A lovely place to stay! Very nice accommodation and convenient to restaurants.

Great location and it was good to have two bedrooms/two bathrooms. Lovely and peaceful.

It needs block out curtains.

Petit surprise en fin de séjour 😕

L'ensemble de notre séjour s'est bien passé, malgré quelques détails dans l'appartement qui peuvent provoquer un soutirage de votre caution.

À la fin de notre séjour, lors de la fermeture des volets, la poignée en plastique droite était cassée. Je l'ai signalé à l'agence. Nous ne l'avons pas vu lors de notre entrée. Malgré ce signalement, une facture de 150€ nous a été pris de notre caution. 1- Aucun moyen de justifier le fait que nous ne sommes pas responsables de cette casse. 2- Le prix excessif pour le remplacement de cette poignée. Suite à cet évènement et l'état général de l'appartement ( table rayé, prise électrique endommagé, plaques chauffantes rayées, coussins avec tâches...), en résumé du neuf qui a vécu. J'ai tendance à penser qu'il y aura toujours quelque chose pour soutirer un petit peu de la caution pour petit à petit corriger l'état général de l'appartement. Attention aux prochains locataires. Il faudrait effectuer l'état des lieux avec grande précision, intérieur et extérieur de l'appartement. Une mauvaise surprise peut vite arriver avec une caution de 1000€.

Perfect location, perfect place. Big minus for the agency

Perfect location, very clean and well equipped. Parking is not suitable for big cars (compact maximum)

There was no possibility to contact the agency after 6 PM (but before 7 PM). There was information that agency is opened till 7 PM everywhere but next day I got information that the agency is opened till 6 PM. The situation was really urgent because we left our access cards inside the apartament and closed the door. Fortunately the neighbour spoke in English and gad contact to Man respinsible for appartements. Big minus for the agency

Nice appartement, well located, quiet.

Our magnetic card didn’t work and we were stuck outside the appartement. They close their office at 6hpm, and then nobody answer the phone, even for an emergency. They answered to us 18 hours later which is unacceptable. Also they changed the towels once in 7 days and have enough toilet papers or linens for the kitchen. They didn’t come clean at any time during the stay. Lots of things missing in the kitchen if you want to cook. Extremely small parking inside. You might scratch your car. I would recommend you to park outside unless you have a very small car.

location was very good 5 minute walk from the shops and restaurants at the port and 4-6 minutes to the closest beach

The place was a bit meh. The decor was below mediocre and the shower leaked. The pillows were really uncomfortable and the bed was quite small and also uncomfortable. Check in process was weird and they asked for a 1000€ deposit which came out of nowhere. For what they are charging they could really upgrade a lot.

Cleanliness. Location, although, believe it or not in St. Jean Cap Ferrat, a main road. Every utensil you would want in a kitchen was there.

Better notification of the need to pay a security deposit before we commenced our travel.

We will recommend this holiday house to friends and we will certainly be back!

The appartement was clean and spacious. situated next to the center but still in calm and quiet area. Beds were comfortable and baths were clean and nice. All the appliances were working properly, there was a coffee machine and few nespresso capsules.

The check after 4 pm. but it wasn’t a problem for us.

Ideal property in Cap Ferrat without compromising luxury

The property is beautiful and within walking distance to Plage des Fosses and other beaches in the area. We loved the thoughtful modern details in the design of the unit and the elevator is a huge bonus since we had a lot of heavy luggage to carry to the top floor. Generous space and conveniently has a bathroom for each bedroom, not that common in Europe! The cardkey concept that opens all doors is very convenient. I can't recommend it enough, WILL VISIT AGAIN!

NO MAJOR ISSUES, but! The living room sofa felt a little weary and the TV didn't have much options, it was useless for us. It would be great if a Smart TV is installed instead to make the experience better, we would have definitely loved watching Netflix or YouTube on nights we spent at the apartment. A minor inconvenience which is probably not relevant to all travellers, the twin beds in the second bedroom are uncomfortable for adults to sleep in since they are too small, but perfectly fine for children.
