Va bene per stare una notte, si paga poco ma il servizio è quello che è. Condizionatore da riparare

Buona posizione, ma rumoroso. economico. Personale gentile.

Aria condizionata non funzionante e rumorosa, stanza molto calda. La puzza del ristorante al piano terra ha reso impossibile aprire la finestra. Probabilmente le altre stanze sono migliori visti i commenti entusiasti delle altre recensioni.

Generalnie nie oczekiwałem cudów, takie miejsce do przespania się na jedną noc. Czysto, miła (Polska) obsługa.

Niestety trafił mi się pokój na 3 piętrze do którego prowadziły strome schody. Całkowity brak ciśnienia wody (ledwo kapała). Nie działające wi-fi.

Poca fiabilidad respecto al anuncio a lo que realmente es en persona

Escogimos este establecimiento por la terraza que supuestamente disponía, y cuando llegamos no existía dicha terraza. Todo una estafa respecto a las fotos que aparecían en internet y cómo realmente era. Además, sobre el anuncio ponía que el personal hablaba tanto italiano como inglés, español y portugués, motivo por el cuál también hicimos la reserva, y sin embargo, cuando llegamos el chico que estaba en la recepción solo hablaba inglés (tampoco muy bien que digamos) y ningún otro idioma, haciéndose muy complicada la comunicación. Para colmo, a la hora de acompañarnos a nuestro apartamento, la luz de la entrada no funcionaba, no dejaba de parpadear y tras varios intentos por abrir la puerta, se da cuenta de que la llave que abre dicha puerta está rota y por tanto no podemos entrar a nuestro alojamiento. Tuvimos que esperar a que fuese a por otra llave de repuesto y volver (yo creo que esto son cosas que se prevén con antelación y no en el último momento). También añadir que el número de teléfono que aparece para llamar al alojamiento no es el de la recepción, tampoco supieron ayudarnos cuando los llamamos, y a nivel de idiomas como siempre, súper limitado (solo inglés). No volveré a repetir.

Przyjemna lokalizacja na krótki pobyt w Trapani

Bardzo fajna lokalizacja niedaleko uliczki z barami i restauracjami. W pokoju czysto, wszystko co potrzeba, mały balkonik, otwieracz do wina.

Jedynym rozczarowaniem był ogólnodostępny taras na dachu. Słabo oświetlony, nie do końca sprzątnięty z starymi krzesłami i ławkami.

It was ok.

The staff were fantastic and location was excellent.

We didn’t get the room we paid for and the staff didn’t inform us until the next morning. We were put in another building altogether. Beds very uncomfortable but clean.

Super Spot für Trapani

Die Lage ist perfekt man ist direkt in der in Innenstadt neben allen Sehenswürdigkeiten und In 5 min zu Fuß auch am Hafen, die Dachterrasse super zum entspannen, die Zimmer sind auch gut ausgestattet und mit kleinem Balkon,

Sehr enge Dusche, Zimmer hat etwas nach Fisch gerochen vielleicht wegen der Nähe zum Hafen

Wonderful stay.

Amazing location!. Hosts were beyond helpful and kind. Has lift access which was great for transporting bags.

Our shower was a little broken ( very little to no pressure). Was a bit of noise from the street but didn't bother us in the slightest.

Apartment is centrally located in the old town. The beach is only a few minutes away. Restaurants and bars are all around the apartment.

Good location but needs work

Good location, friendly staff

We were in a separate building (should advise people to be prepared for narrow long stairs), no wifi, air conditioning not working properly and was only able to cool the kitchen and not the bedroom, did not let us know not to drink water (which smelled bad), apartment was a little rough around the edges.

Great Staff, Great Service, Great Location, Great City!

More than helpful. After a delayed flight and arriving gone midnight, staff had organised a collection point for the keys, and communicate instructions. The kitchenette was ideal. Provided coffee, sugar and Moka for real coffee. Arranged airport transport. Thank you.

Can not fault or criticise. Tea bags and UHT.. just to be cheeky!

Excellent short stay

Loved the location in the main part of the old town. It was super clean, and we had the Aircon on so couldn't hear anything from outside. It felt very safe and secure. The reception were happy to look after our baggage until our flight in the evening, and once we were tired, we were able to sit upstairs on the sun terrace until our transfer to the airport arrived. Angelo appartments also organises excursions and breakfast for a small fee. If there was anything they couldn't do, they were quick to point us in the direction of someone that could. On the last day they even printed our boarding tickets for us. Our room was also cleaned and bed made every day for us, with towels replaced every couple of days. The staff, especially the woman from Poland, who also lived in London for a while, was so lovely to chat too as well.

Our bed was two single beds pushed together. The mattresses would often slip apart, and we'd have to push them back together. The flight of stairs is an arduous affair, however, we didn't mind as we packed light anyway. I would say it isn't suitable for people with suitcases as the staircase is very narrow.

The room #6 had a really comfortable bed, the view from the balcony was lovely too. It is centrally located and made it easy to reach the beach at Piazza Mercato del Pesce at any time of the day for a quick relaxing swim.

The wifi connection was on and off, and it is pretty bad when you need to work. Ended up using hotspot with mobile roaming data. The staff was busy doing something else and not that interested in the guests (or so it seemed). The room had a door to the room nearby, and the holes were not filled with anything, so you could actually see your neighbours.

Beautiful spacious room in the heart of buzzy Trapani. Staff were very kind and have great recommendations and helped carry our luggage up the stairs
