This house is amazing. It’s beautiful, clean, the beds are comfy. And the couch!!! You could live on it. The pool and spa are perfect, the house is decorated beautifully. Just perfect in every way!! We watched 360% of fireworks on the 4th on the rooftop patio. You are 1 persons yard and a road away from the beach and the house has beach chairs you can use!!!! You can see and hear the ocean from just about any balcony on the home. The person I dealt with on Vrbo was very professional and kind and Ron the property manager made us feel like we had a friend looking out for us while we were there!! He was very accommodating, professional and kind! We will definitely be staying there again. We loved it!!!

Great house to stay with family! the house was perfect for our family of 7! Location was awesome, proximity to beach, shops, parks, etc. Everything you need was right there at the house. The owners and the property manager, Ron, were super to deal with and incredibly responsive to the slight issues we had! Would highly recommend!

Our family of adults and one infant recently stayed at this beautiful property. We loved the location with a view of the beach. It was spacious so we didn’t feel crowded. The villa was clean and well equipped. The property manager was very responsive anytime we needed anything. We could walk to the state park and restaurants. It was in a residential neighborhood so our beach was not crowded with spring breakers. Highly recommend.

We snuck down to Fort Lauderdale the week before Christmas and unfortunately the weather was terrible with high winds and rain! There were no days at the beach, but it didn’t matter to ua as we so enjoyed our time at this beautiful home,. We were all so comfortable in the beds! We enjoyed their outdoor Jacuzzi! It was right across from the beach and we enjoyed long walks on the boardwalk every day. It was situated in a quiet neighborhood! It was close to some wonderful restaurants! It was truly a gift to ourselves the week before Christmas to have some quality time to spend together! This home is extremely comfortable, and made it so enjoyable for us all!! we loved the rooftop where we could watch the sunrises and sunsets!!!

Our group of friends spent a long weekend here and did not want to leave! The house is beautiful with all the amenities you want or need. Spacious and sunlit. The beach is a short walk and the rooftop space and ocean view is simply divine. The pool was nice and much enjoyed. Close to restaurants and nightlife. We will definitely come back!

The has is beautiful and has somebof the best views. We got to watch the fireworks from the roof top,which the grand kids loved. It fit our family of 8 very comfortably. The pool and hot tub were really nice.

Where do I start - this place is a gem! We (6 life-long friends) finally got a girls' weekend away, and we just wanted a nice, sunny, house with space, privacy, and room for some fun. We enjoyed the fantastic home, had WONDERFUL communication with the management, and truly had a great weekend. The location is great - walkable to restaurants, across from the beach, and minutes by car to tons of activities, shops, and restaurants. Highly recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our family stay here. We are all adults and appreciated the privacy and super large spaces it provided. The giant rooftop deck also has awesome ocean view. Also short Uber rides to the many great dining areas in Lauderdale.

Our party of 8 loved staying in this beautiful home to celebrate a few of us celebrating a milestone birthday. This home is just as listed, large kitchen and living area, beautiful pool and spa area and we loved our time spent on the rooftop patio. It is a close walk to the beach. Pool toys and beach chairs/toys are in the garage. Excellent communication with the property manager. We couldn’t be happier with our choose.

We have rented several houses in the vicinity and this is the only one that had seating enough for the amount of people it slept. Lovely decor. Roof deck has amazing ocean view.

This home was everything as advertised and more. Beautiful spacious home. We were a group of 5 adults and were very comfortable for the duration of our stay. Convenience of the beach just steps away was an amazing plus. The upstairs bedrooms gave breathtaking views of the sunrise and sunset. Just lots of space to lounge and enjoy. The host/owner is amazingly helpful and accommodating. There is a property manager nearby to address any on-site concerns or needs.

House is nice, kitchen needs a little updating, but overall great space for large group. We had some issues with communication regarding pool being serviced, but management was fast to fix the issues. Overall would stay here again due to the proximity to the beach and space for guests.

First off, I'd like to say that the communication was great. Before we got to the villa, Isabella made sure to reach out and provide the details we needed. She even allowed us to move our time frame one day earlier because of a change in our schedule. During our stay, Bianca was great at communicating and after the stay, Isabella reached back out to check in on our stay. Second, the place was beautiful. It had exactly the amount of room we needed to enjoy each other (party of 6) and also have enough space to spread out and do our own things when needed. The villa was so close the beach (a 1 minute walk). We also enjoyed the wildlife around the villa. We saw iguanas, geckos and a crab when we'd be sitting out by the pool. The kitchen was also well stocked and we made good use of it. There are also some great restaurants located within minutes of the villa. During the time we were there, there was a lot of seaweed on the beach and in the water, so we didn't spend much time on the beach. This was totally okay because the villa has a beautiful heated pool and hot tub, which we used a lot! Overall it was a great stay and the rest we all needed. We were all thankful for the blessing of relaxation at Berkley's Beach Villa.

Beautiful property across from the beach in gorgeous high-end section of Ft Lauderdale. Home and property true to the listing, and met our expectations. Master bedroom king bed was a dream, perfect soft-to-firm ratio which is immensely important to get good sleep especially when on vacation! This home had everything our family of 6 needed including plenty of space for everyone. The kids could swim in the pool and we could relax on the patio, or hot tub, or keep an eye on them from the living room/kitchen area, just off the patio. Also, the kitchen was well equipped for us to cook and eat there.. I loved that pretty kitchen island! The coolest thing is the third floor roof top patio! Great place to hang out with a beautiful view of the beach and ocean, or get a birds eye view of the back yard patio/pool/spa area. Conveniences and restaurants were close by too. Such a great home in an awesome location!
