This condo is part of the North Creek Resort complex, which sits less than a quarter-mile from the Weider Express High-Speed Lift on the north side of Blue Mountain Resort. You'll be just a few steps from a stop for the free shuttle, which connects to dozens of charming shops and restaurants in Blue Mountain Village (less than a mile south). If you're planning your visit for summertime, you'll love being one mile south of Northwinds Beach on South Georgian Bay (a wonderful spot for swimming, kayaking, and paddleboarding), and one mile north of Monterra Golf (and within a 12-mile drive of four other courses).

Really enjoyed our stay here. We found the condo spacious and clean with great amenities and very close to the blue mountain village and the beach. The improvement I recommend is upgrading the knife set. They are pretty much broken and we used the steak knife to chop up fruit and vegetables.

Our stay was great. The only teccomendation i have , is the people should get a new kettle as theirs leaks bad when you pour it, so it could be a burn hazard.

Unit was dated but super clean and Vacasa was prompt in responding. Only downfall is the pull out sofa needs replacing, bed mattresses are too soft and beware of small square footage. You can walk to village or take a convenient shuttle at no additional cost.

Overall, this condo is fine. It’s in a good location and easy to get to.
Guest services was very responsive which was essential as when we arrived, the key code did not work to access the unit. We attempted two different codes, neither worked and then they provided a lock box code to get a physical key. The lock on the door needs to be repaired as it spins around making using the key a challenge. Once we learned the tricks, we could securely lock and unlock the door.
Upon first entry, the unit looked a bit worn down – the carpet is ripped in spots, paint is chipped around the fireplace and on some baseboards. Some of the window cranks were broken and the windows were pretty streaky but they opened so we could get fresh air in which was good. There was at least one spot on the carpet that was sticky which was unpleasant. This unit could do with a fresh coat of paint and perhaps pull up the carpet to keep things that much easier to clean as I’m sure it gets a lot of use in ski season.
All this said, the kitchen was very clean and well equipped, the beds all had clean linens and the bathrooms were very clean. If you’re just looking for a place to lay your head and be able to have breakfast and dinner in, this unit serves its purpose. Great if you have a pet, you are able to bring it with you. The pool and hot tub are also very nice and well maintained.

The unit is very outdated. Carpets are ripped and dirty. The kitchen has limited pantry items. Cups/dishes and cutlery were dirty, we used mostly disposable ones. . Fridge is very small. Couch sinks in and is very uncomfortable. Coffee table is all scratched and cracked. Walls need to be painted. Bathroom walls are all cracked and it looks run down. Public Bbq is very far and so are the public picnic tables. Chairs on our balcony were all dirty and needed to be wiped down. Bed mattess was hard as a board. The only plus is there are 2 bathrooms in the unit, its dog friendly and at the foot of the ski hills and very close to the Village. I would book in this complex again, but not this Unit.

Close proximity to the mountain, and short walk to the village. Check in process and instructions were well communicated. The unit has some wear and tear and is in fair condition. The beds are hard, but the bedding was decent. With some repairs it would be ok.

Mattress’ were good on the beds, was a concern from earlier comments. They seem to be replaced recently. Pull out sofa bed was very uncomfortable, but I never never really experienced a comfortable one.
Not exactly ski in ski out. Have to walk downstairs then across a small bridge (across a pond) then a slight walk to hill, still convenient though.
Place is a little outdated but great if you aren’t looking for anything too fancy. Plenty of clean towels and sheets. I would recommend, definitely for the great price compared to other locations.

Layout was good for two couples w two bathrooms a definite plus. Mattresses were definitely not the best and need replacing. Nice view and convenient for our needs. Overall fine for a weekend and would be good for skiing.
We didn’t use the shuttle - could walk to the village in 20 minutes and since there was no set schedule, just as easy to walk if required

Moved after first property covered in dog hair. Blankets had not been cleaned. I was moved to another unit. I was not able to lock door. Maintenance called and I was told he had advised that this was an ongoing problem that was not fixed. Fireplace did not work, bed headboard not attached, windows did not close & unit smelled. I left & moved to hotel. Very disappointing. Door lock still not fixed.

