From the manicured landscaped and Victorian style home, this is an adorable little gem tucked away on the beachside of Hwy 98 in Crystal Beach.

Enjoy a stunning resort-style community pool and outdoor shared grill while relaxing with family and friends. It's just a 2 block walk to the beach, where you can enjoy the beach boardwalk, dining, and other activities by the water. You're also only a quarter mile from Destin Commons, which has an abundance of shopping, dining, movies, festivals, and events year-round! Home comes with 2 adult bikes, 2 youth bikes, and a beach wagon, as well as 4 boogie boards, a sand board with sand toys, floats, a squirt gun, and 2 coolers!

VERY IMPORTANT: Should you choose not to opt for the damage waiver, we must hold a security deposit of $1,000. This deposit will be refundable, with a 3% processing fee deducted.

Great place! Lots of space and bathrooms. Loved that it was dog friendly, but wish it was fenced entirely. Didnt realize it was 1/2 mile from beach, but it worked out. Great patio out front and little balcony. Company was great to replace chair that broke and let us in when the door lock deleted the code briefly. Would stay again!

Everything about this property was to my satisfaction except the fact that there was no internet connection. I contacted the owner and she sent the maintenance out who had to call the cable guy who discovered that the main line had been cut by contractors next door. From Monday to Thursday, our families activated our own mobile hotspots. On Thursday the maintenance guy brought a mobile hotspot around 3pm. By 10pm, it quit working. During the whole week I was communicating with the owner about the inconvenience and asked to be fairly compensated and she ignored my question with no response. On Monday, June 24th. I called Vrbo and explained my disappointment. They said that they were going to reach out to the owner and that they would call me within 24-48 hours. Well it's June 27th and I have not heard from Vrbo either. I do not recommend this property. And Vrbo should do a better job at making sure the owners of the rental properties are providing the necessities that's being advertised to the renters, or at least see to the renters are fairly compensated for loss of inconvenience. A whole week with no internet, was difficult with kids. I will not book my next vacation with Vrbo.

This was a relax, revive and regroup get away with NO kids. The house was very clean and comfortable located in a quiet neighborhood. Enjoyed sitting on the front porch or screened back in the mornings. Plenty of bath towels. Good location within 2-3 minute drive to the beach and close proximity to restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed the extras such as bicycles and wagon for hauling items to the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Our family had a wonderful time at this property. House came with beach toys and a couple wagons that was very handy for our beach days. The pool is pretty much right next door which was amazing. Really enjoyed our stay, and was only a few minutes to the beach.

We were a party of 10 adults and the place was very accommodating. We all voted this as the best of 4 places in the Destin area that we have stayed. Kitchen is big with plenty of cabinets, a gas stove and generous seating. A/C works wonderful on all floors. Very convenient having the 1/2 bath off the laundry room. It was also nice having the 2 porch areas for privacy. Very happy with our choice. Small complaint, toss old throw rugs and outdoor chair cushions.

Location & house was terrific! Easy to find and great for the 9 of us to spread out in. However, there were some things that could have made our stay better. We were there for 12 days. There should have been more supplies provided for a stay that long: we needed to buy trash bags, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent, toilet paper. There were no coffee filters and no salt or pepper. We went home with tons of products we needed to buy for our stay—good thing we had a large vehicle in order to transport all of them home!

We enjoyed our stay at sovereign isle. The house was equipped with everything you needed. The pool was right next door. The beach access less than a 10 minute walk. Plenty of shopping and restaurants. We will definitely be back. Very unique neighborhood.

We had a party of nine and the accommodations were wonderful. There was more than enough room for everyone. I don’t think the pictures do the home justice. We had access to any thing you would need for your trip to the beach. Wagons, bikes, chairs, cooler, blowups, boards, etc. If you didn’t want to go to the beach, having access to the pool next door was great too. The neighborhood is just so cozy and relaxing. Our favorite part was enjoying the front porch in the morning and evening just relaxing and visiting. We will definitely return for another memorable week.

Very spacious and clean! Host description was accurate. Best parts: location, clean, TONS of hot water for all showers, right next door to pool, comfy beds, AC kept up with very hot days. The only con: only one bathroom upstairs had a shower. The other only had a tub. Would definitely recommend staying here.

