Relación calidad precio, cobran una tasa de limpieza muy alta y cuando llegamos el microondas estaba sucio y la tetera con un café. Hablé con recepción y dijeron que lo limpiarían. No lo hicieron

Nice property but be prepared to be completely on your own for basic items.

Nice new building with excellent work out facilities.

Guest services was practically non existent. Called 5 times for toilet paper and was told we would get some “ shortly.” After three hours I had to go across the street to buy some. They did however come and fix our door when battery wasn’t working and we could not use it. Charge $50.00 a night for overnight parking but with app found some for half price.

Very good

Super location, friendly and helpful concierge. Window can be opened for some fresh air. Plenty of space, comfy bed

Kitchen could be a equipped a bit better- no kettle to boil water or tea towels. A sofa or lounge chair would be great.

Overall our stay was ok. The apartment could have been cleaner and there should been parking details

The location and the gym was perfect!

The apartment was not clean. Floors were very dirty, bedding in both beds had stains on sheets, shower curtain was disgusting, there wasn’t enough towels/wash cloths to get us through our 4 night stay, the apartment was very noisy at night, the thermostat for the air conditioner was unplugged so up until the last night we didn’t realize we had to plug this back in. There was no parking unless you parked up the street then had to pay at a minimum of $20 for a few hours but at one point we paid $40.

The location was perfect. Very close to train and A line. Also, to grocery store. The unit had everything we needed

In our room we ended up finding nails on the carpet floor. These were left for cleaning room to observe. There were also stains on the sheets that were quite disturbing as we had to switch these out. Also, I do not think we will stay again given the parking situation. it would have been more convenient to park on site given the homeless situation that lingers outside.

For the price this is a very nice place in a wonderful location.

The rooftop lounging area was very nice.

bed was not comfortable / wound up sleeping on the fold out couch.

It was a great stay, but honestly felt pricey for the amenities. The pool was closed, etc.. Would have been nice to know as we all planned on using it.

Excellent location, great service, great apartment and extra facilities.

Very modern, comfortable and tastefully designed apartments with exceptional faculties, such as outdoor pool and fitness space. Excellent location, beds, two bathrooms and a washer and dryer made this stay very comfortable. Staff was always informative and very attentive to our questions. If you need additional blankets or pillow, just ask the front desk, per the instructions.

All was good. We were most concerned about the parking, but the Mint House provides a parking "code". you just have to ask the front desk. They provided a code to the parking garage...if you need another one, just ask. The cost for parking was $15/day...not our anticipated $50/day.

It was a fine stay

The location was perfect, central to all of the fun bars and delicious restaurants. The room was very clean and spacious, it was nice to have a kitchen and laundry during our stay.

The staff wasn’t the friendliest- when we first arrived we seemed to be inconveniencing the young lady who was at the desk when we were asking where we could store our bags while we waited to check in. It was also a HUGE disappointment that the pool was closed. We had planned on a day by the pool as part of our vacation and not being able to use it really annoyed us.

I would definately stay again if traveling with multiple people.

The Location was exceptional, able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. I liked the split bedroom and how spacious room was. Great for sharing with family to have your own space. Kitchen is great if you want to refrigerate leftovers or drinks.

Its not a hotel, so not that many accommodations. But we already knew no restaurant or bar, but walking to all. Wish TV's were in the bedrooms, lighting over kitchen table.

Loved everything except the lack of parking. Meters have a 3 hour limit and nearest garage is about $50/day. Would have been happy to pay for parking on the property if it was reasonable.
