The Briars is a wonderful annexe situated in the village of Stepaside, near Saundersfoot. With a king-size double bedroom with an en-suite shower room, this property can sleep two people. There is also an open plan living area with kitchen, dining and sitting areas. To the outside is a gravelled garden with seating and a private hot tub, as well as off-road parking for 1 car. For a romantic getaway to South Wales, The Briars is an excellent choice.
Amenities: Oil underfloor heating with electric heaters. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, TV with Sky Q, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for 2 cars. Lawned/gravelled garden with private hot tub. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 1.8 miles, pub 0.6 miles. Note: There is a slight incline to access the property and steps to the garden
