About this cabin rental
Cozy Corner gives your vacation the comforts of a home while you experience the novelty of Beavers Bend/Broken Bow Lake area. With about 1700 sq ft of space, Cozy Corner is comfortable for a fun family or friend retreat. Downstairs there are two bedrooms, one with a King bed and the other has a Queen bed. The upstairs loft has a King bed. Pillows, mattresses, and box springs for all the beds are encased in protectors. Two full bathrooms mean no fighting over the shower, and if you need more relaxation, there is a Jacuzzi tub upstairs. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV with cable and there is WIFI at the cabin. The living room TV is a smart TV and continually connected to the internet. Or you can cuddle up with one of the many books or movies provided.
If you want to cook or grill while staying at the cabin, you will find most anything you would need – just bring the food! Eat indoors or dine out on the covered porch where you can relax with the pleasures of nature. The porch wraps around 3 sides of the house and overlooks a wooded area, a meadow, and a wet-weather creek. If watching the flames of a fire is your way of relaxing, there is a fire pit area where you could roast hot dogs and marshmallows. R & R is a theme at Cozy Corner, and know that you can relax in a clean hot tub which is always drained and cleaned after every cabin booking. Extra chemicals are provided for our guests should there be a need.
Cozy Corner is located in the Carson Creek area and is closer to boat ramps than any other cabin area – about 3 miles away. It is also situated at the end of a road with few close neighbors. Thought and care has lovingly been involved in having the cabin live up to its name. While staying at Cozy Corner is pleasurable, the cabin is about a mile from Hochatown where you will find Grateful Head Pizza, Abendigo’s Restaurant, Blue Rooster Restaurant, Girls Gone Wine, Hochatown Saloon, Beavers Bend Brewery, Moon Tower Bar and Grill and several other establishments.
If you want to cook or grill while staying at the cabin, you will find most anything you would need – just bring the food! Booked at the last minute (maybe 1 week prior to stay) and everything was great. Beautiful cabin that had all the essentials and located right down the road from Beaver Bend. Can't wait to go back next year and would highly recommend staying at this cabin!!!

This was our first time to the Beaver's Bend area and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The cabin is absolutely beautiful and we had a fantastic stay. Everything was spotless when we arrived and had everything our family of 4 needed. Also, some of the best sleeping I've ever done as the surrounding area is extremely quiet. Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay at this cabin. Beds were comfortable, easily working fireplace, fantastic wrap-around porch, big hottub, and a firepit. Location was close to everything without feeling packed next to your neighbor.

Rejuvenating

The igniter was missing the battery, but even when we borrowed one from the remote it still wouldn’t work. There was no lighter provided, otherwise we could have lit it manually. I reported it, but the WiFi was spotty that night and I didn’t see their response until the next day. They had responded quickly looking at the time stamp. We shifted gears and grilled on our campfire. Besides making sure the grill is in working condition before guest arrive, the only other suggestion I have is that they update their fire pit. It’s a little sad. It works, but some new chairs instead of the weather beaten wooden benches and a nice fire ring would really up the wow factor for just a small investment. Al in all, I would stay there again. It was a nice cabin.

All was as expected or better. Cable tv went out about half the time, but owner provided a good selection of DVD's, puzzles, and reading material. There was some bad weather, probably the culprit. Everything else was fine!

Great place. Will stay again
This was a very nice property in a great location. Even though it is just off 259, it felt as if we were deeper in the park as you are surrounded by the woods and there is small stream that runs through the back. There was very little noise from 259 and you could hardly see it all.
The house is outfitted with plenty of sheets, pillows, and towels. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware, plates, glasses, flatware, and utensils. The beds are big and comfy although some people might find them TOO soft. There are plenty of family games and movies stocked. Even some toys for little kids (under 5).
The one thing I would recommend is some way to clean or shock the hot tub DURING a stay. When we arrived the hot tub appeared and smelled clean. But after a couple of days of low use, the water did get a bit cloudy and had developed a faint odor. We have stayed at other places that would leave small, premeasured packets of some type of cleaner (chlorine?) that they recommended to mix into the tub and let sit overnight. That seemed to work well.
Overall, we were very pleased with our choice and highly recommend this as a place to stay on your next trip to the Broken Bow/Hochatown area.

Cozy and neat as it is named
Our group of 7 adults and couple of toddlers visited this cabin during December of 2019. Cabin was very well decorated with Christmas decorations and was very neat, clean and COZY. It was raining during our stay at broken bow, so we got to stay in cabin itself for couple os days. We enjoyed it thoroughly. Cabin have many games, toys for children which kelt everyone busy. Kids and adults enjoyed the open and spacious loft area.
We would love to visit the place soon in the future.

Girl’s Trip
We absolutely loved the cabin! It was decorated beautifully for Christmas. The cabin was clean, gorgeous and very comfortable. The hot tub was clean and ready for us to get in by late evening. I would definitely recommend this cabin.
