3 - If you plan on disturbing the neighbours. Excessive noise will not be tolerated.

This reservation has a Flexible cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 30 days prior to the check in date.

A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 30 days before check-in. A 50% refund is provided for travellers cancelling from 14 to 29 days before check-in. - No smoking indoors. Please do not leave cigarette butts on the ground. Please put in designated metal cans for disposal.

- Please NO shoes in the house
- Don't leave garbage outside. Garbage must be placed inside the garbage and recycling bins on the corner of Chartier and Tamarracouta.
- There is a surveillance camera located outside on the property
- Firewood not included
- Propane not included. Propane tank is available to fill.
- Please conserve WATER. Our water comes from a well. Please refrain from taking a bath. If too much water is used in a short period of time, the water pressure will be reduced
- DO NOT enter the trails in the back forest. There are bears and wolves.

This is the best place to stay if you are coming to montreal with your friends. The place was very clean neat and just the best spot around montreal. i was so happy with the host and the house.we all had a wonderful time here.if you wish a nice place to stay near montreal this is one of the best place you will get around. i would love to recommand this place to my freinds or anyone who ask me a good spot to stay in montreal. The swimming pool was splendid and wonderful.The only suggestion i can give to the host is that if there are more lights in the backyard area near swimming pool and behind it would be so wonderful also i am hoping a fenced backyard with some mesh or wires .we wished we could have stayed here longer than a night beacuse the place is worth much more and to discover nearby areas.

After being cramped in a Montreal hotel room for three nights, it was a welcome stay for our family of five to spread out and have space to themselves. We were looking for proximity to the ski hill, beds and a kitchen. The house itself wasn't spectacular, but we usually don't use rentals for the "wow" factor, we use them for space and efficiency. A bit of a disappointment was the lack of Queen or King bed on the main sleeping floor. For the first time in 20 years, my husband and I slept in single beds. This is an easy fix, the updated posting should reflect this change.

COCKROACHES on the kitchen counter! Supposed to be AC but actually it’s a portable AC fit for 1-2 rooms and dusty fans to blow the air, cobwebs all over the place… Absolutely disgusting, we actually left 1 day earlier at our own expense and rented a room at a hotel nearby!

Overall, we were quite disappointed with the condition of this property. Its an older property and it needs some serious rennovations. The kitchen was lacking in ustensils; the inside of the drawers were not very clean and we had some critters on the counter top. The listing says it has A/C but note that its just 1 window unit and it will not cool the bedrooms. The basement had a very moldy smell. On the outside, the terrance if spacious and the pool was clean and heated. There is a stand alone garage on the property which we were not allowed to use so if you have bikes (or skis in the winter) you may need to bring them inside.

This was a great place to spend time with friends and family. The kids enjoyed swimming and having baroque. It is well maintained cottage and all amenities were there. I will go back there again.

Our grand daughter had a provincial tournament in Saint-Eustauche. 10 family and friends stayed in the house. It was perfect for our group. About a 40 minute drive. We were able to do all of our cooking etc at the house and the bedrooms were great and the two bathrooms worked very well. Thanks for the stay, Al Watt

This was an awesome location for our March break ski trip at Saint Sauveur. It’s clean and spacious with comfortable beds and the kitchen had everything we needed. Sam’s excellent communication made arrival and checkout easy as well. This was perfect for our group of families with kids under 10.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities one expects from an accommodation. Sam’s home provided the right location, space for a family getaway, and the pool was perfect for relaxing afternoons. We will definitely consider returning for another getaway.

This cottage was a great place for our family to stay this past week. Located on a quiet, dead end street, within a 20 minute drive to many fun winter activities. A relaxing place for our family to unwind after skiing, skating and tobogganing. The cottage has lots of comfortable beds and a full kitchen to use. We really enjoyed our time and would definitely come back again!

Great location, very clean! Very close to skiing. 6 bedrooms that can fit 18 people! Huge beautiful deck in the back. The kitchen is fully equipped for a big group supper. The Internet works great. Host is responsive and helpful.

Awesome and clean place in the country. Close to the ski hills Saint-Sauveur and Morin-Heights in the winter, close to lakes and hiking trails in summer. Snowmobile trails 20 minutes away. Snowshoeing/cross country trails 15 minutes away. Shops etc are like a 10 minute drive away. The living room/kitchen is a beautiful space with lots of natural light during the day and a huge sofa to enjoy a nice evening. The board games were a great plus! I highly recommend it :)

This place was perfectly located near everything in the Laurentians and had everything in it that you need to enjoy your stay with. Comfy beds, great outdoor deck, and a fully equipped kitchen. Highly recommended and would come back again this year
