This house is a great option for big families +8 people, just make sure the read the instructions in the email how to check in. House was very clean and well prepared. And since it was close to Blue mountains we enjoyed our stay and we had great time with family.

So much room to spread out in this space. It was very clean and comfy. Just a quick stroll across the parking lot into the village so we had all the advantages of being in the village without the noise :) Would stay again for sure!

The place has everything that you need, and the location is excellent. Super closed to the golf course and resort - Like 5 mins.
Overall experience was excellent and I would recommend it for a party of 8 or more.

Beautiful place with lots of room for 10 of us. We needed to call Vacasa about an issue and the phone staff were pleasant and had it taken care of quickly. They provided a partial refund because of the inconvenience even though it was something beyond their control.

We enjoyed the comfy living space, heated bathroom floors, and tasteful art prints.
The oven didn’t work properly, but Vacasa staff responded promptly and provided a countertop oven that was fine for our needs.
We would stay there again, trusting that the full size oven element will be repaired or replaced.

Good stay
6 adults, 4 children trip. Second time staying at this unit. One room had their bunk bed changed to a double (photos show two rooms each with a bunk bed) which is even better because bunk bed is a bit uncomfortable and only suitable for smaller-sized adults on the lower bunk and a child on the upper.
First day we arrived I checked supplies and laundry detergent was missing so I called to ask for some, customer service rep said it usually is tide pods, about 10 mins later someone delivered two single use boxes of tide powder which is fine too. But for a 3 night stay I was hoping to get more upfront. The combo washer -dryer is for smaller loads, we had 14 beach towels and I was afraid of breaking their washer so I split it into two loads which meant I used up all the detergent after my first day. I had packed some myself so after the second day of beach outing I just used my own.
Kitchen has everything, liquid dish detergent and a small box of like 10 finish dishwasher cubes. Recommend that you provide hand soap for the kitchen too (instead of alcohol hand sanitizer), we used the Palmolive to wash our hands before and after food prep.
Non stick pan was all scratched up which is usual for short term rental places, I always bring my own pan because scratched up telfa is supposedly not good for you, so I recommend bringing your own pan to cook with if you can.
Rooms, kitchen, living room, bathrooms were clean.
Upper bunk bed wasn't made I guess not too many people use it, so I sent my child up to do it because it's difficult for an adult to do.
Two parking passes provided, extra cars have to park a little down the road as per instructions which is fine but I think it would be better to provide some sort of pass for those cars too because we were worried like how would they know it's us/someone renting a unit and not a random person parking over there for free.
Can walk across to blue mountain village. Beach is like a 7 minutes drive. On the way in, collingwood has all the grocery stores and retails stores you need.

Great Rental
Everything was great with the property. Unfortunately, I had a family emergency and had to leave unexpectedly on Saturday afternoon. I left in a rush and realized I forgot to leave the parking pass. Is there a way that I can mail it back?

Good Space
This was an excellent space for our get family get together. Close to the Village which was nice. However, it was not very clean. Dust, streaked appliances, surface wiping only and felt that we needed to wipe things before using them. For the amount we paid, we would have expected a bit more.

great location - walk to the hill and village. We had a full house, 6 adults, 4 kids and we all fit well.
Definitely would recommend!

Great property and service
This was a great spot, home was in very good condition and roomy for 6 adults. Kitchen was fully stocked and we just needed a few extra cleaning supplies which were promptly dropped off. Vacasa was in contact the whole time gave several updates and detailed directions, super helpful and pleasant experience. Would definitely stay here and book with them again.

Amenities
The location was amazing. We were able to walk to village chair easily with our gear. Lots of room for 2 families. Unfortunately, there was not enough towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, dishsoap, dishwasher pucks. We would have expected better amenities such as these for the price! A few small requests for such an expensive stay.

Our stay at Mountain Walk
Everything was close and convenient walk to the mountain and village. Any issues were answered promptly by Vacasa and they addressed all our needs extremely fast. Had a small issue with parking that they fixed as well as running out of dishwasher pods. Very hospitable and would be happy to stay there again.

