Welcome to Sedona! The Homestead combines luxury, privacy, and stunning views. This 5000 square foot luxury spa home is your ultimate Sedona getaway. It features a professional gym, sauna, hot tub, heated salt pool, and unbelievable views. Located in W. Sedona, it’s proximity to restaurants and grocery stores makes this home extremely convenient.
Location
The Homestead house is situated in a great location in West Sedona. You have close up views of thunder mountain. The house is located in a very quiet, private neighborhood. Away from all the hustle and bustle yet just less than a mile from the markets and great restaurants.
Living Room
Enjoy stunning views from the living area! The living room has a 65” 4k smart TV . There is also a gas fireplace.
Dining Area
The dining area is open to the living room and kitchen. Our dining table sits 8 people.
Kitchen
Our large kitchen has stainless steel appliances and is loaded with kitchenware. The kitchen has a 4 slice toaster, blender, microwave oven, coffee makers, a fully stocked pantry, salad bowls, wine glasses, cheese grater, electric water kettle, Vitamix, and much more.
Bedroom and Bathrooms
All bedrooms have Nest Bedding Alexander Signature Beds, 3 Kings and 4 Queen size. We use top quality bedding.. Each bedroom has a 4k smart tv with all the channels.. Top quality towels are provided in each bathroom. Our bathrooms come with toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hands soap.
Professional Gym: The gym features a treadmill, row machine, peloton bike, assault air bike, punching bag, free weights, bench, lat pull down, leg press, leg curl, and various fitness equipment. The gym has its own AC/heating system.
Pool and hot tub: We provide plenty of pool toys, floaties, and life vests for the whole family to enjoy. The pool is salt water. Pool heating is available for an additional fee. Contact us if you want to pool heated for your stay.
The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood. We will only book to those who respect the neighborhood and neighbors.

We loved your home and what it had to offer. Our boys loved the basement! And pool! But the maintenance is lacking. Weeds growing in backyard, we attempted to remove pool toys but they were infested with spiders. The floating tubes were split and one was full of spiders. Front of hot tub coming off, trellises covering underside of patio near pool coming off. No handrails on stairs and pool is very dangerous for older people and children. Rug on outdoor patio near kitchen ragged. Table in dining room has nails poking out on corners and my son cut his hand on one. Many of these could be easily fixed. I, Mom, am very aware of surroundings and the safety of my family.

Pretty good the main disappointment was the pool didn’t look very clean, they said it was windy, but I just didn’t look like a nice clean pool. They had somebody come clean it up, but we ended up never using it. On the other hand, the gym was great. Excellent equipment and, better than expected
Paths were walkable in the neighborhood and two different trailheads, and the back deck was great dinners and the kitchen was well appointed
Beds were comfortable
Kitchen cabinets didn’t look very good some weird top of cabinet issues.

This home was beautiful and spacious! The location was perfectly close to everything Sedona has to offer! We loved the views of the red rock from this property. Family favorites were the amazing home gym, heated pool and hot tub! This was the perfect home away from home.

The house is perfectly located in a quiet neighborhood. The layout was perfect for us and the pictures are spot on!! We had a fabulous family week for a special birthday. Unfortunately, the pool heater was not working for our week. The hosts were very responsive and refunded our heated pool payment immediately. Do not hesitate to book. The house and the red rocks is all you need for a wonderful Sedona vacation

This home is little older, but in a nice neighborhood and in a great location. Walk to Safeway, Starbucks, etc. The heated pool and hot tub were a hit with the grandkids. The huge home gym was a hit with the adults! Extremely comfortable beds. Stocked well. Massive tv’s in every room. Clean, but well used. Responsive owner. Thank you!

We had the best time in Sedona. The property is amazing with stunning views and everything you need for your stay. The master bedroom and bathroom are beautiful and you just can’t beat the views. We really enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub, and the gym was definitely unexpected. The property is in a beautiful area, and everything was super smooth from check in to check out. I would definitely recommend.

The pictures in the listing are real. Property was great and views amazing. Very close to everything we needed. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Night sky was clearest I have ever seen. The Peace park is 2-3 minute drive - don't miss it. I did really morning and it was amazing.

Arrived to a home that had not been cleaned with dirty linens and towels on the floor. The pool was not heated as requested (and paid for). On the first night two large leaks of water developed in the ceiling drenching our clothes and forcing us to leave the property. The owner did issue a full refund.

