loved our stay! Will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful beach front unit. Wonderful view of the beach. Clean and spacious. I have stayed at this complex before. The plus in this unit, directly on the beach. However, the loft is semi private, not private. Can be a challenge for dressing. The spiral stairs to the loft are steep and extremely narrow for mature adults who may not be able to handle those stairs. The 3rd floor access is not for the faint of heart either. So should you rent this unit, take that into consideration. We enjoyed it thoroughly.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this property! The condo was beautiful, steps away from beach, and had a breath taking view of the ocean. We loved the balcony right on the ocean! The pool was also an added benefit! The owner was very quick to answer any questions and was a pleasure to work with. It took us a minute to adjust to the beach crowd as we have always stayed in south topsail where beaches are basically empty. It was not crowded enough to hinder our enjoyment at all! Will love to stay here again!

The condo was beautiful. We were not able to use some of the amenities because the previous renter did not leave the key which gave pool access. the outside shower was not working part of the time we were thee. neither of which bothered me. Mymain issue was with the checkout process. the book in the room says check out is at 11. the cleaning lady showed up at 10:00 I told her I was about ready to leave but she was more than welcome to come in well I finished up and she said she just received a text from the owner and they want me out as soon as possible because they are on the way there and it needs to be cleaned . if my checkout time was 10 the book should have said 10 I did not appreciate being treated poorly upon leaving in fact, I actually bought a gift basket for the owner to thank them that I actually took with me because treatment as leaving.

Our family stayed here in May of 2023. We loved the location and proximity to the beach. It was so refreshing to see and hear the surf at all times. Tammy was extremely communicative and very helpful, she was actually the difference maker with this rental. P.S. it may be a good idea to bring sheets and towels. If you aren’t bringing them, make sure Tammy knows you need them. Enjoy your stay and book with confidence!

We were looking for a beachfront condo, preferred to stay somewhere not crowded, with great local dining options. This condo was perfect! We basically had the beach to ourselves! And the views from this place, omg, beautiful!! The entire condo was very clean. It is a lot of stairs but we knew that going into it. My husband got a good workout going up and down with all our stuff! We never go the same place twice but I’d come back here again!

The condo was perfect for two couples. The view of the beach was great. Walk out your door and you are on the beach. The pool was also great after a long day in the sun. Wish we could stay longer!

We had an amazing stay with our teens in August. Location is amazing just steps from the beach and plenty of restaurants within a short drive. View from the balcony is just incredible and unit was clean, comfortable and updated. Would definitely stay here again.

The condo was cute . Great view . Loved the porch. Probably the best part about the condo. We were disappointed in cleanliness. Vrbo or owner charges cleaning fees and there was sand and clumps of hair and dust bunnies in corners under beds etc. the bathrooms were not exceptionally clean. Just a little disappointing considering I know we cleaned up after ourselves including sweeping all the previous dirt from the floor. We were a little disappointed as well that we traveled 10 hrs and arrived 15 min before check in and owner wouldn’t allow us to enter the condo 15 min early.

We had a great time. Easy short walk to the beach, not crowded, fun sandbars and just enough wave for the kids to surf. Coffee on the deck overlooking the ocean was nice. Place was decorated very cute. Close to restaurants. Would recommend for sure.

We enjoyed our stay at the surf for the most part. When we first got to the room and we took i’ll fashion as the sign by the shoe case asked us to, after walking on the floors they were sandy and felt that the floor was not swept.. We found the winding staircase was pretty much for kids as they were very narrow and the steps were short and from the picture in the description did not look exactly the same as they were. I also felt there was lots of things that property manager wanted to be done upon leaving, so why am I paying all this money for a cleaning service and for service?? Alvarov we enjoyed us day and most enjoyed the view of the balcony. ** it was not stated in the description that it was a three flight walk up to the condo. I found out when I called the day before just to double check. I found that to be a problem bringing luggage up and down the stairs.

This condo was absolutely perfect! It was very clean, perfectly decorated and the views were spectacular! I definitely recommend! The stairs could be a draw back for some but it was not an issue for us. The beach was not crowded at all and the property was secure. Tammy was very responsive and friendly. The views from the condo were breathtaking and we will definitely book again!!

The condo was clean and in a great oceanfront location. Owner contacted us to be sure that everything was up to standards which was very nice. Condo was on 3rd floor giving a great view but renters need to walk up 3 flights to get to it. Just a FYI. Would definitely stay again.

Primely located unit in a quiet division that seemed well maintained and safe. Property is as described- very accommodating, modern, cozy, and clean. Good mattresses. Ceiling fans. Can’t say enough good things about the large oceanfront balcony with great furniture. Recycling bins were available by the dumpsters. Tammy was so helpful and timely. Just one rec-have deep/strong fitted sheets to ensure they’ll stay on.

The wider-than-most balcony was directly over the beach, nearly over the surf (the dunes are quite shallow in North Topsail). The walk to the beach was incredibly short since this property's staircase was right by the access point. The amenities were nice as well, with better kitchen equipment and a newer home than many on the beach. All in, a beautiful property with the easiest access to a nice stretch of beach.

This is my second time staying and I'll definitely be back! You can't beat the views and the proximity to the water. It's so nice to take a two-minute walk from your chair on the beach to the condo's front door. Plus, you're so close to anything in Surf City. All in all a great place to stay. Just remember to bring your own sheets and towels!!

This property is fantastic! Million dollar view from the balcony, incredibly convenient access to a beautiful beach. Other reviews have mentioned the stairs, that could be a drawback for some renters, however the owners are very upfront and easy to communicate with about the unit. The kitchen is well appointed, the beds comfy, the decor is beautiful and the half bath upstairs is so useful! Would rent again in a heartbeat.

Great location.

Loved the house and view. The only downside was that there isn’t laundry and I could not find an oven mit. It made getting things out of the oven an adventure. We also brought our bikes so it was very easy to bike out to dinner, ice cream and shops. Very clean, highly recommend.
