Bed linen, pillows and towels old and new good quality items required. Also need better crockery items that match.

Exceptional

Very nice apartment with great views of the beach. It’s a short walk down to the beach and the many fantastic restaurants. A very helpful owner and local caretaker, who ensured our stay was perfect.

This apartment was a great choice for our vacation. It was very clean and comfortable. The balcony was very spacious and had a great view of the ocean. Close walk to restaurant, shops and the Mall. Jose was very nice and accommodating.

Great stay!

Wonderful stay in great apartament with ocean view. Very well equipped, big terracce, very close to the beach (few minutes by walk), supermarket and pubs. Apartement very clean. Warm welcome and helpful host! Music from the pubs on the beach till late night made evening on terrace even more fun. Full recommendation!

This accommodation was the best choice for us. Josè and Eleina were very kind and helpful, answering all my questions immediately. Special thanks for the welcome gift. 🥰 The apartment is perfect. Furnished with modern furniture and household appliances. It has everything you could need. And the huge terrace with the beautiful view of the ocean ... I would have been happy only on the terrace.🤭 I can only recommend, no one will be disappointed. 🥰

we felt like at home while our vacation last week.

the location is perfect and we felt like at home in the apartment. You really have everything you need i life both in the apartment and out of the apartment.

nothing could be better and we will come back next time.

Wonderful stay

The apartment is absolutely clean, beautiful, very near to the beach with great balcony and view. You will find in the apartment everything you need even candles for romantic night on the balcony. We found a bottle of wine and a little food for welcoming. The host José help us with good driver, who took us from the airport at good price and drive us to Las Palmas. We really love our stay here. You have ti know that there is a noise from the road, but this noise is everywhere here and you will hear it in other apartments too. After 12 o'clock pm there is no more traffic and noise. For us this was not a problem. You can also hear the musician from the restaurant until 11:30.pm. For us this was a great pleasure! We loved his music. So come here and enjoy! Recommend!

Very clean,very close and nice view to the see... Very close to everything,shops,shopping centre,restaurants,bus stop,taxi... Its fully furnitured,washing machine,dryer,tv,kitchen staff,wifi,etc.