We booked 2 nights. The unit was dated but clean. Seemed to be a good value. However, toilets don’t flush, they just fill to the top and leave your waste floating around. Then came bed time. The bed was the worst I’ve ever tried to sleep on. After 3 hours of trying to get comfortable I slept on the couch. My husband couldn’t move the next day after staying in that bed. We left the next morning and have yet to hear back about any refund. Do not stay here if you want to sleep!

Layout was good for our needs and the unit was clean. Would be good for skiers for the lift - about a 15 minute walk to the village at this time of year. Main negative was the beds were not comfortable- mattresses need replacing.

Overall everything was great. We were kinda far from the pool area but such a short walk it wasn’t the biggest deal. Area was quiet which was nice. The only thing I didn’t like was that the plugs in both the bathroom and kitchen didn’t work. And the switch on the kettle to make tea was broken. Other than that it was a great space if you just need a simple space to stay for a few nights.

Renting process was easy. Not enough amenities for us. Will not use this again . We were there for massage etc. Could of stayed at resort for the same price we paid for this property and been at the same place in town

Loved the location right next to the mountains. Only 5 min drive to the village. Kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, plates, cups, pots and pans, salt, pepper and coffee filters. Toilet paper and shampoo/lotion was supplies along with linens and dish soap.

Everything we needed was there, fully equipped kitchen. The unit was compact, but we’ll designed. Slept 5 comfortably. There’s a nice creek outside and it’s only 4 minutes to the Blue Mountain village. The Thai restaurant in the resort was fantastic. It’s a great place to stay.

The place was run down, the carpet ripped and stained, the furniture was worn, no matching plates, cups or utensils, the appliances are old. Close to the north chair lift, but it closes at 430pm, so we had to drive in for night skiing. Great for university students wanting to party.

Rental with a view. Thank you. Your chalet was well priced for the location. Accommodations were on par, however your pull out couch should be replaced, and the front entrance cleaned a little bit better. Overall I would stay with you again.

We had a great time at North creek resort. The place was clean and had all the things we needed for our stay. It would be great if the unit was upgraded on a few things like the couch, carpets, and beds which appeared old. But as I said was clean and well maintained and the price was right. So for me and my family is a 5 star review and would probably stay here again. We had a great experience.

Excellent stay!
We stayed in room 816 for the weekend and it was a wonderful stay overall! 2 separate sleeping areas and also with a sofa bed. It was my family of 5 and it was perfect for all of us. I was quite surprised to see that the kitchen was completely outfitted with supplies for us to cook whenever and whatever we wanted too. It was great! It was very simple to book your reservation for the pool which allows up to 12 people in the whole pool area including those not swimming. We were only less than 5 minutes away from Blue Mountain Village. A quick drive to restaurants, grocery stores, any convenience that you may need. Now we didn't get to do too much because of the inclement weather, but nonetheless in what is to be considered to be COVID life right now it was great to get away. If we had more time and better weather to walk around and explore the town and it surroundings more we would have. The room and service was great. My kids asked when we would be going back. That I couldn't answer, but I definitely know that we will be back! Thank you Vacasa!

Base of ski hill, close to everything!
This 2 bed, 2 bath condo is located in a nice complex only minutes from Blue Mountains Villages for great shopping & restaurants , bike trails, ski hills. 10 minute drive to Collingwood with beaches, more shopping, & super restaurants like The Iron Skillet & Smoke. Many ski hills nearby in winter. Condo , is second story, so about 15 stairs to navigate with your luggage. Inside, it is bright with small balcony off living area. Small kitchen has all you need. Main floor has 1 queen bed which was comfy, en-suite bathroom, small living room & kitchen. Fireplace did not work. Upper level had another queen bed & en-suite bath. Heating/cooling a bit tricky to use as thermostat downstairs needs to be turned to heat/cool & upstairs wall unit has to also be turned to heat or cool. The lower level wall unit does not function. Overall, we enjoyed our stay mainly because of location.Unit could use a little freshening up (paint & carpet).
