Completely remodeled in December 2015. You'll find the home is cozy, but not cramped. There is plenty of storage, large closets, and the open floor plan makes the home feel large, but not daunting. Everything is on one level and the property is a low density complex of duplex bungalows.
Entertain friends and family or prepare a quiet dinner in the beautiful, fully-renovated, stocked kitchen with brand new retro cool appliances, gas stove, and stone countertops. Dine by the pool with stunning Palm Springs mountain views or retreat to the spacious and secluded private patio for entertaining or just bask in the renowned Palm Springs weather. The Fedora Suite is furnished with all the amenities you will need to enjoy the total Palm Springs vacation experience. From robes to cocktail glasses - even board games and puzzles-no detail has been overlooked.
The condo is located minutes from downtown Palm Springs and a variety of shopping, golfing, nightlife, restaurants, cultural events, outdoor activities, and attractions.
Fully furnished rental - we do not allow furniture to be moved in our out during your lease. Cable, Internet and Utilities are included in the rent.
