Centrally located, sparkling clean townhouse w/ bike storage and lots of parking. Inside the unit you will will find a clean, functional and simplistic design perfect for relaxation. Fully stocked kitchen and private BBQ grill for cooking if you wish. Don't feel like cooking? Grab take out or a bottle of wine and enjoy the fully fenced back patio with outdoor dining seating. Smart Tv and fast wifi also included. Enjoy your stay even if you are on a budget, all of these amenities are included at a reasonable price! Free onsite laundry. This modern townhome is perfectly located for your basecamp to all the Grand Valley has to offer. Located right in the middle of it all, easy access to the interstate, short drive to CMU, and Downtown Grand Junction. Right next to Iconic Graff Dairy ice cream parlor and coffee shop. Walking distance to Safeway, Starbucks, and liquor store. Inside the unit you will will find a clean, functional and simplistic design.

Pets welcome with an additional $20/night pet fee, 2 pet MAX. Instructions on how to pay the pet fee will be in your inbox and welcome letter.

We enjoyed the property. This is a great place for families. We rented all four units and it was great to be close to our siblings and still have your own space.

Great place! Easy check-in, check-out. Home had everything we needed. Was a little “bummed” futon/couch had been replaced as I was expecting a pull out for my stepfather. They did provide an air mattress though. Overall, awesome vacation rental, will definitely book them again when I go visit my daughter out there.

We brought the family Bengal cat so we could all do some local hiking. The cat, Eli, loved the balcony and back patio outdoors spaces. We all loved the condo. It was perfect for our needs and well located to restaurants, mountains, and shopping.

The unit was awesome! We took back some decorating ideas smart and simple. Thank you for caring about your unit so folks feel comfortable on their travels. We will stay there again! I forgot shampoo- but there was some in the shower for me to use. STOP with the goodness!!!! It was super.

The townhouse was clean, and the hosts were responsive to any questions or concerns. This is a dog friendly unit which was helpful for us traveling with a dog. Unfortunately, not all dogs can be left alone without making some noise. Our neighbors left their dogs to go out from 10pm - 2am and they barked continuously. This is not the hosts fault and we do not blame them for it. Just take into consideration, like any place that you can't pick your neighbors or their behaviors. Overall, it worked great for what we needed it for. To sleep two adults and two kids/go to soccer camp.

Great place to stay! The unit was very clean and was just the right space for what we needed. Three adults and one infant. Only thing I would recommend is getting getting black out curtains in the front bedroom.

We had a great stay at this property. It was sparkling clean, and oh so cute and was a great space for the 4 of us. We really loved the outside patio and enjoyed eating at the table outside. Would stay there again if in Grand Junction. I felt the price was reasonable. I didn't want to leave. Thank you.

This apartment had everything we needed for a great stay! The kitchen was well stocked and everything was very clean. The beds were comfortable. Very close to a grocery store as well. The communication with the host was excellent!

We stayed here for about 5 days and had a great visit. We had breakfast out on the back patio every morning and icecream for dessert (at the AMAZING icecream place across the street) every night. The rooms and the laundry facilities were really well kept.

We brought our oldest son to college at CMU and stayed here for a couple of nights. It's 5 minutes to everything you need! We also enjoyed the ice cream place across the street! The place was super clean and cute. It had everything we needed and more. We'll be back for sure.
