A great property and great location.

This is a fantastic value at a great location. I rented a car to drive to the beaches, but then every night it was a short walk, 5-15 minutes, to all of the Wilton Manor neighborhood cafes, bars, and clubs. The owner was immediately responsive to any question I had.

For the cost, I expected no more.

Relaxing and really cozy.

Pretty much everything! It was a great spot, 15-20 mins or less away from everything (Las Olas Beach, restaurants etc) We felt really safe and everything was so easy to access!

Pleasant weekend

The perfect location if you wanna reach bars and restaurants by walk. The owner is very caring and easily reachable if needed. Simple, well equipped and very convenient apartment. Definitely recommended ! Thank you 😊

Nice stay. I would like to have stayed longer.

Great bed! Liked the turquoise colors. Nice shower. Quiet. Restaurants in the area are very good. I had left my phone in an Uber in Baltimore so was walking everywhere until I could replace it. Seems safe enough on the streets.

A longish walk to get to restaurants or convenience store. I couldn't figure out the TV but no great loss!

Great spot for a quick break!

The main advertising component of the property is "walk to Wilton Drive"... I don't think so!

There was so much I disliked, it's hard to think of much I did like, I wouldn't stay or recommend this place in the future.

Neighborhood young adults loitering in the parking lot doing drugs, the shower head was horrible, there was no where to put anything, there was no heat option on the window unit so I slept 3 days in a space that was 54 degrees, the bathroom door opens into the bathroom leaving no way to stand in front of the sink to get ready without closing yourself in the bathroom.

Nice appartment

Very nice appartment: comfy, clean, parking spot right outside. Equipped with microwave, coffee machine and toaster. Walk to the beach about one hour - or ten minutes drive. Quiet during the night. You should be aware that you have to make a 250$ deposit after booking. Communication with the host was perfect (via mail).

Placing the toaster directly under the smoke detector.

Definitely Stay Here

Great location. Clean and quiet, but still close to Wilton Manor area....and a short drive to the beach and downtown. Designated parking spot was great. Description was exact. Couldn't have been better. And Matthew was very accommodating with any questions I had. Highly recommend.

Have local channels, the Air conditioner not on the face of the bed it gave me a cold having flowing the cold air on my face all night.

The location of the flat is very convenient but the room could do with a couple of upgrades.

location of the flat is close to the nightlife. The area is very safe and quiet.

- I didn't like the quality of the bedding. It was cheap and not soft. - I didn't like that the windows couldn't lock properly and that you had to secure it with a piece of wood. the owner should look into fixing the windows properly for safety reasons. - I didn't like how all the instructions were written in a rude manner. The owner likes to scream a lot in his text with exclamation marks. It makes it seem like the guests are an imposition to the owner. I would suggest the owner re-write the manuals. - I would update the air conditioners in the units. They are loud and is disruptive when trying to sleep.
