Sufficiente ma non torneremo

la vicinanza al centro, possibilità di facile parcheggio, possibilità di cenare sia ai ristoranti sulla strada che fare la spesa al supermarket

struttura vecchia, mancanza di tapparelle o tende oscuranti ai vetri (abbiamo dovuto arrangiarci incastrando sulle finestre i copri sedie). Mochette fatiscente e a tratti staccata, pavimento e letto che scricchiolano ad ogni passo e movimento svegliandoci a tutte le ore della notte, pulizia molto relativa e mancanza di coperte. poltrone vecchie e bucate.

Îngrozitor! Nu se poate sta acolo

Nu mi-a plăcut nimic!

Apartamentul este foarte murdar, cu miros greu și neîngrijit. Lenjerii pătate, rupte și cu miros de urină, frigiderul, cuptorul și aragazul împuțite de-a dreptul. Din cauza faptului că am ajuns noaptea târziu, am dormit o noapte acolo, deși rezervasem 3 nopți. Am plecat a 2 a zi.

The neighbor has a dog that barks non-stop most of the time and that wakes you up morning and night. Both extra beds had broken bottoms. All cutlery, plates and pans were very dirty There was no shampoo, conditioner. There was not enough toilet paper for the stay. No extra garbage bags. There were only 2 quilts for 6 beds. There should have been a vacuum cleaner or broom so you could clean yourself. No dish cloth. The fridge is so cold that all food and drinks freeze to ice

Good stay in the center of Bucharest.

Good location - very close to many restaurants and the Triumphal Arch of Bucharest. A nice welcome surprise - free beer and sweets for our children in the fridge. Coffee machine. Clean and spacious rooms.

No air conditioning. One bed was broken. No dedicated parking - the parking close to the street is chargeable between 8am ad 8pm.

The place looks really nice, it was clean and well taken care of. Its close to stores, pharmacies and restaurants. Also it has a oven, a microwave and a coffe maker. We will definitely book this place again when we go to Bucharest.

Lovely spot

Lovely place ideally located within 15 minutes walk of our dentist building. Well equipped and rooms are large and airy. We would definitely come again

No major but would be good to add curtains to the windows as is it was very bright in the early mornings. Also the clip that you should hang the shower on had come off the wall

Avoid it at all cost

Location of the property.

In an aleatory order: - bedsheet full with tiny blood stains - see pics. - bed making unbearable noises at every move during sleep - woke up 10 times - bathroom extremely poorly equipped - sink closet barely standing vertically, improvisations on all drains, unbearable stink - showerhead stand broken - closet door hanging on lower hinge only, hence door making noise at every step - yes, parquet extremely loose, so that vibrations made the closet wobble - slippers provided by property stained and torn - food leftovers in the freezer - carpet not vacuumed for ages - thick layer of dust all over it; also broken in several places so that door couldn't be closed. Please take a look at the pictures.

very unpleasant and limited our use of the apartment strictly of the bedrooms. The mattresses fairly good.

Only the location

Very old and dilapidated house Ceiling ready to fall , the doorknobs are broken, no door stays closed, without heat in the bathroom and kitchen; dirty windows in the kitchen, also dirty mirror in the bedroom and hallway, a lot of dust on and behind the tv sets. The floor moves and creaks with every movement and is covered with something improvised of black color. The cupboard dirty, greasy and the stove knobs so dirty that we were reluctantly to touch.

Superb

Cheking-in and out was very convenient. I arrived late at night and had no problems with getting the keys. The apartment is big and very clean. Towels and bed sheets are snowy white - very nice. I loved heaters in each room, it was quite warm in my bedroom.

Overall good, but could be better

The place is great and huge and the energy of the place is nice 👍 and the owner leaved two cans of beer for free. This place is actually improved my impression about Bucharest, because all other areas of the city are so crowded and ugly, and this area is really feels like home.

Mostly I don't like writing reviews, because I always feel too picky and the overall experience was good and I don't want to hurt the score of the owner. That's exactly how I feel now. The Microwave didn't worked so I heated my food like in the old days, on a pan, but I surly would prefer to use microwave for that. Didn't understand how to heat water without a kettle, I probably should have contacted the owner, to get explanation how do you do this with coffee machine, but I felt it less energy consuming and just heated it on the stove. Because I already asked the owner to help me to close the door, never met a lock like that. The wifi password was not easy to find, just with dedication I tried to use the default one from rauter and it worked. Its hard to take a shower and not make all the bathroom wet. And what I disliked the most the bad lining was with a pattern that felt tough, and not soft.

Superb

Perfect location, very nice district. Bus stops, grosseries, all needed - so close! The property was clean. The host is super friendy and super fast responding!!! Totally recommending.

The floor was sometimes noisy by walking from room to room. There is no sign on the house, which one is the place and no number in the address - its number 36.

Highly recommended!

The villa is located in a very pleasant quiet area, surrounded by houses built in a unique style of Romanian architecture from the late 19th, early 20th centuries. There are parks and museums within walking distance. A taxi ride to the city center will take no more than 15 minutes. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a coffee maker. Host Bogdan is an amazingly pleasant, welcoming person. We have stayed at the villa twice and every time it felt like being at home far from our home.

Dirty and Smelly Apartment

The only thing good about it was the no contact check in/out and pet friendly.

The apartment was clearly not cleaned before our arrival. The kitchen, dishes and bathroom were extremly dusty and dirty. The floor was smelly and not vacuumed. Very disappointed and would totally not recommend.