The house was great and only about 6 blocks from the beach. There were 6 adults and one infant and we had plenty of room. The wagons for the beach were super helpful! And we had the pool to ourselves every time we went.

Property was exactly what we expected. In a very small neighborhood and the residents were very friendly. Easy walk to the beach and so close to shopping and dining. The best feature of the house, if we had to pick one, is the large, relaxing front porch. The experience with Staff was top notch. It was great to find a dog-friendly residence that was well maintained.

Just an overall great place to stay!! Lots of room and space to be together and to have your own space if needed!! Great porch up front and screened in porch out back. Only suggestion is to update the patio furniture on the top deck and add pillows for comfort and also the front porch furniture needs an update with newer pillows. Lots of bikes and beach gear!! Two carts for the beach, Coolers, toys , boogies boards, umbrella and now 4 new beach chairs!! I had to leave a keurig coffee machine so wouldn’t fit in my car so passing it along for the next guest as well as extra coolers!! Would book again!!

We traveled to Florida as a blended family of 7 from Virginia and Texas. I can't say enough positive things about this house and the neighborhood. The house is very spacious and offered exactly what we needed; space, comfort, quiet, and convenience. The neighborhood was very quaint and looked like something out of a movie. We were close enough to the beach to take a short walk down whenever we felt the need. We did rent a golf cart for the family and I highly recommend! Everything about the booking was effortless and easy. We were close enough to everything we needed but didn't feel like we were in the center of the crowds. We all simply fell in love with the area and the house. Highly recommend!

Everything was very clean and functional, it is a great house in a very nice location. We rented a golf cart for trips to the beach since it was about a 1/2 mile from the house. Limited Parking meant we would have to shuffle cars in and out when we wanted to use the golf cart. Very golf cart-friendly roads and locale. Nice sidewalks throughout the area; it is easy to walk the 3 miles from Crystal Beach to Restaurant Row and Shopping without having to worry about car traffic Some of the fixtures and appliances in the house need upgrading but I can understand why a rental would not be upgraded. If I lived there I would definitely have to upgrade the MB shower first.

We have rented houses in Destin a few times and this was one of the better houses we stayed in. For the most part, the house was clean , beautiful and in good order. It was very nice to have a cart to carry the gear to the beach ( not a bad walk ). Also, having bikes available to ride was a nice touch. About the only negatives were: 1) for check in, we had to call to get the code because the email failed to be delivered to us on the first attempt. 2) The pool was not heated(colder than the ocean) and was full of debris for the first three days of our stay.....not a big deal to us as we went to the beach most of the time. 3) The backyard space was not very well cleaned up. Overall though, the problems were minor and as I stated in the beginning it was one of the nicest houses we've stayed at in Destin.

This is a great house. Clean, roomy, and a nice layout for our whole family. The adjacent pool was very nice. One criticism would be almost no kitchen supplies, like sugar or creamer and no extra toilet paper. Overall an excellent property.

This house was the perfect size for our family trip! It was also a great location, close to the pool, easy walk to the beach, not a high traffic area. The house also had a large side yard which I don’t think very many other houses nearby had. It was very upsetting that the pool was closed the whole week and ended up being open our last evening there. First the pool said there was an electrical hazard and then a maintenance person told us that was fixed but another sign was put up that still stated the pool was closed until further notice. The bikes and grill in the garage were all nice and working, and multiple sizes of bikes were provided. The only other issue we had was that the beach wagon and all of the beach chairs that were at the house were completely broken, so none of that was usable.

We really enjoyed Searenity for our family gathering. It was large, comfortable, clean, quiet, and exactly as described. Super minor suggestions for future: 1) would have been great if the kitchen had a few cooking basics such as a salt/pepper and non-stick spray and 2) pool was closed while we were there; would have been great to have a heads up on this in advance. Would return! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Came down with our kids and our moms for our beach wedding. Everything was great, and it’s just a short walk to the beach. The kids loved the bikes that were provided by the host, and the pool right next to the house was very nice!
