I have booked and paid the amount on the day of booking and I got 3 mails regarding confirmation and on the day when I reached there the property manager told me that no rooms left and all booked. Then where is my booking ???

Though we have booked in booking.com, the owner told us to checkout the room because they have taken booking from outside(offline). In need of work travel we were booked our room 2 days prior but they are lethargic about our situation nd in a harsh way they told us to check out nd casually saying to seek other rooms from Oyo by giving customer care number

Worst nightmare

Nothing at all.

The owners of the establishment lack consideration and manners. Our experience was extremely unpleasant. Despite arriving with a group of 15 people, we were met with immediate shouting from the owners. Furthermore, we were forced to leave the premises at 12:30 am, causing inconvenience as we had to find alternative accommodations. This experience is sure to disturb your peace of mind. Additionally, the rooms were unclean, with stains on the beds, intermittent water flow during showers, and bathrooms that were worse than public toilets.

WORST experience ever. Can’t find a word that explains it.

There was no breakfast and nothing at all was likeable

I strongly advise against considering this hotel for any future stays. The owners' behavior created an environment that was not only intolerable but also posed a threat to our well-being. Our abrupt departure was a collective response to an experience that left us deeply disturbed and disheartened. You would literally lose your peace of mind.

peaceful ambience, have cctv security. staff are available at any time. had problem with ac so they changed my room instantly to solve the issue

asked to pay extra amount when i reached the property, towels were not good, bathroom is not that okay. no pressure in water flow.

Size of the room and the cost

We have booked through Booking.com mentioning the age of the kids but after booking they called and asked additional amount for kids. Maintenance of the bathrooms were really bad. It made us to shift the rooms. If the maintenance was little more taken care it would have been really great