Our stay helped us have a great family vacation in Sedona. Kitchen was well stocked, grocery store was close. Views were amazing! We spent a lot of time enjoying the hot tub. Beds were comfy and we had plenty of towels. Would definitely recommend staying here.

We needed somewhere for the family to stay since we no longer all fit at my parents home. It was perfect - everyone had a bed and a lot of space. It is close (walkable) to Thunder Mountain trail so we hiked everywhere, even to my parents house. The fitness room is amazing (we all used it) and hanging out in the hot tub under the stars was a great way to end the day.

The location is ideal! Walking distance to the Temple and easy access to lots of trails. The house is spacious and equipped with lots of fun activities for the kids, heated pool, jacuzzi, state of the art gym with an arcade, perfect for all the boys in our group. The beds are extremely comfortable and the view from the living room is stunning. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfast for our large group. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood. We saw a family of javelinas when we were walking around. The grocery store, restaurants and Starbucks are only a few blocks away. This house is perfect for a large group whether you’re looking to relax or to explore.

The location of this property is excellent. Beautiful views of Thunder Mountain, various trails within minutes on foot, and close drives to all that Sedona has to offer. The house itself offers good space and an exceptional gym set up -- comparable to a small commercial gym! There were a few relatively minor maintenance items we brought to the attention of the owner. But I would definitely ask if they've replaced the mattress in the MBR, because that was worn out. Otherwise, this is a great property for several families or 3-4 couples.

Amazing Family Time in Amazing Home
Home was exactly as represented online -- and the location was even better than I had hoped. We were able to easily hop on hiking and biking trails from the house. We all enjoyed active mornings on the trails and lazy afternoons in and around the pool.
Kitchen was well equipped. Grill was fantastic. We loved the gym too -- happy to get in a Peloton ride one morning.
The views from the primary bedroom are incredible -- even from the shower! This was a wonderful spot for our family to come together from many different states. Loved our stay, and hope to be back again.

Four 60+ couples, longtime friends, traveled from MN to explore the beautiful Sedona red rock county. We did several hikes and enjoyed the wonderful accommodations this property offered upon return. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this property.

Extraordinary!
Our party of 9 women had an incredible stay in Sedona, enjoying every moment of this home. We spent mornings doing yoga in the gym and sweating in the sauna, and afternoons in the heated pool. Evenings were spent in the hot tub stargazing. The location was also ideal, 10-15 minutes from every destination. This was one of my favorite rentals!

We had an AMAZING time during this stay. It is a lovely and welcoming home and the views are just gorgeous. From the beautiful pool with a view to the fully equipped gym, our family enjoyed all the amenities. It is also conveniently located near the Sugar Loaf trailhead and the Safeway grocery store and the neighborhood is quiet and clean.

Large well appointed property with stunning vuews
Really lovely property in a picturesque location. Nearby trails help you avoid the crowds. Super nice during a busy spring break visit. We were traveling with my 95 yr old dad and although he enjoyed the gym the pool/hot tub access wasn't ideal for anyone with mobility limits. It wasn't a huge deal as the weather was cool and there were other outdoor areas for everyone to enjoy. The owners are super responsive to messages and the house was ideal for our week-long stay. Thanks so much for sharing it with us.

Just amazing
We have used VRBOs quite a bit over the last several years, but this place takes the cake. We will definitely be coming back. The perfect family and friends location. A beautiful home with amazing amenities. The gym in the basement was a highlight as our family and friends are very active. It was a nice adjunct to the wonderful hiking and other activities available outside. The pool and hot tub were a wonderful way to relax and decompress, and the quiet neighborhood was just wonderful. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Will definitely be back!

Anniversary Getaway
This home was a beautiful place for our anniversary getaway with friends and family. The location was PERFECT because of the scenery, the quiet neighborhood, and the proximity to various tourist attractions. The layout of the house was great and the gym downstairs was beyond well-equipped! Our only complaint is that the photographer for the listing was top-notch. The photos made the home look more grand than in reality. Although the home is beautiful and the vase of fresh flowers that welcomed us were so sweet, it was a bit of a letdown experience entering the home for the first time after seeing such amazing photos in the VRBO listing. However, beyond our expectations was the view of the mountain once we sat in the living room and out on the deck. Yes, we would absolutely recommend this home to others.

Great Family Getaway
Great home for a family or two! Plenty of room downstairs for kids to have their own space. Also a very spacious gym with everything you need for a great workout. Pool and hot tub were perfect for the family as well.
