This oceanfront condominium is on the bluff in the private community of Seascape Sur. Just the thing for families or large groups, this large home is well equipped with lovely ocean views, and is located near the pool, hot tub and beach access.
An entertainer's dream, this ocean view ground level unit has a spacious floor plan with comfortable seating. Plenty of room to sunbathe on the patio or watch the sun set each night. Large fully stocked kitchen or use the barbecue for grilling. Cute little den for the kids to watch cartoons in the morning. Tons of storage space. One bedroom has two twin beds, the huge master has a king size bed. There are sliders to the ocean view patio from each bedroom and the living area. Master has a desk for you to catch up on your emails and super fast 150mbps internet.
With gourmet restaurants, shopping, the Cedros Design District and entertainment just around the corner, this home is the perfect home base for your next vacation. This unit has high speed internet and unlimited long distance telephone calls.
Two tandem parking spaces are included with this unit, however there is very low clearance for vehicles. This unit is not air conditioned.
Our properties are cleaned, disinfected, and sanitized in accordance with CDC guidelines.

Beautiful spacious condo overlooking the ocean in all bedrooms. Dining room and living room. Kitchen was fully equipped with cookware and updated appliances. Grounds very clean and amenities of dual hottubs and pools; serene garden with poi pond. No AC but not needed with the ceiling fans and cool ocean breeze flows in nicely. A few things to improve: dusting needed, hot water in master shower did not get warm, toilet in master bathroom was loose. Would these minor touch ups would definitely stay again.

We've vacationed at SUR condos on and off for 20 years, the office staff is always wonderful!!! and the condo is awesome!!! The only thing we really do not like is SUR106 parking spot!!!!! The gate closed on both cars and its really hard to get in and out of, its a very tight fit, especially when the gate is not cooperative. Next time we'll see if we can get a different parking spot:)

I loved everything about this place! Location, windows, etc... New couch was big and comfy, beds were good, kitchen had all we needed and the view was AMAZING. Beach access was nice (a lot of stairs) , perfect sunsets ... Honestly my only comment is the parking.. it is pretty low ceiling and tight in a corner so harder to turn into and we could not open our doors on one side when fitting between the lines. Smaller vehicles could be okay. Stubbs took care of us and we were really appreciative! Would come back in a heartbeat !

Had a wonderful week enjoying the beautiful sunsets and the sound of the ocean. Very relaxing.A couple of things for Stubbs to look at in this rental: (1) Ice maker is not working correctly; (2) There were no hand towels in any of the bathrooms; (3) There was only a half roll of toilet paper left in each bathroom and no replacements; (4) The heater is not working in the den off the living room. These are small items but thought you should know about them.

The rental itself is nice enough. It is a great location with nice amenities on the grounds. The condo itself is very dated which we knew coming in. Our biggest issue is that the shower door fell off, shattered and cut my brother. While Stubbs was very nice and understanding, no one followed up to see how the injuries were. Also, whoever came to clean, left some glass behind which could have resulted in more injuries. For this price, there should have been some compensation for only having one functional shower and it should have been cleaned more thoroughly.

A great place for a family getaway
What a fun condo - so light, bright, clean and in a great location. Our family loved having this location as our home base for a fun week in San Diego. Very convenient to I-5, tennis courts and pools on site, and we loved our nightly views from our patio of the sun setting.

Everything was furnished and the unit was described as it is. - I would have liked to have the outside left on knowing we weren't arriving until middle of the night. No light was a little troublesome unlocking the door. We will be back.

We booked unit 106 at very short notice and were very pleased with the apartment. We wanted something smaller than a two bedroom but were very satisfied with this unit. The ocean view was spectacular. We are annual visitors to Solana Beach and will not hesitate to see what is available at this location next year.

Great location spacious but tired accommodations
Loved the locale and layout of the apartment. Beds and furnishings adequate but not great. Wifi is just fair and dependent on which room you were in, and phone service is bad.

This would have been great as we loved the location. However, the outdoor furniture was old, dirty, broken, and uncomfortable which made sitting put on the porch not great. There were also a lot of spiders and webs everywhere. The worst part however was that there was construction going on next door and it was loud all day, dirty, we had people on our porch as well as garbage left right in front of our area right in front of our ocean view. We actually thought about leaving at one point due to all of this. I contacted property management and they did nothing about it. I would not have spent the money had I known about all of the noise and construction. This started at 8AM in the morning. I believe some kind of a refund should have been offered.

Perfect location for a family beach vacation! We loved staying here!! The unit is amazing with views of the ocean from every window and door. There are plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance and stairs down to the beach are only steps away from the front door. While not luxurious or recently updated, there was plenty of space and all the amenities that we needed. Most importantly, the place was extremely clean upon our arrival. The property manager was fantastic to work with. They were accommodating with our travel schedule and super responsive to all of our needs. Our only constructive feedback was that we found all of the beds uncomfortable, particularly the bed in the master. It's subjective of course, but in my opinion the mattresses need to be significantly upgraded for comfort. A good night's rest impacts the whole experience. If you're looking for something high end, this isn't the unit for you. However if you're looking for spacious and clean accommodations with a fantastic location, I highly recommend this property!

Old but on the bluffs in a great community
For the price it was expected. Beds super hard and place in need of some simple upgrades that would make the vacation a little more enjoyable like a new coffee maker but again for the price. I would spend another $50-75/night for better amenities from owner. Stubbs Realty was great and super easy to work with. Felt taken care of and that they wanted to do whatever they could to make our stay a good one. Thank you!

Great location
Great location and large property. The view were amazing and the check in process was super easy. The living room and fireplace were great. The biggest downer was the kitchen. All the pans are super warped and simply just don't work on the electric glass stovetop and there are no utensils, we had 3 forks, 2 spoons, and zero knives available for us.

perfect location, great condo location, sofa sleeper unsleepable, but couch was nice and comfortable, didn't provide some typical supplies, like enough dishwasher soap, paper towels or napkins, alot of the dishes were not clean,kitchen sink was stuck on 1 side, alot of the sliding doors didn't work properly. Leak was inconvenient, but office provided a scent care package. there were only 2 beach towels. everything else was superb, we will stay there again. Stubbs office staff was very nice!

SUR106 has a nice setting. However carpeting is stained and needs either steam cleaning or to be replaced. Living area furniture is uncomfortable, beds instead of couches and chairs. Overall ambiance is drab, master BR bedspread should be replaced. Showers barely operate and valves need to be replaced. Kitchen was adequate, good appliances but dishes needed washing before use. Lighting was insufficient, too weak over dining room table, bedroom lamps in poor condition. Would recommend to friend only with caveats.