Great location!
Very spacious and comfortable. Property was steps away from the Village. Very nicely decorated with plenty of comfortable eating and relaxing spots for lots of people. We were two families and we had lots of room for us all. My only critique is that the coffee maker is tiny and only good for two mugs or so. The place sleeps 12 - please upgrade the coffee maker suitable to the size of the unit and the number of guests. Small investment for a critical piece of most people's days --- Coffee in the morning!

Weekend stay
Condo was terrific. Very spacious with comfy beds. The top bunk was not made up. As we are seniors it was difficult to make so someone slept on the couch. Overall it was a great place for us and I would recommend it. How to access the entry could be better explained, we had to help some girls on their arrival as they also had the same problem. Very close to the village, walked in a few minutes.

Great location and everything you need, finding the mystery key fob is impossible, instructions are worded wrong,it is hiding not in a “garage””in the main building”but in the garbage/slash unity room,I called for help twice, first time I was hung up on and sec I was on for twenty and still not given proper instructions, the weekend we there we repeatly helped others find the mystery key box as well

Overall Great Stay
Place was really nice for me and my friends (ages 21-23). Area is close to the village and no one bothers you.
Only recommendation I have to is to send your visitors details prior to their arrival, I had to call customer service for the code to get in. Besides that very nice

Wonderful place!
Fully equipped kitchen. Bedrooms were spacious and just right for us. Slept 9 people just perfect. Room for 10 for sure! Towels were enough for everyone for our two night stay. Ground level was nice for BBQing. The only thing was we wish we could get rid of the scent of ethnic spices. We were sure where they were coming from. Overall, a wonderful, family friendly place to stay. Super close to the village. Literally, across the street. Would certainly stay again - minus the scent.

Property was clean and spacious and well stocked with towels and cookware. The A/C didn’t work very well. We had issues with the wi fi and damaged patio screen door, which were promptly repaired when property was contacted.

Even better than the photos!
My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Mountain Walk! The photos do not do the space justice - it is huge and beautifully finished. Loads of space for the 10 of us, gorgeous view of the mountain out the back door and fully stocked kitchen with everything you’d need! Best part of all is the proximity to the Blue Mountain village!! Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a winter or summer getaway!

Blue get away
Overall a wonderful experience! House was very clean and well equipped. 2 items of serious concern that we had an issue with are
1. The email with address of check in location only had address and no name, gps misguided us and we were lost. Calling the customer service was a terrible experience! Not because the person answering was not very nice and stayed on the line with us the entire time BUT because she did not have updated information and gave us the wrong name to look for and we drove back and fourth over and over looking for something that did not exist. There was no direct phone number to call that was local and not in the USA
Once we did go into the place we thought was correct they told us that they changed their name over a year ago and their phone never rang so the poor customer service rep I yelled at was not at fault. Very frustrating way to start a vacation.
2. The mountain walk 123 we stayed in was not meant for 10 adults it is advertised. 2 top bunk beds were not strong enough to hold fully grown adults and they were forced to sleep on the sofas. No more than 8 adults and 2 children fit to sleep comfortably.
The bed on the second floor was in need of repair that very uncomfortable so that should be repaired.
I was expecting a call from a manager as was indicated be the customer service rep but 4 days later and not one person has called me back. The call was recorded as I hoped they would hear my frustration but obviously with the time that has passed no one cares to follow up.

Great spot close to the slopes
We stayed here with our 4 kids, plus two of their boyfriends, and there was plenty of room for all. The house has everything you need and is very close to the slopes, so it is easy to walk to the village. A few notes - the wifi was very spotty, and the master bed was not very comfortable, but otherwise... great!

Well maintained and clean. Great location--across the street from the Village. Very easy walk to all the restaurants, shops and slopes. We were comfortably able to sleep 9 people. Only downside was that the washing machine was broken without notice to us. The management company was very good at responding to our call about it, but was not able to fix the problem. However, that was a small blimp in the overall great experience at Mountain Walk. Would highly recommend this property.
