Lush tropical landscape surrounds this charming and pristine 3 BR/2.5 BA beach house located across the street from the Conservation-Recreation parcel. The unobstructed views of the Santa Rosa Sound from the spacious covered front porch is perfect for outdoor entertaining and relaxing. The great room features high ceilings with a built in entertainment center, and oak hardwood floors. A fabulous remodeled kitchen has custom chocolate glazed maple cabinets, granite counters, under mount granite sink, and breakfast bar. Two bedrooms (one with queen bed and other with 2 sets of bunks) on main level with an remodeled bathroom. Master bedroom suite (king bed) upstairs with two step out balconies to the Sound and Gulf of Mexico. Additional sleeping room is available with a twin day bed and trundle located in a bonus sunroom. Garage parking with a half bath and outside shower, all located on the ground level! This home has everything you could possibly need. Pack your clothes and enjoy making memories with family and friends. Our home comes equipped with a portable high chair and pack and play, beach towels, games and puzzles, beach toys and chairs, nets and flashlights for nighttime crab hunting, kayaks, bicycles, paddleboard, etc. We tried our best to think of everything you could possibly need to have a stress-free vacation. Come see the views and experience the Navarre Beach tranquility. The home has been lovingly maintained and is constantly being freshly updated with newer furniture and beach decor. Enjoy grilling on the Weber gas grill while gazing at the white sandy beaches and turquoise waters. We know you will LOVE it!

This house was perfect! My brother got married on the beach across the street so this home was the perfect location for us! Tracey had everything we needed from beach towels and toys to chairs and umbrellas. My kids enjoyed playing with the toys in the closet and the board games. Before we arrived I messaged Tracey and she was very quick to respond. We had the best trip and would highly recommend staying at this property!

This home was not as pictured in many ways. We started off without getting the email code to enter and were told after check in time at 4pm that the house still wasn’t ready. Then we arrived and still no code for the door. The owner was unreachable but phone and only through the app messaging. Once we entered we found the home to be much more dated and dirty than pictured. Bath mats and rugs throughout the home were filthy and in disrepair. Part of the dining rug has black duct tape holding it together. The home also had a sour odor and dust covered ventilation. The carpet on the stairs and in the master were covered in stains and we wore socks the entire time because of its condition. The balconies pictured are actually not safe and unusable. The railings are weak and someone could fall. Two chairs were covered in rust on the top deck and were told they shouldn’t be there. The only porch you can use is the front. The bathrooms had a lot of sand and hair that was not properly cleaned prior to our arrival however the home wasn’t available on time supposedly due to cleaning delays. Our cable boxes were covered in a layer of dust and the vacuum was left in a closet full of dirt. We swept the downstairs upon arrival due to sand and toenail clippings on the floor before we even unloaded our vehicles. The pictures of amenities we hoped to have were lack luster. The boogie boards were all broken in half and torn, the paddles for the kayaks were broken in half, the beach wagon bottom is busted and wheels covered in rust. The umbrella we attempted to use actually leaked rust inside our vehicle causing damage to our interior and my daughters shoes. The beds makes lot of noise and are uncomfortable as well. The only positive I can say was the the owner listened to our frustration over amenities and shipped a few boogie boards and paddles to the home which was appreciated. The other issues were that our VRBO checkout stated 11am but she emailed us saying we needed to be out at 10. Even the welcome book stated 11am. Overall very disappointing.

Beautiful house with amazing views! The house was very clean and exactly as advertised. Contact with the host was great from start to finish. The house was stocked better than any rental I’ve been in before…from the kitchen to the numerous beach toys. There were also multiple bikes and even a beach wagon. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful time at the beach house. Very spacious! It was in a quieter area of Navarre Beach and we loved that! Very short walk to the beach, even with two toddlers. We appreciated the extras, especially the wagon to go back and forth to the beach. Enjoyed the bikes to explore the area. Spent alot of time on the front porch! Will definitely reserve this beach house again!

We really enjoyed this beach house and the extra amenities (bikes, beach chairs, umbrella, corn hole, etc.). My family and I were in the area for a memorial service so it was a pretty short stay, but we’d definitely recommend it and hope to return for an actual vacation!

The property has nice amenities, a good kitchen with great cookware, large washer and dryer, and comfortable beds. We didn't find all the extra sheets and such for the pull out and trundle beds, but made it work (we brought 12 people). The ample beach gear, towels, toys, and bikes were great and provided nice variety. Beach access is a few minutes walk, and less crowded than by the condos. The outdoor furniture was very nice to relax in the Florida weather. It's clear this is a well taken care of home, and you'll be glad your stayed here.

The property is on the quieter side, a little a bit away from the condos/hotel by the pier. It was at most a 10min walk to the beach with a wagon and kids. Loved that so many amenities were provided (kitchen essentials, beach toys, life vests, and plenty of hand soap).

This was a great property. It had all the room we needed. The living area and bedrooms were great size. Honestly there is room for 7 adults and 5 children. Luckily we didn't have problem with fitting adults in the bunkbeds. Plenty of outside room also, for relaxing.

Wonderful and if you have little ones there is a gate for them not to he able to get down stairs from main entrance thats awsome will forsure stay again
