we had a wonderful big room with a balcony. the garden is very relaxing and the pool grat to cool down in this hot city. the hosts aee very welcoming and helpful. the kitchen has all you need including spices and oil.

l'accueil de note hôte (+++), le jardin et la cour intérieure, la possibilité d'utiliser la cuisine, propre et fonctionnelle. le calme pour nous qui avions une chambre côté jardin. de bons conseils donnés pour visiter Merida.
un petit peu de marche à faire pour aller au centre (15 mn) mais ce n'était pas désagréable à faire si on ne suivait pas la 65, très passante

L’accueil a été parfaite , des hôtes agréables , gentils, disponible, accueillants ! Nous avions des chambres dans le jardin , propres , agréables ! Très peu de bruits ! Une piscine est disponible quand il fait chaud ! Café et thé disponible le matin des 7h ! Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour 😁 à préciser que ce n’est pas dans le centre il faut marcher 10 15 mn mais c’est le prix de la tranquillité !

La chambre qui donne sur une rue très très passagère.
Une salle de bains qui est une infection. Des odeurs d égouts insupportable.
Un lit peu confortable.

Accueil très agréable des hôtes, nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cet établissement. Malgré la route bruyante, nous étions au calme. Je recommande cet hébergement.
Peut être un peu loin du centre pour des personnes ne marchant pas beaucoup, environ 20 minutes.

We prepared own breakfast. Its a well equipped shared kitchen. The facilities were quite spacious, private and we felt safe.

Our host Ananda was amazing, extremely friendly and very helpful. We had a lovely stay at the hotel Casa Lool Beh and her two dogs were an added benefit. The facilities were great, the bed was very comfortable, the aircon was amazing and it was nice to have free access to a cold water dispenser. Her guide of the area was also extremely comprehensive and very useful. We had a very relaxing stay and would definitely book again.
It didn't bother us too much but it would have been nice if the bathroom in Loto had better ventilation or a bug shield on the window as the bathroom got very stuffy and hot.

The room was in a separate casita in the pretty inner courtyard, felt at home with the kindness and hospitality of Ananda. Use of the kitchen, air conditioning and proximity to the city center make it a great place to stay.

I loved everything about my stay in Casa Lool Beh. The location is ideal and the hosts, Ananda and Jose are incredibly welcoming and attentive. They make you feel at home. All is clean and organized. The house and the rooms are colorful. The place is quiet. There is a nice pool to refresh and a patio to hang out. I originally had booked a hotel, but when I found Casa Lool Beh I rebooked and I was very happy with the choice. When I return to Merida I will definitely stay with Ananda and Jose.

Such a great place to stay in Merida! We had a great room with a bathroom and balcony, the garden and pool were beautiful and a real oasis in the heat. The hosts are super friendly and helpful

The staff, family of the owner were incredibly nice and generous. The outdoor space with the hammocks and pool made the space very relaxing.
Water pressure, but that seems to be common across many places in Mexico.

Ananda and José may just be the most warm-hearted hosts I've ever had, would come back to Mérida just for their sake. Their place is beautiful too, has a great courtyard with pool and is within walking distance from the center. There's plenty of thoughtful touches such as free coffee in the morning and a helpful PDF with recommendations - overall one of my favorite stays!

Lovely welcoming from Amanda, PDF with tips and a tour of the space. Great location and facilities if you want to swim and/or cook.
It may have just been specific to our room, and would definitely stay again, but private room “Magnolia” needs a new mattress and pillows. We sank /rolled into the middle and the pillows were very lumpy. We unfortunately had a rough sleep both nights because of it, but as said — this may be room specific and would stay again.

I loved the hosts and their dogs. I loved that we were made to feel very welcome. The pool in the afternoon is the perfect respite from the heat of the day. The value and location are unbeatable.

Very nice hosts. Ananda and Jose are warm and helpful. Ananda speaks good English which is a very helpful. We are allowed to store our luggage before check in and after check out. We share the common area with the host family which is very nice and beautifully decorated, the kitchen for cooking, free drink water, coffee and tea provided. Our room with double twin beds is spacious, good AC with a fan, good hot water shower. Location on the south side of the town, as this house is, is better than on the north side, since it’s closer to ADO. It is also closer to the Mercado where we can buy cheap fruits and local foods from street vendors. Principal Plaza is a short walking distance. The Governors Palace has wonderful murals, a must see. Gran Museum of Mundo Mayer is top class, so is Palacio Canton.
We had a few mosquitoes in the room which is annoying. Need to keep the windows and the door closed all the time. Screened windows would be helpful.

The stay at Casa Lool Beh was wonderful. The owners are really helpful, communicative and friendly (bonus points for sweet doggos). The place is clean and very stylish, embracing the modern Mexican style. There's a pool, hammocks, patio with everything you might need to chill. It's within walking distance to the city centre. Highly recommended!

I enjoyed my stay immensely, everything was perfect. The homey atmosphere, the vibrant colors and the location. Also the hosts and owners Ananda and Jose were very friendly and kind. They went out of their way to ensure I had a fantastic and relaxing time while staying in their lovely home.

We LOVED staying here! Ananda, Jose, and Ananda's mom Angelina are the most caring, kind, and attentive people, they are always eager to help to make the stay as enjoyable as possible. The communication was excellent from the first day of booking and arrival to the last day of our stay. We spent one week there, and are planning to return here again! :)
The property is safe, secure, and it is beatifully cared for. Our room "Magnolia" was so peaceful! The room itself and the entire space around is very clean and well looked after. There is a kitchen that guests are invited to share with the family; there are also plates, cups, and drinking water dispenser (thank you!). Every morning there is a freshly made coffee (and a large variety of herbal teas in packets). And, it is lovely to see the real orange trees! :)
There are also two lovely family dogs, they are very well behaved, and will come and say hi once in a while.
There is no doubt that this place is our favourite in Merida and we are very happy we have made this choice! Thank you so much to the entire family for making us feel so welcome!
A bit of construction noise (drilling and banging) starting at 8 a.m. at a near-by property, but this is not the property's fault.

Ananda is such a sweet host, I could ask her anything. The room has airconditioning and the bathroom has a nice warm shower (hard to find in Mexico). Then they also have the two sweetest dogs! You can sit in the living room, use the kitchen, sit outside at the pool; lots of places to choose from. I had a great time, thank you again Ananda!

Everything was absolutely perfect. I can not think of anything that I would add or do different. Both hosts were superb, amazingly welcomming and helpfull us in every thinkable way, This is the place to stay in Merida.

super inviting and gorgeous house with a nice living room, kitchen, and backyard area incl pool.
ananda is super host who helped us a lot in terms of recommendations for the city. we were also able to leave the luggage in the house after check out.
we had the room towards the street and therefore it was loud as common as in Mexico. mattress was a bit soft.

The host was very friendly, we had the warmest welcome so far in Mexico. She explained a lot and we regretted that we didn't spend more time here.
The room was very clean and comfortable. Also the garden with swimming pool was well maintained and clean and the coffee was good. Overall we had a perfect stay.
The water pressure dropped a couple of times and you cloud not regulate the temperature so we switched the heater off and showered with colder water (Not cold) what is a welcome after a day of sweating.
