It is 2 minutes from the authentic village center of Allos (village of the four seasons) and all its amenities: food, restaurants, pharmacy, medical center, post office, daycare center .... as well as the toboggan run, track beginners (free), children's ski garden, and cable cars to the nearest ski resort: Le Seignus, family ski resort par excellence.
But also 5 minutes from the Seignus ski resort, 12 minutes from the Foux station with its connection to Pra Loup (the 3 areas forming part of the lighting area). The whole represents a ski area of 230 km of marked pistes, the largest in the Southern Alps. Free shuttles to join La Foux and Pra Loup.

It offers many winter activities: skiing, hiking, snowshoeing, sledding on rail, auto circuit on ice (from 8 years old with electric karts), equestrian center (open all year) ....
But also those of summer: the immense leisure base with its large artificial lake, its slides, its kayaks / pedal boats / paddles, its tennis courts, its mini golf, ping-pong tables, its roller / skate space, its games, zip line, turnstile, swing ... etc; as well as tree climbing, fishing in the Verdon, archery, paragliding, mountaineering, rafting, canyoning.
Allos is also a paradise for cyclists with the famous Col d'Allos; a land of choice for mountain biking and protected nature (the ski lifts are open in summer for mountain bikers and hikers)
You will find the climate of Provence in the mountains in an exceptional biodiversity of more than 2000 animal and plant species. Without forgetting the Mercantour nature reserve and especially the magical Allos Lake at 2300 m above sea level; the highest natural lake in Europe, a must see.
The chalet, built between 2018 and 2019, is completely new. It is located in a very recent housing estate and enjoys a privileged position because it is surrounded by nature, which offers the chance to regularly observe the Mercantour wildlife. There is a cozy mountain atmosphere in a discreet luxury setting where you can relax and fully enjoy your stay.
The exposure of the chalet as well as the numerous openings bring an exceptional luminosity and contribute to this soft and pleasant atmosphere in harmony with its environment. All the spaces, very large, allow optimal relaxation and privacy for more or less large groups, and very significant comfort after a day of skiing.
The large dining room can accommodate 12 people and the central kitchen island 6. The kitchen is fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, including a very large fridge / freezer, two dishwashers, a large 90 cm oven, a steam / microwave oven, as well as a breakfast area.
All the rooms are spacious and almost all are equipped with new and very comfortable bedding; the others are recent and also very comfortable.
The central fireplace operates on gas and lights up instantly with a simple remote control. It is a real source of warmth and conviviality in a very large living room with unique comfort.
It is possible to leave directly from the chalet for a snowshoe circuit in the wonderful Vacheresse forest among others.
Sheets and towels are provided. Many storage spaces are available. A large laundromat with washing machine and dryer is in the basement, as well as a ski room.
