503 Sunsuite is a first floor, studio efficiency unit located in the heart of Fripp Island, with the beach on one side and pools all around.
The Beach Club complex is next door with a restaurant, food court, adult pool and the Sandbar.
Our Sunsuite unit overlooks the olympic swimming pool, kiddie pool, the new fitness center, and shopping. Tennis courts and pickle ball across the street along with the best bike and walking paths.
This elegant unit includes a King size bed, built in bunkbeds, LED flat screen TV, 2 burner stove top, dorm size refrigerator, USB port and a bluetooth radio alarm clock. Comfortably accommodates 2 to 4 people.
Supplied with everything needed for an enjoyable weekend. Fresh linens, towels, kitchen area stocked to prepare meals. Coin operated washer and dryer area available for your use.

The Fripp Ship and Mango stores are fun to go into for your perfect souvenir. You do not need an amenity card for golf cart, kayak, bike, etc. rentals as there are an abundance of companies who offer rental services that will deliver to you.
Golf cart is the preferred method of transportation, even though you are within walking distance to most everything. If you prefer a golf cart, please consider reserving one as soon as you make your reservation as they tend to get booked up quickly. We have a list of preferred providers if you need assistance.

The advertisement of this efficiency room is way overboard, because the room is smaller than most hotel rooms and the "professional decorations" are comparable to Big Lots items. The bed is very uncomfortable. There is no view. Yes, the pool is on the other side of a big wood fence, but this is JUST a place to sleep and immediately get out of the room here. We very much enjoyed the island, but we would never stay in this tiny room again.

Just steps from the beach. We had a fantastic time. Super clean and nicely decorated. Everything you need for a beach get away vacation. Beach chairs in great condition. Kathy was very communicative. Fripp never disappoints. We will be back. Thank you!

We had a fun trip! There was some confusion with the golf cart, but we got that worked out. Need to get the code fixed for ice as the one we were given did not work.

Beautifully designed space and has everything you need. Fantastic location on Fripp- right in the center of everything, yet super quiet. The property manager is easily accessible and very willing to help and answer any questions.
I highly recommend and hope to return.
The only negative is the parking situation - but it would not stop me from staying there again.

My daughter and I both enjoyed our stay in the condo. Kathy was a wonderful host who responded to all questions very quickly. The condo itself was very clean, the pools are easy to access with amenity cards, and there were plenty of extra directions provided in the messaging tab of vrbo once the condo was booked to make getting to the condo and checking in a breeze. Parking is tight and meant for smaller vehicles but there are additional spaces nearby. The mini-fridge had plenty of room to store sandwiches and extra snacks/drinks. WiFi is a little sluggish but it’s an island so that’s to be expected and we were able to watch a few movies when we were taking breaks from the beach! The beach is very close, clean, and feels very safe and uncrowded. We rented a golf cart for a day/night and the Fripp Island Resort staff were quick to answer any questions and facilitate the delivery and return of the cart. Fripp Island is now one of my favorite vacation destinations and I would absolutely recommend this condo and Kathy to anyone interested in visiting!

The best Easter ever! Wonderful spring break, so many activities for the kids. Location was steps from the beach, fitness center, and dining options. We rented bikes to get to everything else. Cute deer visited us every evening and we loved walking next door for ice cream. Beautiful place!

This was the perfect place to stay for my son‘s golf tournament on island. If was clean and a great location. My only complaint, if I had to have one, would be that there was no shampoo in the unit and no ice on site as listed. We would stay here again.

This efficiency room was perfect for what we needed. We were looking for uncomplicated, close to the ocean. The room was clean, first floor, pet friendly, and the walkway to the beach was just around the corner. It couldn't have been any simpler.

This was our first time on Fripp Island and it was a wonderful stay. The property was exactly how it was listed and the owner was wonderful to communicate with. This was perfect for our family of three (the bunk beds are great for multiple kids). We are already planning to book again next summer! Thank you for a fabulous stay!

Newly renovated and mere steps from pool, beach club, ocean, tennis/pickle ball, or bike path. I like that this is a first floor unit - no steps. Owner was very responsive and checked in during our stay to make sure all was in order. We visited in February so very quiet in the neighborhood before the vacation season gets to full swing. Just how we like it! Long walks on the beach and time to read.

This property was decent. It was clean but did smell very musty when we entered. The bathtub has some issues (a big crack in it). It was close to the beach and pool which was good. For off-season (mid-October), I felt that the price was exorbitant for this property. We were there for a wedding and only needed one room and were shocked at the high prices for a tiny motel-like efficiency. I would have been okay with it if the price was half as much, although that would have even been too high.

We loved this incredibly clean studio and NO STAIRS! One of our favorite experiences on Fripp Island. Kathy was so welcoming and a lovely attentive hostess. Incredibly fast response time too! Well stocked studio with extra paper products, garbage can liners, soaps, and the added special touches of coffee supplies and even K-cups were left for us. Great location being next to the restaurants, pools and the beach. We loved the comfortable King bed with the most comfortable pillows and beach towels. We felt very welcome and are looking forward to our next vacation here.

We enjoyed our condo very much! The check-in process was almost flawless, but quickly remedied. In Our condo, the rug is in bad need of replacing and had a huge stain right by the side of the bed, along with the entire rug looking dingy. Also the bathtub bottom was cracked and leaking below the tub, and had some patchwork done to it. These were our only real drawbacks to the appearance of the condo. Besides that, cleanliness was excellent. The neighborhood was friendly and we were close to the beach, but not on the beach, but we were poolside as described. In order to eat on the island at any of the restaurants we were required to purchase cards for entry. These cards were also necessary to enjoy any of the other amenities on the island, so that is something to take into account, as the closest town is quite a ways away. We were there mostly for the beach and the serenity and enjoyed our stay which was quite pet friendly, and the friendliness of the local deer was quite exciting! Overall we enjoyed our trip very much and the condo as well! We would gladly return in the future.

It was cozy and had everything we needed. The kitchen was efficient - we were able to cook up some awesome seafood dinner a few nights! Kathy was really nice and responded to our messages and questions in a very timely manner. A great place to taste the best of Fripp!

The king size bed was so comfy! The kitchen had everything we needed. I took my crock pot & here they even had one of those! The keurig is a duo. The kitchen is a compacted area, you just have to make it work. Which we did.
This condo sits by the main Clubhouse so you can walk to the beach, pool & food court.
The downside is outlets. I'm sure the building was built before cell phones & tablets. Another downside is parking. If you drive an SUV, good luck. There's also no golf cart parking at the building & no way to charge one so you'll need a gas powered cart. Other than those two issues we had a fabulous stay!

Great location, wonderfully decorated unit
Beautiful rental in a perfect location. It was a great size for two of us and would have fit two kids as well. We loved our stay and will definitely rent this property when we return.
I recommend adding the amenity cards for a small fee to allow you to use the pools and restaurants. It was a little challenging to find the property as we didn't see signs from the street for it, so pay close attention to the instructions from the management company.
