Enter the condo and head through the entryway where you'll be greeted by a large, spacious living area complete with cozy couches, an HDTV, and access to the lower patio. The quaint, cute kitchen features stainless steel appliances, all of the essential kitchenware, a coffee bar, and bar seating. Just off the kitchen area is the dining area complete with a table for 6.
Head upstairs where you'll find the master bedroom complete with a king-size bed, private deck access, and an attached bath with plenty of vanity space and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom features a queen-size bed while the third bedroom includes two twin beds. The second bathroom is simply stunning with dual sinks and a shower/tub combo. A washer and dryer are also available for guest use.
Located in Gruene, you not only have direct access to Guadalupe Rive but you also have access to dozens of unique shops, antique stores, and restaurants, all within walking distance.

So many great things to say about this little jewel! Upon arrival we walked in and it was nicer than the pictures. Cute, cute, cute!! The decor and paint colors were so relaxing. Plenty of seating in the living room and at the dining table for everyone. Obviously the master suite upstairs is the best room in the rental but the two bedrooms downstairs were really comfortable as well. They are ideal for children. Full size washer and dryer was very handy to have. Ample space on the outdoor balconies to enjoy some time. Our parking spot right outside our door sure made a difference on a hot summer day to unload and load. Shopping? It’s all in walking distance. Hungry? Lots of places to choose from without moving the car. Gruene River Inn turned out to be our favorite! The only downside to this place is river access. It’s definitely a challenge. Lots of poison ivy and a big drop off. It’s definitely doable but it would be great to have a couple extra steps into the river. If you’re wanting to just float right there or rent a tube and float…it’s a great location. Quiet time between 10pm and 8 is non-existent. I’m not sure who monitors that but the system in place isn’t working.

This is the place if you are wanting convenience to Gruene activities. VERY CONVENIENT!!! Well appointed inside and kitchen though we did not spend alot of time inside the condo other than to eat breakfast and sleep. We were there for a wedding and had an event at the Gruene River Grill - literally 50 yards from the front door. Only two parking spots.

This property is in a fantastic location, close to everything. It is also very clean and well equipped. Check out Evelyn Kate Day Spa. It was excellent!

Nice place and great location. Our friends staying in one of the bedrooms noticed the alarm clock was cracked. TWO weeks after we checked out we received a message they are charging $66 for the alarm clock which we supposedly broke. They sent us an extremely blurry "before" and an after picture. So take a picture of EVERYTHING on arrival so you don't get scammed as well.

The property was perfect for us!!! When we pulled up I was concerned about noise level as there was loud live music that could be heard from outside. Inside was quiet! I was relieved. The condo was very clean. The only negative for us was that the beds were too soft. As a personal preference I like a firm mattress. But the location and cleanliness made up for it! We could walk to the wedding venue and throughout the town. I also wish we could have checked in at 3 and out at 11am but no one returned my message when I asked. Again, not deal breakers, but would’ve been nice.

House was very spacious for 4 adults and 2 kids. Home was in a great location to be able to walk to everything in Gruene. Kitchen was stocked well with utensils, pots/pans, glasses, plates, blender and toaster which made making meals easy. Bathrooms were nice and updated. Pool area was clean as-well as the water.The only thing that could use updating would be the mattresses as they were all worn.We were happy with our stay, thank you.

We greatly enjoyed our stay! You couldn't ask for a better location, just a few minutes walk to everything. The house was very well suited with everything you could need and 100% one of the more clean properties we've been to. The beds were ok. The patio onto the pool was cute and enjoyable with the cool evening temps! Highly recommend.

We love the cleanliness and location of this property. Park your car and walk to Gruene Hall. The only downside is a 10:00 a.m. checkout after listening to live music until after midnight.

The location was perfect! It was walking distance from restaurants and shopping. My friends and I loved the apartment. We had so much fun. The only issue we had was parking. The apartment only comes with two parking spots. We were five girls driving in from five different cities.

We have stayed in several different units of these condos and this one was by far the nicest and cleanest. We could have used a few more towels and pillow cases for the extra pillows.

Stayed at this cute condo for a short weekend getaway with friends. Very comfortable furniture and bedding. Location is perfect and right next to all the fun places in Gruene. Just far enough from the main road so it wasn’t too noisy at night. Only downside was no WiFi (at least we couldn’t find an information book that usually has that listed.) We would stay here again!

The unit was very clean and a nice place to stay and was convenient to walking to the shops and restaurants. There were 2 things that could have been better. 1) local channels were not available and we were unable to watch the news or world series. 2) The lock on the front door was hard to work. Opening it sometimes took 5 or 6 tries. Locking it was not easy either. Several tries were needed, as well.

My wife and I had been so busy with weddings this year, including our own, we failed to book anything for her teenage son for his birthday. He wanted to stay on the Guadalupe River and near the Gruene area. I found this listing, read the reviews and it could not have been more spot on!
The two story condo overlooks the pool, is just down a concrete pathway to a picnic area and a drop-in to the Guadalupe River. In fact, right where the drop-in is, was a nice area in which you could either stay floating in a secluded area without floating the entire river, which had plenty of rocks to sit on and hang out, or you could join the masses and continue further down stream if you wanted.
The condo was also within walking distance of all the boutiques, restaurants, and the historic Gruene Hall!
With our teenage son and family friends, all were pleasantly surprised at the location, the amenities and the price. We certainly enjoyed our stay and will definitely look for this property again for future trips!

Wonderful mid-week getaway!
We had a lovely stay in Gruene at the Gruene Getaway! What a gorgeous condo- the decor is so cute and inviting! We had a blast exploring the river right in the backyard of the property, swimming in the pool, and exploring cute Gruene! My kids, 6 and 10, loved the twin beds and having the downstairs to themselves while my husband and I loved the oversized master suite upstairs. Perfect for a family getaway to Gruene! Thank you so much for hosting us, we loved it and hope to be back soon!

Perfect size for our family. Very clean and quiet. Kitchen had everything we needed. Pool was great. Walking distance to Gristmill and downtown Gruene. 5-10 min drive to Schlitterbahn. Will stay here again!

Fun in Gruene
Great location! Condo was beautifully decorated and very well equipped. Our group of girls had a great time shopping, eating and soaking in local flavor! Everything in Gruene is within walking distance. I would highly recommend for a girls getaway or family vacation. Property and location were very well maintained and noise was always at a minimum. We never even heard our neighbors. Pool was great for spending a relaxing afternoon after walking and shopping.

Gruene Girls’ Getaway
This was perfect for our group of 4 friends going to see a concert @ Gruene Hall. The condo is walking distance to EVERYTHING in Gruene & easily accommodated our friends that needed to do some work before play. Highly recommend!

Clean and great location!
The condo was super clean and had a great location to downtown Gruene. We had a great stay and would definitely come back! Future renters just be aware that the dumpsters next to the property were emptied multiple times a day including twice before 9am. It woke us up each morning but this minor inconvenience is worth it.

This is a beautiful property, we have stayed here before.
This house just wasn't as clean. When you walk on the floors barefoot, the grime shows on your feet. The couch felt dirty lots of stains that looked more like dirt than deep stain
Everything else felt clean it just needed a little more deep cleaning.
As much as we had to pay for the cleaning side of staying there it needed to be a lot cleaner
