Comfortably outfitted with unfussy furnishings, enormous windows, and a spacious mahogany deck, this home is the perfect place to spend peaceful country mornings and golden hours with a peek of the ocean. Wash off after a day spent at the beach in the lovely mahogany outdoor shower, marvel at the view of the trees through floor-to-ceiling windows, or relax on the open main level beneath an all-wood cathedral ceiling. When your guests are hungry, the group chef will love the all-new (2023) kitchen, which features soapstone countertops and stainless steel appliances that include a Bosch refrigerator and dishwasher.

Set up high on a private, partially wooded lot off of rustic Tea Lane, this property provides plenty of room for the kids to play inside and out. When you're ready to leave your seat on the wrap-around deck, you'll be mere steps from the 300-acre Waskosim's Rock Reservation and a quick drive from both Lucy Vincent Beach, four miles south, and Squibnocket Beach, six miles southwest.

We wish we could've stayed for the whole summer! The house is so lovely and it was so nice to have the glass doors and surrounding views from the living room. We only wish it had an installed dishwasher, the roll-up one didn't always work well.

Location in Chilmark is great, out of the crowds but close enough to get to town to eat. Feels quiet and secluded with lots of trees. Home has a lovely open great room and nice deck for relaxing on.

Great little house out in the woods. Perfectly located in my opinion, as i favor the south west side of the island over the towns. The roads in and out are all dirt, so bring a car capable of driving them. Otherwise this place was perfect!

Needs a deep cleaning. Lights were dirty. Having the linens and towels was great. Kitchen could have been better equipped. Spider webs in the corners of the room. A better dishwasher. Location was lovely.

the house was excellent, beautiful location, but not clean. Im a house keeper so I really know about a house clean, so we were disappoint to see a not clean bathroom downstairs and grease kitchen cabinet doors. also we had a dishwasher but not connect, we called they said someone was coming to do it, never did.

The house is perfect mid-century modern gem. We were 2 families with 4 kids and the house was well laid out and had plenty of room for all of us. It also has a great deck for entertaining as well as a lawn for kids to play ball. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking at home, including an easy to use outdoor grill. It is well located in Chilmark so it was easy to get to any part of the island within 20-30 driving distance. Some of the best beaches are a short distance away and so are the conveniences.
